Called again three days later, on hold for 24 minutes, answered finally, gave DOB and name He immediately said there is nothing I can do for you and went to hang up. I yelled wait, I need this and told him what it was. He replied we were probably out, try again tomorrow. I'm going to try CVS across the street. I've had enough of that attitude. read more

Unfortunately, after 13 years with Walgreens, I feel that it is best to transfer my families prescriptions to a different community pharmacy. Sadly, I am willing to give up a convenient drive-thru option as well as pay out of pocket JUST to be valued and respected. Treating others with kindness should not be difficult. Customers want to be seen, heard and understood. I realize the call volume is high but it is extremely difficult to contact this pharmacy for assistance so I choose to physically drive the half hour to the location rather than wait on hold. When it was FINALLY my turn to do business, I was rushed and dismissed. The LAST straw is hearing numerous excuses for poor customer service. The pharmacy manager offered a remorseless apology that seemed like a rehearsed strategic statement but the genuine damage had already done with every negative encounter leading up to this. Regrettably, there are certain employees that are unnecessarily argumentative and confrontational creating an unfavorable experience. I urge corporate to review this locations calls, video footage and online reviews to see first-hand exactly why you are losing long-term customers. My case number is #26020171. read more

The Ardice location is well stocked and employees helpful. While I don't see a big success at the doc-in-a-box that took up a lot of the floor space, it will make a fine liquor store when they give it up. read more

The Walgreens Pharmacy on SR 44 and 19 is about the worse place to go for your medication. Well it is for me, my insurance provider and my prescriptions provider both are tell me that I have no Co-pays for my medication. But this walgreens wants me to pay The Co-pays and I can't get my medication until I pay for it. Now I live week to week with my paycheck like most people do so my next payday will be on the 31 first of this month. Because of what walgreens is doing to me. I have been out of my Diabetes medication since last Friday the 20th And I probably won't get it until the 31st of this month when I get paid. And to make matter worse I also take Brilinta that they haven't filled in 2 months and when the Person that waited on me realize that I was not going to pay for the diabetes medication, she gave me a look that I should go ahead and die and to leave her alone so I can just Imagine What would happen if I asked about the Brilinta my heart medication. I wish that Umatilla Pharmacy was Able to get the medication that I needed. The Umatilla Pharmacy is the best pharmacy in Lake County they truly care about their customers but unfortunately There are some medications that they can't get. I use Umatilla Pharmacy for everything else that I need. read more

The woman doing the Covid vaccinations today, was having a bad day. She really needs to be more thoughtful of people at this time. We're there during an uncomfortable time and she acted like we were imposing on her. Then I got a few items and went to the front of the store to check out and the cashier seemed paranoid. I've been using this pharmacy for years and today will be my last trip here. I brought 3 prescriptions in she questioned if I needed one of them. The pharimiest said 45 minutes, then when I went to pick it up at 1 hour nothing was ready, waited 10 more minutes, Rx was ready but she had only filled 1 of them explained to the clerk there should have been 3. Wated15 more minutes got to the window again not ready. Finally, after waiting more than an hour later it was finished. What frustratd me the most is she was making a judgment about my health needs when I'd just left the emergency room and had been prescribed the medication.
