I cannot begin to put into words what Dr. Dulberg and the rest of the staff at Two Rivers Acupuncture has done not only for myself but my family as well. My whole life, I have struggled with anxiety and depression. So much so, there were times where it felt all consuming. As a parent of a child with special needs, I have gotten used to placing my wellness in the back seat. I've tried therapy, as well as medication but I never liked how I felt and there was never a long term solution for healing. I think many people, myself included have hesitations regarding acupuncture. It's scary to try something that many do not have enough knowledge of. When I met Dr. Dulberg, she put all my apprehension at ease. She took the time to sit with me answer all my questions and address all my concerns. I came to Two Rivers for my anxiety and never even considered that it would be an opportunity to discuss my IGA immune deficiency. But it ended up being something that Dr. Dulberg has been working on as well. Acupuncture does more than put a band aid on your health and wellness, it's repairs it at a cellular level. My anxiety and depression is becoming more regulated. I feel a better control of my emotions. My overall health is the best it's been as long as I can remember. This is the first season that I have not suffered from any type of upper respiratory infection. And I can 100% say with all confidence that it's thanks to my acupuncture treatments combined with the herbs that are recommended to me by Dr. Dulberg. It has changed me life and I will forever be grateful. By taking care of myself, I am able to be a better mother to my children. I have so much trust in Two Rivers, I started taking my son, who is 7 and has a diagnosis of ASD, ADHD and auditory processing disorder. He has been seeing Dr. Dulberg for about three months and I have seen amazing gains in his ability to relax. It centers him. He's able to focus. My hope is with continued treatment, this will be a lifelong outlet of self-care for him. My husband has even started going because of the profound effects he has seen on myself as well as our son. It is my hope that he will find healing in this as well. Dr. Dulberg and her staff are not only extremely knowledgeable but extremely kind and compassionate as well. I have cried many a times there. And they always with a gentle heart and healing have helped me to find my way. I am so lucky to have found them and will always be forever grateful for this wellness journey Two Rivers has put me on. read more

Acupuncture on babies works! I have a 14-month-old son who suffers from some incredibly painful stomach/digestion issues. When he was around 3 months old he started waking from his naps and at night would scream in pain unable to fall back asleep. My husband and I tried everything we could possibly think of to provide our baby some relief. I was breastfeeding exclusively so I stopped eating dairy - which helped - but didn't solve the problem. We took him to a gastro doctor who thought it was reflux and put him on Mylanta - didn't solve the problem. Then tried MiraLAX - it didn't solve the problem. I read everything I could get my hands on and nothing we tried seemed to provide consistent relief. A little before he turned 6 months old we started feeding him solid food and he got so constipated he would be unable to poop for days screaming in pain. We were beyond absolutely exhausted and at a loss for what to try next. Every night he was waking for hours crying and moaning in pain as he lay on my chest. I could feel his stomach clenching over and over as he tried desperately to get some relief. Then, when our son was 8 months old, we found Two Rivers Acupuncture. From the first session, Lauren was incredibly warm and patient. Our appointments are only about 5-10 minutes long and yet yield remarkable results. Within 2 sessions our son was sleeping better. Within a month, he was sleeping through the night and not waking from his naps anymore. I now schedule our appointments so that they are during his naptime and he literally sleeps through the entire session. Lauren also recommended two different Chinese herbal drops, one of which we still give him once a day (down from two drops, three times a day each.) We now see Lauren about once a month (down from once a week.) He loves to eat everything and anything we put in front of him - although we are steering clear of any gluten or dairy products for the moment. (Fingers crossed he will outgrow these current intolerances as he gets older and his stomach continues to develop!) All to say, Lauren dramatically helped change the course of our son's life. Western medicine was not able to provide anywhere close to the same amount of healing and natural relief. There is no better feeling than watching your child enjoy the world pain free. It's truly amazing what acupuncture can do and how fast it works on infants. Lauren's knowledge of acupuncture and Chinese medicine for babies is exceptional. I highly recommend Two Rivers Acupuncture. read more

