Dog-friendly hotel, just off the highway. Not the most scenic area, but a great option for weary travelers (as we were) as well as people staying longer in the area. I don't think the rooms have much in the way of views unless you're staying on a higher floor - then you probably have something really cool. Rooms were clean and tidy, although the shower started making a thumping noise in the middle of a shower - but nothing broke. Breakfast is included - with pre made cheese omelets, two kinds of waffles (fruit or malted vanilla), and two kinds of waffle makers (mini or regular). Staff was really friendly, despite the crazy winter storm that came in which caused multiple travelers to ask her repeatedly (we were one of the many) whether she thought the roads were safe to travel. read more

The receptionist during check-in was a little bit curt, the pool is a lot smaller in reality compared to the webpage pix [was hoping to do some laps, pool was full of kids], the rooms were pricey. We booked a last minute stay at the Hampton Inn and was greeted happily upon arrival by the amazing front staff. However after entering our room we were greeted with a musty cigarette scent that had to be aired out. Due to covid 19 the breakfast buffet is closed, however they offer free meal packages that you can customize based on your liking. The lady serving the meals was very unfriendly, rude and harsh when asked a question. The meal was delicious however the "fresh" fruit was rotten on the inside and contained worms!!! This Inn was great for a quick last minute book, however I would not recommend staying here. read more

We were visiting Chilliwack to fish on the Vetter river from October 4 through October 7, 2019. On our first day, our rental vehicle was broken into and National Car Rental did nothing to help us either replace or repair the vehicle. So we continued to drive this vehicle and finish our vacation. The entire staff went out of their way to make our vacation as enjoyable as possible....they went as far as providing cardboard, plastic, tape, and let up park under the porta cache every night. The house keeper heard me asking for tweezers to pull glass shards from our feet, she called everyone asking for tweezers. Anyway, this hotel knows what customer service is all about. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chilliwack! Thank you Hampton! You saved our vacation!! read more

I can't say enough great things about this hotel. Our family stayed there for the week and we had such a wonderful experience. The hotel décor is was very nice and the property is new and clean. There was plenty of free parking and it was easy access to the highway and a very close drive to the mall, restaurants and activities for the family to do. The staff went above and beyond for our family. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The pool was a huge bonus and the slide was such a highlight for our kids. Complimentary Wi-Fi was very important for us since we are from the States and our cell phones were all roaming. It worked the entire time with no issues. We loved the complimentary breakfast in the morning and having coffee available all day was great since it was a bit chilly outside. Thank you for such great service we will be back on our next visit to Chilliwack!!! read more

Great pool, slide and hot tub! What more do I need to say... well good place for a family with kiddos that need to get some energy out on a road trip. The breakfast is nothing special but what you expect from a Hampton inn. I will say the pillows were better than expected for hotel pillows. read more

Exactly what you expect at every Hampton - clean, professional and comfortable. We have stayed here twice and each time were were greeted by excellent staff and our rooms were always clean and comfortable. We had two kids with us and the hotel staff have been more than happy to help us make them comfortable with a crib and extra blankets. Breakfast is standard Hampton Inn fare, which is fine. The hotel is tucked away off the road and a little difficult to see, but it is brand new and looks great. There is a great pool and spa with a slide for the kids- mine loved it. read more

This hotel is fairly new and I've stayed here several times. The rooms are very clean and staff is very helpful. It's a bit hard to see at first from the road due to all the competing gas station signs. The hotel is close to a hamburger restaurant Mooyahs (which is also excellent). Only complaint about this hotel is the painfully slow wifi and Internet access, but despite the slow internet, this hotel is still excellent. read more

The hotel is not easy to see from the road, but when you get there it is very nice. It is brand new. The rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. You have the regular Hampton Inn breakfast and Wifi. The staff were friendly and helpful. I didn't use the pool but there is a very nice waterslide that kids will like. Stayed here on our way to Kamloops. Room was nice and clean. Staff were very friendly. Just what I expected from Hampton Inn. Picked this hotel due to slide in pool for our kids. Unfortunately, pool was really full day we checked in. Kids didn't stay long in pool. I found out later pool was open to non-guests. I still would recommend but take away one star. read more

My sister and Brother -in-law reserved a room for 7 days starting Last Saturday. They waited almost 3 hours in the lobby as the front desk computer was down even though the room was booked and paid for weeks before. NO Manager to be found anywhere.The Hotel comped a room for them for the night which was appropriate. The stay was great the Hotel is Very nice ,clean and convenient and all goes well until Friday night when they returned to their room (which was reserved until Saturday) to find their key didn't work ,ALL THEIR CLOTHES,SUITCASES,FOOD AND SHOWER ITEM'S GONE. The staff had Packed ALL their possesions into a GARBAGE BAG except the food items which they Threw in the garbage and effectively Evicted them from their room with 1 day still paid for on their reservation !!!! WHO DOES THAT??? As in their first night there was NO manager to be found,or available or apparently within telephone distance.But they Did get a note apoligizing for throwing out their food ,throwing ALL their clothes in a bundle along with their shampoo.perfume,toothpaste etc IN THE SAME Garbage bag leaking on their new clothes and sovenirs.Also a bag of chips and a bottle of water. While the Hotel is Very Nice the Manager should be retrained in customer relations or lack of. Thanks for NOTHING Robert GlattFelter maybe management isn't your forte??? read more
