I yelled wait, I need this and told him what it was. He replied we were probably out, try again tomorrow. I'm going to try CVS across the street. I've had enough of that attitude.

Sadly, I am willing to give up a convenient drive-thru option as well as pay out of pocket JUST to be valued and respected. Treating others with kindness should not be difficult. Customers want to be seen, heard and understood. I realize the call volume is high but it is extremely difficult to contact this pharmacy for assistance so I choose to physically drive the half hour to the location rather than wait on hold. When it was FINALLY my turn to do business, I was rushed and dismissed. The LAST straw is hearing numerous excuses for poor customer service. The pharmacy manager offered a remorseless apology that seemed like a rehearsed strategic statement but the genuine damage had already done with every negative encounter leading up to this. Regrettably, there are certain employees that are unnecessarily argumentative and confrontational creating an unfavorable experience. I urge corporate to review this locations calls, video footage and online reviews to see first-hand exactly why you are losing long-term customers. My case number is #26020171.

This is not specific to this CVS but to ALL CVS pharmacies; the "new leave a message and someone…read morewill return your call" (and leave you a message) is horrible patient care and fosters poor interaction. Great for pharmacy as it cuts down on interruptions (that is why they have front personnel, right?) but lousy for patients as they never get to speak with the pharmacist or pharmacy personnel and get their questions answered. It is an awful practice and CVS should be ashamed of themselves for having instituted such a horrid practice. I did the phone tag scenario today with the pharmacy and was frustrated and ended up repeating my message several times (the pharmacy tech did not pick up on the question posed the first time and did not answer my question so I had to call back). She got offended and never called back the second time. Great interaction! CVS and this phone tag system is an exercise in frustration and one that is not for me! Time to look for another pharmacy.

They are an asset to Target & I am glad someone around this town knows what they are doing when it comes to pharmacology & customer service! I found everything I needed without having to go on a time consuming search of the store and found a check-out line that had only a few customers ahead of me with a very friendly checker that greeted me with a smile and asked me if I had found everything okay and thanked me for stopping and wished me a good day. Here's a review that is long, long, long overdue. I have been to many Walmarts in my life, and this…read moreone is one of the worst. Where to begin? Lets start with the parking lot. The parking lot is downright scary. The traffic in and out of the lot is nuts, the folks perpetually hanging out in the lot look rough, and it's hard to decide where in the lot to park because the staff is constantly locking entrances to the store without warning. The back entrance (lawn and garden) is often locked way sooner than it should be, and the same is true for the home goods section. God forbid you park at the wrong entrance at the wrong time, and you'll be doing a TON of walking. Once you walk into the store, you'll immediately be sorry that you did. The city of Mt Dora is a charming, historic town known for it's quaint shops, gorgeous downtown, arts and crafts festival, etc. However, you wouldn't know that by walking into this Walmart. It's crammed packed full of rude, miserable looking patrons and employees. It's almost always crowded, and folks here will straight up run you over if you don't get out of their way. Ill-mannered doesn't even begin to describe it. Yes, they've shut down most of their self checkout registers, but they've done so without hiring the necessary staff to adequately deal with demand. So good luck checking out in a reasonable amount of time. The clearance section at this location is also terrible. Often they only mark the items down a few pennies, or the items in this section aren't even priced. The collectibles section near electronics never gets anything new in stock. It's a barren wasteland. They had a deal going on a Walmart+ subscription. We signed up (rewarding bad behavior, I realize) just so that we can get groceries delivered right to our door, and never have to step foot inside this location again. It's that bad. Most of the other stores in Mt Dora are actually quite lovely. I'll never understand why this store is so much worse than the rest of Mt Dora's establishments.