I can't say enough good things about Dr Dulberg and her practice. I started seeing her when I was about 22 weeks pregnant for the purpose of keeping my blood pressure down and helping me to be able to have a VBAC. After reading her impeccable reviews and speaking with her during our initial consultation, I was confident that she would be able to help me with both of these things. Throughout my pregnancy, Dr. Dulberg was my biggest cheerleader and advocate. When she heard of my dissatisfaction with my initial doctor, she sought out other avenues for me to pursue in order to help me have the birth experience that I was striving for. She helped pair me up with the most amazing midwifery practice that also changed my entire experience at 35 weeks. I thought it was crazy to switch providers so late into my pregnancy but Dr. Dulberg encouraged me and reminded me that I deserved the best care and support during my pregnancy and birth of my baby. She truly understood how important it was to me to be able to have a VBAC and never stopped supporting me (even when my doctor tried to push me for a c section). At 37 weeks pregnant, Dr. Dulberg started working with me to help "get things going". When I went for my 37 week check up, I was already 50% effaced. At 38 1/2 weeks pregnant, I began having contractions and was told that I was in early labor. I went in for my acupuncture appointment that evening and went from early labor to active labor within an hour. My blood pressure stayed down through the end of my pregnancy and I was able to deliver my baby naturally, something I do not think I would have been able to do without Dr Dulberg's help throughout the process. Mujing, who also works with Dr. Dulberg, was amazing as well and Megan, who works at the front desk is the best! In sum, finding this practice changed everything about my pregnancy and allowed me to have the birth experience that I envisioned and hoped for. Thank you Two Rivers Acupunture!!! read more

Dr. Dulberg is truly a life changer. I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Endo a few years ago and have had numerous procedures for it. I am fortunate enough to have the opportunity to even work with top doctors in NYC. However, even after my last 6 hour long laparoscopic procedure, the pain and symptoms came back within a year. The next step was a full hysterectomy. Aside from going on hormone medications or Lupron, which being in my 30's and someone who values clean and holistic living as much as possible, and not an avenue I was about to engage willingly in, there was no end in sight to the surgeries and procedures. I had heard about Acupuncture for Endo but honestly thought I was to far gone, even my Endo Dr's had told me not to have to much faith with how much the disease is present throughout my body. I researched for months to find the right doctor and had a feeling when I found Dr. Dulberg that this was it. Upon the first visit my life was forever changed for the better. My body immediately started to feel like it was being righted, and the herbs she provides have drastically removed pain that was once overbearing by not just masking but correcting what needs to be internally. Prior to being a patient, the flare ups and pain were controlling my life. The carefully balanced plan by husband and I laid out of workouts, diet, tea tonics, etc were not making the cut anymore and the pain and symptoms were once again beginning to control my life. Being a patient of Dr. Dulberg's has given me the opportunity to take my life back and not have this disease control me has it has for nearly a decade. If you are reading this and are questioning whether or not to try this avenue of holistic medicine, or perhaps it is out of your comfort zone or you don't think it works, you have nothing to loose and everything to gain. Dr. Dulberg is warm and welcoming and she will make your life better for it as she has mine. read more

Dr. Dulberg is a caring and thoughtful practitioner with so much expertise when it comes to women's health. When I was 33 weeks pregnant my baby had finally turned into the correct position from being breech the entire pregnancy, but then at 35 weeks she went back to being breech. I contacted Dr. Dulberg because I did not want to have a version procedure done and had heard that acupuncture could help. I saw Dr. Dulberg for two visits and between acupuncture and the Chinese medicine she gave us, by my next visit (37 weeks) my baby was in the right position! Our work, however, was not done; this was my second baby and my first was almost two weeks late and came via emergency cesarean after a 40 hour labor. I really wanted to VBAC and my obgyn was supportive but because my first was big (9.1) we also didn't want to go too late. I saw Dr. Dulberg 2-3 times per week for the last few weeks of my pregnancy to help with cervical ripening. At every visit with my obgyn I was progressing, from 2-4 centimeters and moving towards fully effaced, something that didn't happen with my first. I saw Dr. Dulberg the day I went into labor (1 day before my due date) and walked into the hospital at 6cm dilated! Had a successful VBAC of a 9.4lb baby girl! Having a VBAC was an emotional experience for me; I really wanted it to happen but was so anxious about it and doubting my ability - seeing Dr. Dulberg and hearing her stories made me feel confident and more at ease with whichever ending we'd arrive at. Women should be empowered and supported to birth as they choose and I'm so grateful that Dr. Dulberg was a part of my support team! read more

