Despite Yelp's "10-minute response" claim, I received no reply to my initial quote request. ​When I called the following day, the experience did not improve. The representative I spoke with seemed disinterested and lacked basic industry knowledge, specifically struggling to differentiate between a California room and a sunroom. Despite asking for extensive details about the project, they declined to meet during our inspection window and failed to follow up afterward as promised. ​If a company isn't interested in a project, I'd prefer transparency over unfulfilled promises to follow up. We have since taken our business elsewhere.
