Everything I have nothing. Nice to say about that store at all anymore. The first time I had to call customer a complaint was when an associate. I asked from him to help me find something and he turned around and told me I'm busy get somebody else. The second complaint was when I went up to a manager and told her there was no carts in the store and she turned around. Told me then go outside and find one and the most recent when I got in a self-checkout line - And realised there were no plastic bags so when I went to the associate who by the way had a walkie-talkie in her hand and I asked her. If she could get on her walkie-talkie, please and ask someone to bring bags and she told me sorry. I can't do that so I asked her why. She couldn't do that I'm not asking you to leave your station. I'm asking you to get on the walkie-talkie and ask for bags. She turned around to me and said. If you don't like my line, get out of it and go to a different line so that's exactly. What I did I left my cart in her line and the two people behind me left their carts and I came home and called the complaint department which by the way gave me the runaround three different numbers but they didn't know that I already had the number. I wanted to see what would happen. this happened on Friday. I did not get a call until today because I called them back and they gave me some BS saying. They left me a message I received no messages.. and the person that called me back today was Spanish and did not speak any English you figure this one out because I can't I told her no speak of Spanish. Have English call me..and they call me told me they would investigate it didn't give me a ticket number?? or anything So most of you know when you call a complaint department they give you a ticket number as a referral. So when you call you give him the ticket number and they can tell you. Oh yes we see it here so when they didn't give me a ticket number I knew that was a line of b******* too so I am done with this Walmart. On Citrus Boulevard Leesburg FL...when Jim worked there. It was the best place to work. It is now a hole in the ground. I placed an online order yesterday and they texted me that it was ready at 10 o'clock this morning. I didn't get there for an extra half hour 40 minutes but I sat there waiting for an hour and 45 minutes to get my order. Atrocious customer service. read more

They wont answer the phone. Ever. You can call during morning, noon, night. No one answers the phone UNLESS you choose pharmacy, and even then they CANNOT transfer you to customer service. She tells you to call back. I was calling because the cashier didn't put one of our bags in the cart. I ATTACHED PICTURES. I had a few items missing this week, Walmart+ refunded me and I'm thankful for that, but now they sent me applesauce that looked like some bio-hazard petirie dish! As far as Walmarts go, it was ok. They actually had cashiers and the employee I asked for assistance knew where the item was and walked me to it. I'm thinking each year I get older, I dislike Walmarts in general more and more. They are just too big. You have to pretty much walk the whole thing for any size list. Well the ones at Wedgewood and Summerfield are always nuts crowded, so this one qualifies as a pleasant shopping experience. Somehow I have been here months and was not aware of the existence of this one. Seemed well-stocked, at least with what we were looking for. Walmart Supercenter - Not crowded like Summerfield. - Department Stores Near Me - Leesburg, Florida

Had a terrible experience with a clearly overwhelmed and overstimulated person (who I gathered was a lead or manager at the cash registers) who had no business filling the post he's in. After locating an item not available online or in store except for a floor model, it took about 20-25 mins to finally get assistance. I tried to flag down multiple individuals (one who simply walked off and never came back, one said she knew nothing, and one who finally went to call someone for me) and finally found a helpful and professional employee. Her assistance was fantastic and I got my item and made my way to purchase. The price was incorrect at check-out, so the cashier, also helpful and professional, flagged down someone who was supposed to be overseeing that area from what I gathered. The "Lead Cashier" was aggressive, flustered, disrespectful, uncoordinated, and generally unprofessional. There were a few other people I dealt with who weren't the A team, but nothing as unpleasant as said Cashier Lead. I had bad experiences every few minutes I was in the store, and after being told in depth what the process was for me to obtain the proper discount on my item which was something he should've taken care of (Lead refused to help and said he had to get the employee, who apparently broke company rules by helping me, if I wanted the item and at the price I thought it was). I waited longer for him to walk off once before and then walk off again telling me to wait each time while he did whatever he was up to. At this point, I was in the store for about 35/40 minutes for a piece of plastic. The aggravation and disrespect wasn't worth it, so instead of wasting more of my time, I left. Won't be back to this location again. Had no idea how poorly this attempted purchase would go, what terrible treatment I'd have to deal with, and not a fun way to wrap up a bad week I already had. Hope the employees who helped me aren't treated the way I was or have to deal with any BS from bad management. Hopefully this is an isolated incident - this is the only bad experience I've ever had at a Walmart, but it's one I'll never forget. read more

