The only problem is that they are very expensive. The medication cost $120 but if I was able to get it at a CVS or Walgreens it would have been $54. As someone in the medical profession, I know that not to be the case. I asked them why they did not tell me their policy last month since they already had the Rx in hand and there was no answer. Each month my prescription is delayed because they don't stock the medication. Since I have to wait 3 to 5 days for them to receive it after they place the order my pickup date continues to be pushed back causing me to miss a couple of days and in some cases a week. I can't order early because this pharmacy won't allow it. It is unacceptable for a pharmacy not to carry a prescription that history shows will be ordered consistently every month. My previous pharmacist always pre-ordered so that when it came due it was available. It was also a CVS but I moved 4 months ago and have had to change pharmacy. This is my 4th order with this pharmacy and as usual they have to order. I use to pick up my prescription the 1st day of each month & because of the delay each time it has been pushed to the 16th of the month. Since it's not in stock it is being pushed again which means I won't be able to pick up my prescription next month until whatever day I pick this one up. It doesn't matter to them when it's ordered because they go by pickup date. The only explanation for this according to my previous pharmacist is poor management by the pharmacist. Get a competent pharmacist! You are affecting people's health because you either don't know how to pre-plan or you are plain LAZY! I have reported this to CVS customer service the past two months & never get a response. Whatever happened to customer service. It appears to be non-existent!

He's lost complete height in it. In unimaginable pain. He was finally able to get into see pain management this week. The doctor ordered a prescription for him and the pharmacist deleted it. When my husband called to inquire about it he was incredibly rude. Said he needed to speak with the doctor regarding a reason. Why? Even if that's the case, there is absolutely no reason to be rude to your customers who, if they are being prescribed pain medication are already struggling in life. If you hate your job this much, QUIT! I would greatly appreciate someone making contact with us so we can discuss this further. I am heartbroken that my husband has to endure this condition for the rest of his life and I am absolutely appalled at how he has been treated through this whole process. I asked from him to help me find something and he turned around and told me I'm busy get somebody else. The second complaint was when I went up to a manager and told her there was no carts in the store and she turned around. Told me then go outside and find one and the most recent when I got in a self-checkout line - And realised there were no plastic bags so when I went to the associate who by the way had a walkie-talkie in her hand and I asked her. If she could get on her walkie-talkie, please and ask someone to bring bags and she told me sorry. I can't do that so I asked her why. She couldn't do that I'm not asking you to leave your station. I'm asking you to get on the walkie-talkie and ask for bags. She turned around to me and said. If you don't like my line, get out of it and go to a different line so that's exactly. What I did I left my cart in her line and the two people behind me left their carts and I came home and called the complaint department which by the way gave me the runaround three different numbers but they didn't know that I already had the number. They left me a message I received no messages.. and the person that called me back today was Spanish and did not speak any English you figure this one out because I can't I told her no speak of Spanish. I've never had to wait long to be rung out and I can get my receipts electronically. Walgreens is really holding out on the self-checkouts front, but the staff here are friendly. I haven't had use for pharmacy, but, again, no issues here. I can't speak to a price comparison with a nearby competitor, but I do get more and better store coupons elsewhere. Walgreens does, however, discount a myriad of items in their stores so it's worth browsing through the aisles to see what you can find.
