I loved the view from the bedroom. You could see the lake without walking out to the balcony. We decided to sleep without the curtains drawn so that we could enjoy the scenery. The air conditioning was also powerful which was so needed during the hot summer day. As it was covid-19 pandemic while we were there, safety protocols were in place. I appreciated the contactless check in and check out, plus hand sanitizer by the elevator on every floor. We had to bag our used towels and linens when checking out but it was understandable. The bathroom amenities were from OrganiQ which was my favorite brand. I loved the lemongrass scent of the body lotion. The bathroom was also clean, likewise for the rest of the room. Tea and coffee (Keurig) were provided though we did not touch it or any of the items. Covid-19, you know. The bed was soft, good if you prefer that. I had no issue with the noise and could sleep through the night. My friend was sensitive to noise and could hear everything -- doors opening and closing, people talking etc. I heard nothing though. So this could be something to consider if you are a light sleeper or hate sounds. The staff was excellent. We parked our car for $5 at the back parking lot, and the staff allowed us to leave the car there for a couple of hours after we checked out so that we could grab a quick bite and also shopped a bit. That was very flexible and kind of them. I will definitely stay here again. A+++++++

This is a review of the B&B and of the golf course…read more The bed and breakfast is located next to the golf course and is owned by the the same family that owns the course. Best described as a resort. It is located out of the way from Harrison Hot Springs and it is in a tranquil and quiet area next to the Harrison River. The original house on the property has been renovated, and a golf course was added by the descendants of the original owner of the property. The main house has been renovated so that each room is a guest room. In addition, each room bears one of the names of the original ancestral occupants of the house. There are also cottages that are available for overnight stays. The cottages are separate from the main guest house and is nestled a little more into the forest that surrounds this property. Dinning is offered by the River's Edge Restaurant, that also serves the Sandpiper Golf course patrons. Foodwise, it is OK. The Sandpiper Golf Course is a very nice place for a round. It runs along the Harrison River on a couple of holes and also has old growth trees on a few others. There is also an airstip near one, possibly two holes. Don't knock you balls onto the airstrip, it is OB! I've seen planes land there on ocassion. A very nice place for an escape from the city, or for a round of golf. I've played here several times.

Food was very good like the atmosphere service suck though we'll try again hopefully I get a better…read moreserver

We left Kelowna at 8 am , drove the Coquihalla, Connector in winter conditions. Then visited family in Langley and back to Harrison Hot Springs. Several hours of driving and we were tired and looking forward to relaxing in the hot pools. At 4:30 we arrived and were already an hour and a half past our 3 pm check in time. The check in person just flicked her wrist saying go for a walk or dinner and we'll message you when your room is ready. I explained that were had driven many hours and were tired. She said maybe she could find another room. Flicked her hand again saying go for a walk or dinner. It was pitch black outside . I said we would just wait. While we were waiting I though to check out the pool. Couldn't access the pool without a fob. Waited half an hour. Now 5 pm, 2 hours past our check in time. A lovely valet helped us bring our luggage up to the room. I heard noise coming from our room and therefore didn't opened the door so knocked on the door instead. Another family was in the room. We had been sent to a room that was already in use. Back down to the front desk with the check in people , now 2 of them claiming it wasn't their fault. We were offered a 15 percent discount. So almost two and a half hours after our check in time we finally had a room. Side note. We were cold with only an extremely thin comforter. Asked for a blanket the 2nd night and received an equally thin blanket. No cleaning service, no new towels or refill of the coffee pods. The pools themselves were nice. Be aware that you may receive poor check in service , run down hotel but pleasant outdoor heated mineral.

I booked over the phone to ensure we got a dog friendly room and the staff were very helpful. Check in/ Check out was a breeze and the property was very clean. Our room had a beautiful view of the pond and we loved watching the baby ducks swim around. It was quite peaceful. We were only there for one night, but we put the pool/hot tub/sauna to good use while we were there. The beds were very comfortable, but it is disappointing that they don't have rooms with 2 queen beds, only doubles.

Andrea said it's not appropriate to go above her head. the reason I did was when I called to book a room at 12:30am I was greeted by a new employee that I assume Andrea was in charge of training. this employee told me they don't take booking, and it was early morning so they don't take booking. they his staff said they just answer the phone! they also told me they are not customer service, they do not know how to run the computers, and to call back to andrea in the morning! I had enquired for a price match that I noticed on the webpage as I was booking. the problem is the price I paid was 100 dollars less than the price offered eventually over the phone the next day. we had min choice for hotels in chilliwack, old hotel staff doesn't take booking? Andrea was not kind to us and at one point snatched the key cards she gave me back off the desk and said she would not be checking me in right now and I would wait! hours before a wedding we were in town for. Andrea also seems to be fine with the aggressive drug users out front of the hotel at the lobby whom were around the entire time we were at the hotel. seems no security was present, guests vehicles and belonging and personal safety doesn't seem to be top priority for Andrea. at one point the aggressive behaviour of the drug users was hostile towards myself and other guests. DO NOT STAY !!! there are other hotels in Chilliwack, coast api hotels says what they want to get you in. I will say the other staff was great, friendly and also had things to say about Andrea as a manger. it seems Andrea is kind only when she wants to be! shame the hotels didn't want to respoke after I reached out.

That's just my own personal preference, being from Vancouver where we all feel rushed when going out to eat. This place is more laid-back and casual. Our food arrived in a timely fashion and it was pretty decent - the portion of yam fries with my burger was huge - plenty for sharing with the rest of the table. I prefer to go by my grandma's experience more than mine, because I felt that she is more of the target customer as she lives in the area, not to mention she knows what other places nearby are like in comparison. She loved the soup and sandwich combo and said that the coffee was really good - and as long as my grandma is happy, then I'm happy, too. I liked that the server brought out crayons and colouring pages for my little nephews to entertain them while we waited for our food. It's not a typical place I would end up at, but I enjoyed my lunch. I would really like to give 3.5 stars, but for what it is, I'll bump them up a notch rather than knock one off. This is not fine dining, nor is it a trendy over-priced, establishment. But I wouldn't hesitate to go back with my grandma next time I'm in the area.