I started seeing Dr. Dulberg when she was in the city at another center. It was just luck to get her, but I knew after my first treatment I would be seeing much more of her. In my initial consultation Dr. Dulberg spent nearly two hours with me. She wanted to really know who I was and why I was coming to her. I felt so heard and validated. I felt better. I was calm. I wanted to try acupuncture for two reasons: first because I have a lot of anxiety, and secondly because I wanted to get pregnant soon, and I knew that acupuncture could be helpful should I run into an issue. A month after I started seeing her I was feeling less anxious and thankfully, pregnant. I continued to see her throughout the first 5 months of my pregnancy pretty regularly. Now she is back in Nyack, and I'll follow her there! I'm grateful for her healing, for the "girl-power" she helped me to feel, her validation and her kind heart. If you've never tried acupuncture, let Lauren work with you. She'll listen. read more

I saw Lauren for a number of months while we were still lucky enough to have her visit NYC each week. I went with multiple complaints that she addressed and then when I felt I wanted to get serious about fertility she quite calmly and confidently told me to give her 3 months of acupuncture and herbal meds (which I finally agreed to take religiously). She did not think that I would need the clomid that the doctors suggested. Less than 3 months later, I was pregnant and quite honestly surprised! It really worked! Now I'm just over the halfway mark with a healthy pregnancy supported by the acupuncture regimen she started. Seeing Lauren is a calming and lovely experience. She is trustworthy, friendly, funny and you may wish you could adopt her as your new best friend. Rockland County and the surrounding areas are beyond lucky to have such an expert and professional doctor in this field at their fingertips. read more

Two Rivers Acupuncture to me is like a mini 45 minute vacation ! When you enter the front door you get an instant feeling of relief. Leaving all your worries, troubles and stress behind you. When I first walked into Lauren's small cozy office in the heart of Nyack I was feeling so much emotional stress dealing with infertility. Speaking with Lauren is like a breathe of fresh air, reassuring me that everything will be fine and she is there with my no matter where this road leads me. Lauren many times greets me with a hug, she is patient and kind. Laurens skill and education in the holistic field is impressive ! A little extra bonus is while you enjoy your "you" time she many even sing for you :) I have not only met my forever Acupuncturist I have made a friend and knowing I have her there as a lifeline helps make my day better :) read more

A few months ago I started suffering extreme pain on the left side of my body. I had it all. Hip pain, satica, throbbing knee pain, tricep pain. I decided to try Acupuncture. Did not know what to expect but was open to exploring this method. The moment you walk into Two Rivers its like entering a spa in the middle of Vail, Colorado. So nice, smells great and you already feel a calmness through your body. DR. Dulberg took the time to understand the problems and she immediately knew how to start the process. Going twice a week many of my symptoms which would be really bad at night started to go away. If it was one area i would of already been done. But i will continue to go and see her as she is making the pain go away. So many doctors push surgery or pain killers. Its not necessary. Dr. D is all you need. read more

Dr. Lauren Dulberg is simply extraordinary. My acupuncture treatments with her are quickly turning into one of the highlights of my week & I feel so good every time I leave Two Rivers! I started to feel positive changes in my general well-being and energy level almost immediately after my first session & can not recommend her enough. The office is beautiful, peaceful, and feels very clean, safe and well-run with extra precautions for Co-vid 19. Megan at the front desk is kind and helpful, and all my experiences have been very positive. I was referred by a friend, who also had excellent experiences and results working with Dr. Dulberg... I am just thrilled I found her & that someone with her level of expertise and knowledge in acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine is practicing nearby! read more

I visited Dr. Dulberg after having Bell's Palsy for almost four years after. I had honestly almost give up. If you are not familiar Bell's Palsy is a virus that attacks your nervous system. Unfortunately if you had Chicken Pox you can get it. It basically paralyzed half of my face. I was very thankful that that is all that was paralyzed but it definitely hurt my self-esteem. Dr. Dulberg in just a few months has really performed a miracle! She has given me my smile back! I had been ashamed of smiling for so long. It is a still work in progress but I could not be more thankful for all her expertise. She is so incredibly kind and supportive and her staff is so welcoming and helpful! I am so glad I found her and recommend her for anyone that is curious or in need of a great acupuncturist. read more

