Dr. Yee probably has the most emotionless bedside manner - incredibly cold and no sense of empathy. After putting me on a protocol, it was impossible to check in and discuss some side effects. It would take up to 9 messages to hear back at which time, I was told she doesn't take 10 min appointments. The assistants who support with calls and questions are the opposite of support - nasty attitude, rude, condescending. The friend who referred me had the same problems and experience - obviously after referring me. I'm going to try another doctor who has already proven to be responsive in a more meaningful way.