Tammy at register 24 was incredibly rude to 2 sets of patrons in front of us -and to another customer that asked her a question. The customers in front of us had an item that wouldn't ring up and we literally waited over 10 minutes while she barely tried to problem solve. She didn't put her assistance light on, played on her phone, and toward the end very slowly walked to a coworker before coming back and repeating it couldn't be rung up (the customers also went back and took a picture of the product price for her). Two deliveries totally botched by Walmart, Leesburg, FL. First order of a sizable cost was delivered to wrong address. I had to go out and search for the package which took quite awhile. Walmart never offered to refund my delivery charge. Just told me that the driver had been reported. Second order, which I had ordered to be "SHIPPED" was, for some reason, changed to partial ship and partial deliver. You guessed it, delivery again to wrong address. This time I called the driver and was treated like a piece of s...t. "Call my boss, call Walmart, I'm done for the day" were his responses when I asked if he had just delivered a package. He hung up on me twice and then blocked my calls. Amazon, Keurig, and many others have no issue getting the address location correct. I really wanted Walmart to get this right. Both kept trying to convince me it was placed in the cooler by someone and actual price as rung up. Pointed out price sticker below items identifying produce as same. Instead of acting professionally, manager took out the other 3-4 juices and moved them to back of store in cooler. They would not give product for correct price on tag. Walmart completely ruined my 88-year-old dads Father's Day!! I had ordered him a fishing pole and reel that was deducted from my bank account, in stock and scheduled for delivery on Father's Day. I had told him a surprise was being delivered and when 2pm and I had not got an update on delivery I TRIED at least 20 times to reach the store and no one would answer the phone. So, I called the main Customer Service number (4 times) trying to get an update on my gift only to be told the item was SOLD OUT! No update/email or text was ever sent to me so I could get him gift. I went to this Walmart today and I'm totally done with this crappy Walmart. FIRST OFF, the associates treat you like thieves, they're lazy and rude. You ask them for help and they completely act as though you're bothering them. The management there completely don't know what the heck's going on EVER! Today when I was there, we used self checkout, got our stuff and was leaving, we were held up at the door because suddenly Walmart thinks that they're aloud to check receipts, which they can not, and is illegal. I go to ALDI and occasionally Sav A Lot but those don't have the inventory to be a main store... We stopped shopping at this store a long time ago due to being forced to lengthy self-checkout, employees with indifferent attitudes, and low inventory on the shelves. Our visit today revealed conditions even worse. There were no shopping carts inside the store (the bins in the parking lot were overflowing). When asked, a supervisor casually said that the employee who took care of carts was "on break" (an hour later, there still weren't any carts in the store). We noticed other customers entering the store only to be forced to stand and wait for a cart; some even simply left the store presumably to shop elsewhere. During our one-hour shopping venture looking at half-full shelves, we asked an employee if there was any stock in the back of a much-wanted item not on the shelf; she flippantly stated "we're out" and that she couldn't be bothered because she was putting up merchandise in another aisle. Are employees trained in customer relations? Well, we all know Walmart has gotten greedy since founder, Sam Walton, passed, but now it's getting ridiculous! This Walmart is the worst that I've seen: never enough checkers, long lines, wrong prices, bad stocking practices, not enough rolling baskets, receipts full of mistakes, and forget about getting an electric handicapped cart! Today I was charged twice for one dozen canning jars at $14.97. When I found the mistake I tried to call a half dozen times with no success. With all the video checkouts, card charging, internet ordering and pickup, you would think someone could answer the phone! I had a problem with something I had ordered for curbside pickup. The Leesburg store was the only store that said the item was in stock. This store is about 30 minutes farther than the store I go to but I really needed the item. I ordered things I didn't have to have right away so I'd have the the $35 I needed for the pickup requirement. I was getting ready to go pick up my order and I got an email saying they were out of stock of what I needed and substituted something for what I needed! I needed a specific dog food that only Walmart has and my dog doesn't do well if I switch his food. I've been calling the store repeatedly and no one answers the phone. So I chose the option to speak with the Pharmacy and when they answered I told them I kept pushing the number to talk to a store associate but kept getting disconnected. She told me they never answer the phone even when they try to page. So I'm beyond frustrated and am very dissatisfied with Walmart, I'm gonna take my business to a store that cares about its customers!! I know I'm just one person but if they treat all of their customers this way, enough will say they've had enough too. Walmart you should be better. read more

