Very smart and kind people, I loved just getting to yap with them all session long. My hair turned out beautiful, and although it was a bleach straw, both of the times that I walked out of the salon my hair actually felt healthier. I showed him the reference photo and mentioned that the French line didn't look like the picture and asked if he could make it a little thicker. Instead of addressing what I was asking for, he got up, started speaking loudly in another language, slammed his things down, and walked away without saying anything. Another woman had to come over and finish my toes, and she was much nicer and more professional. I had mentioned multiple times that I wasn't happy with how the French tips were looking, but they still didn't end up looking good. She even asked me at the end if they were okay, and I said, "Uh, yeah, it's okay, thank you," because at that point I didn't want to keep going back and forth. The total was $50, and $60 after tip. I still tipped because I work in the service industry myself and understand how important tips are. However, for that price, I expected better quality and much better customer service. I've never been to this place before, and unfortunately, I wouldn't come back. If you're looking for a solid color, maybe you'll have a different experience, but I personally wouldn't recommend coming here for French tips. The employee's behavior was also extremely unprofessional and made the experience even more uncomfortable. I usually go to Tammy's Nails, and I'll definitely just continue going there from now on.
