I was here for the Lunar New Year AYCE brunch with family. The food selection was amazing and…read moreservice was great. The food stations were refilled until the end of the seating period. Food tasted fresh and some of the items were quite authentically Chinese. There was even live entertainment with a singer singing Chinese and English songs. Lastly, there were colouring sheets and crayons to keep the kids busy. Staff stopped by regularly to clear dirty dishes and refill drinks. Our server was friendly. When we were leaving, the kids received a red pocket on the way out. The kids were happy to get a chocolate coin in the red pocket envelope. Overall, great experience and I will be back to try their regular Sunday AYEC brunch.

AYCE WEEKEND BRUNCH BUFFET. At the coast convention centre in Langley they now have AYCE Brunch…read morebuffet. One thing I love is how spacious it is and how many different stations there were. They had a sushi station, roastbeef station, chef station where they freshly make the waffles, pancakes, omeletes, and egg benedicts. I love how its made freshly in front of you and how there is so much people yet smooth and quick lines. They even had a cooked station, seafood section, dessert station with a chocolate fountain and a charcutier station. Overall there was quite the variety and all the foods including cooked and chef stations were so good and delicious. I would come again cause of how much variety there really is!

When we came back to our room, both the tumbler and straw were removed. This tumbler was brand new and unused. Upon talking to the front desk, they told us that the cup was taken by housekeeping for disposal. The cup was placed out of the way, brand new, and still in its packaging. The front desk explained to us that it was their policy to throw out any plastic cups, whether they were used or unused, but there were several used plastic cups provided by the hotel that were left in the bathroom by housekeeping and not cleaned up. Be wary of your belongings while staying at this location because housekeeping WILL touch your personal belongings and remove them from the room!

On my first night I realized it was too late to go out and find food to eat (the next door restaurant Ricky's closed earlier than stated, it was cold AND I had no car) one staff recommend me to use SkipTheDishes.com, which was SUPER helpful! I ordered my food online and got my delicious salad (that the same staff recommended) within 30 minutes. She was a lifesaver! It seemed like the interior was renovated and everything felt relatively new inside the rooms. The location wasn't ideal for someone like me without a car, but it was clean and cozy inside. They have a small gym, pool/jacuzzi and business center. Complimentary breakfast is simple but there are plenty of choices (breads/muffins, waffles, sausage, eggs, yogurt, cereal, fruit, juice and coffee...I'm sure I missed some other things because I'm pretty sure I didn't eat 1/10 of what they offered). I definitely recommend this place if you need to stay in the area.

The variety of selection was eye popping and food was delicious. I cannot thank the hotel for their great service. The environment was clean and quiet, our experience as a whole family was great.

Love to give it a 4.5/5 but Yelp doesn't allow half ratings. This was our first time here with my…read morefamily and we were so pleasantly surprised by what a great experience we had. We thought it would primarily be brunch/breakfast items but there was such a large selection and variety of items. The staff were very nice and accommodating. They also had live music which was a nice mood setter. You get juice, pop, coffee or tea included with your meal. Alcoholic drinks are extra charge. We had gone on a regular Sunday and not an "event" Sunday so am not sure of other offerings. There was sushi, inari sushi, dumplings, sticky rice (but not sure if the dimsum was leftover from lunar new year special), roast beef, ham, mussels, shrimp cocktail, fried rice, short rib, roasted vegetables (REAL veg not just bagged corn and peas like other places lol), sablefish, grilled chicken, eggs benny station, omelette station, charcuterie, scrambled eggs, toast, bacon, sausage, mini avo toasts and dessert bar. The only real downside is the overall price. I think just given the location I wish it were slightly cheaper. Adults are $45 and seniors are $37. There aren't a lot of good quality buffets around so I do understand it sets them apart it just may attract more guests at a bit of a cheaper price. Or maybe it they had something in conjunction with the casino to offer a discount that would be another incentive to get people across the bridge. I would be more so inclined to bring them back at a different rate as we are coming from Burnaby and Vancouver.

Base around the tub hasn't been properly washed in at least a year. Wanting to change rooms. Front Desk clerk lied said no rooms available. We needed to stay two nights. The total cost was $440 USD. Given the level of quality of this hotel, I was very dissatisfied. I won't go into the things that were substandard, these have been mentioned by other reviewers. Nonetheless, if this hotel were to lower its rates to what it truly is, a two star hotel, then It would be an okay choice. I had a bad first impression of the front desk person. I came early to inquire if I could check in early, the answer was "no" -- understandable. But when I asked if there was a bathroom I could use the answer was no. That is unacceptable; if you are staying at a $200/night hotel, one is expecting certain amenities in the lobby or common area where the breakfast is offered. I would say, the room we got was clean, the water was hot, the towels were clean and in good condition, the air conditioning worked although noisy, and the room was quiet. I did not try the breakfast. Upon check out, I had a different front desk person who was very friendly.
