We had used CVS Pharmacy in general for many years, and this particular branch for several of those years after we moved to this area. Our health insurance company has contracted with Walgreens and we are forced to use them now, so I am leaving this review as a farewell present for CVS. The CVS rewards program is pretty good, more rewarding than the current one we have at Walgreens. We also like that CVS stopped selling cigarettes, a bold move, here in the heavy smoking south, at least. I always tried to arrange to make right turns in and out of the parking lot at the busiest times of day at this branch, because it got so busy at rush hour, plus there always seemed to be just one cashier, even though there was a second register there. If a second person was helping, they only waited on the drive through customers, which I suppose is a good thing to help reduce the idling air pollution out there. They could have been open a little bit later, but I guess their hours were standard pharmacy hours. read more

Worst pharmacist ever! Called 5 times before finally reaching the Pharmacist, Mohamed. He's rude condescending and actually hung up on me before I could finish asking questions. Each month my prescription is delayed because they don't stock the medication. Since I have to wait 3 to 5 days for them to receive it after they place the order my pickup date continues to be pushed back causing me to miss a couple of days and in some cases a week. I can't order early because this pharmacy won't allow it. It is unacceptable for a pharmacy not to carry a prescription that history shows will be ordered consistently every month. My previous pharmacist always pre-ordered so that when it came due it was available. It was also a CVS but I moved 4 months ago and have had to change pharmacy. This is my 4th order with this pharmacy and as usual they have to order. I use to pick up my prescription the 1st day of each month & because of the delay each time it has been pushed to the 16th of the month. Since it's not in stock it is being pushed again which means I won't be able to pick up my prescription next month until whatever day I pick this one up. It doesn't matter to them when it's ordered because they go by pickup date. The only explanation for this according to my previous pharmacist is poor management by the pharmacist. Get a competent pharmacist! You are affecting people's health because you either don't know how to pre-plan or you are plain LAZY! I have reported this to CVS customer service the past two months & never get a response. Whatever happened to customer service. It appears to be non-existent! read more

If i could give this pharmacy zero stars, that would still be generous. My husband was involved in a terrible accident back in February. Shattered and compressed his T12 vertebrae. He's lost complete height in it. In unimaginable pain. He was finally able to get into see pain management this week. The doctor ordered a prescription for him and the pharmacist deleted it. When my husband called to inquire about it he was incredibly rude. Said he needed to speak with the doctor regarding a reason. Why? Even if that's the case, there is absolutely no reason to be rude to your customers who, if they are being prescribed pain medication are already struggling in life. If you hate your job this much, QUIT! I would greatly appreciate someone making contact with us so we can discuss this further. I am heartbroken that my husband has to endure this condition for the rest of his life and I am absolutely appalled at how he has been treated through this whole process. Edit.....I have done as requested and called "customer care" with my complaint. I felt, unheard. Definitely didn't hear any typing of notes. Said she would "pass" it along. And "I may or may not hear back further". What is the whole point of taking time out of our days to make a complaint when clearly no one cares? I would be ashamed to represent this company. Maybe that's the problem...But this pharmacist has years of complaints. And still you allow him to demean your customers. I have never said this before about anyone, but this man should have been fired a long time ago. read more

Dumbest pharmacy techs in the business. Even after my physician called them personally they can't get their heads out of their a$$es.

Called 3 times trying to speak to the pharmacist. Automated system keeps saying to leave a voice mail. I don't want to leave a voice message, I need to speak to the pharmacist. I'm thinking seriously of having all if my prescriptions sent to another pharmacy. This is ridiculous. the Indian pharmacist man is very nasty and rude , the the pharmacy techs don't know what they are doing , it's a constant issue every single month when picking up our prescriptions, especially Courtney who's is suppose to be be the "lead" she sucks , always had a nasty attitude, won't let you get a word in , and 95% of the time is wrong , I'm so over arguing with these idiots every single time I have to pick up a script , Nakylee also has a poor attitude most of the time as well but kinda knows what she's doing , they definitely all need to go back to school! read more

The small size of this store makes for easy and convenient shopping. The line is usually short and there is hardly ever any waiting. The only complaint I have with this store is that driving into and out of their parking lot back onto the main highway is kind of a pain. Walgreens is usually easier to get to but they tend to have longer lines. read more