If I could give 10 stars I would! A little under a year ago I had an emergency Appendectomy which left me with some complications afterwards. I had some sort of nerve damage and wasn't able to move my arms and legs without getting terrible shocks down my arms and legs. Having gone from specialist to specialist with no real answers I was so frustrated. That's when I contacted Lauren to see if she could help. Within a few treatments I was having less pain and was able to fully walk with very little pain! I drive an hour and a half to see her because there is no one better than her! I recommend her to all my friends and family. She is a true healer and I'm so happy I found her! From the minute you step into her office you can feel her wonderful energy. I highly recommend Lauren! read more

Lauren is an AMAZING acupuncturist and doctor of her craft. I am convinced it was serendipitous how Lauren and I met. My office was near a location she worked out of occasionally in Soho. A friend recommended the establishment and I had a dozen of professionals to choose from. Lauren's warm smile and impressive resume instantly drew me to her. It was my luck to find out she had an office in Nyack as well, since I live in Jersey, it was easier to get too. I went for fertility treatments and under Lauren's care my fertility health has immensely improved. She makes you feel at ease and safe in her care. I would recommend anyone to Lauren. She is knowledgeable, genuine, and witty. The best decision I have made for my health is to incorporate acupuncture. read more

I am so happy I found Two Rivers Acupuncture & Wellness. I have seen Dr. Lauren Dulberg and she has been incredibly helpful, thorough, and caring. She came highly recommended by a number of friends and acquaintances. If you have never tried acupuncture before, I would definitely recommend giving it a try. And if you are looking for a highly recommended and beautifully run practice, I would certainly recommend Two Rivers. The practice has a refreshing and calming feeling from the minute you enter. Lauren is phenomenal!! She came highly recommended by a friend and I was extremely eager to start acupuncture. I was having issues with my pregnancy and Lauren was able to trigger my issues. After having a tough first and second trimester, my third was a breeze! I felt so good; better than I had in the previous trimesters. I was going for a VBAC and Lauren worked with me to try and accomplish my goal. At my last session, as Lauren came in to remove the needles, my water broke on her table!!! It was an amazing experience for us both!! 14 hours later I gave birth to a healthy baby boy! Without Lauren, I don't know that I would have had been able to turn my pregnancy around. I highly highly recommend her!! read more

I've been seeing Lauren for a year so far and have had such a great experience! After my second baby I found myself dealing with symptoms of a hormonal imbalance. This lead to a miscarriage followed a couple months later by an ectopic pregnancy and the loss of one of my Fallopian tubes. After six months of weekly Acupuncture sessions and herbs my symptoms improved and we were able to conceive our rainbow. I am currently 24 weeks pregnant and still seeing Lauren weekly. I've also brought my daughter for sessions to deal with GI symptoms caused by a congenital defect and a history of surgery. Lauren was able to make her feel comfortable and gave herbs that helped eliminate the need for medication. read more

Lauren is not only an expert at acupuncture and holistic wellness, but she is also a supportive and nurturing person who listens and cares about her patients' treatment goals. She carefully tailors her treatment to individual patient needs and collaborates respectfully with Western medicine. Her knowledge of the Chinese medicine for women's reproductive health, conception, fertility, pregnancy and post partum is top notch. She is a trusted part time member of the staff of Yinova Center in Manhattan, which is extremely selective in their hires. I will be going to Lauren for all of my acupuncture and wellness needs indefinitely! Her office is so relaxing, clean, peaceful and comfortable. read more

Have nothing but amazing things to say about Lauren and her practice. The second you walk in you'll feel like your part of her family. Lauren has dedicated her life to healing people through the art of acupuncture (and various other Chinese medicines) She is a master at her craft. I worked with physical therapist I took steroids and nothing worked. I couldn't drive for more than 20 minutes in the car without experiencing pure agony. Just yesterday I drove for over 4 hours and no pain. Thank you Lauren. read more

I brought my teenage daughter to Dr. Dulberg because she was suffering from severe and chronic headaches and menstrual pain, both that were debilitating and kept her absent from school alot.