This is the worst Walmart. Employees are always standing around talking, while you are scanning and bagging your own stuff. Customer Service is closed because they are short staffed, yet you have 6-7 employees standing and talking. It is always a mess with inventory everywhere making aisles hard to navigate. This review is specifically for the in-store shoppers who put together their grocery delivery orders. I'm disabled, no transportation, and even if I could get to the B&M store I couldn't walk around it. So I'm totally dependent on grocery delivery for food. And I am so pleased with the shoppers who assemble the grocery orders. They're careful to get the right products in the right sizes, and the substitutions they make are usually very sensible and useful. If something is wrong I don't have the option of just hopping in a car and going to the actual store, so it's very important for me that they get the right products so I'll be able to cook my own meals. I feel like a lot of work goes into their jobs and I only hope their store management appreciates them as much as I do. Thanks! read more

One of my favorite stores in both cities is Walmart I was so, so happy to see that I was moving to an area where the Walmart Supercenter was so close to me. This weekend I visited the subdivision where my house is currently being built, I needed to do some shopping so we stopped in the Leesburg Walmart Supercenter. Our Walmart was newly remodeled this year and looks great and very organized. Every isle is marked with clear signs of the items in each isle. I ordered grocery pick up from here , biggest fucking mistake . I normally never order here because I knew it would be problems , trying to be closer to home I decided to give it a try first and last time ever ordering here , I pulled up to get my groceries at 8 ( i chose this pick up time ). When I arrive I called 3 times no one answered , so I had to get out the car with a 7 month old it's gets better . So I go in ask for help , the man I asked for help goes to the back as if he was going to let them know I'm here and left me standing for 20 minutes so I go to someone else for help she sends me to customer service where there is no one there ( the fucking lights were off ) I'm standing there looking stupid for another 15 minutes finally a manager comes out and she tells me " oh I'm sorry but they closed at 8 " I explain to her I been here since 8 ( like my time scheduled ) and been getting fucked around since 8 and now it's 8:49 that's not my fault I spent my money , not to mention I had 3 babies and a wife to feed tonight , so by the end of the night me and my family had take out and I had waisted time and gas and had to come get it in the morning read more

I used to love my local Walmart as it is very convenient, but over the last couple of years it has seriously gone down hill. There used to be multiple choices for one item. Now you are lucky if you have one choice per item in stock. They are constantly out of items and is a constant source of frustration. Now I have to supplement my shopping by filling in missing items at Publix. Never had to do that before. The odd thing is that both Wal-Mart's in The Villages don't seem to have this problem. I ordered groceries on Aug 4th to be delivered that night between 7 & 8. Didn't happen. Checked the status and they said preparing the order. Waited until the next morning - still preparing the order. Called customer service (800 number). They tried to call the store - no answer. Said to wait. 1pm and still no groceries. Called customer service again. They said to cancel the order and re-order and use express delivery since I needed some of the items right away. They gave me a $10 credit for express delivery. So, I ordered everything again. Express delivery was to be delivered between 5:22 pm and 7:22 pm. It's now Aug 6th and I still have no groceries. They canceled the order again and gave me a promo code to use on my next online grocery order. Don't think I'll be using it - OR Leesburg Walmart! read more

Twenty mins later I phoned, customer service and explained my wait, heard pages to other department except my request. She then paged. Went through checkout with refilled gallon water bottles, 29 cents per gallon. Cashier seemed new, didn't know where to find code. The list of codes she needed was not at her register!!! She called for her manager in the YELLOW vest. Manager got list from another register and told cashier the code. It ended up being WRONG code, so we were over charged so now had to get in another line for refund. 20 plus minutes to check out with refilled bottled water, a $1.45 sale!! This YELLOW vested manger seemed to be helping a lot of cashiers, which tells me POOR training for cashiers!!Management needs to improve training for these frustrated cashiers!! read more
