The front desk staff were all friendly, and Dr. Min was very knowledgeable and informative. He asked about our concerns and was very patient. My daughter was pretty scared initially, so I was really thankful he just sat and spoke to her and me initially. We will have to return again later for testing, but I am thankful the staff and Dr. Min made her first visit less scary, so it will be easier for me to get her to come back next time.

I finally request an authorization to see Dr. Min again after 6 months of his unresolved condition. Immediately with confidence and without any hesitation, Dr. Min said it is asthma due to symptoms, its effectiveness of treatments and failed resolution the past 6 months. In which his regular pediatrician had kept saying its allergies. He switched my sons treatments thats will make it more tolerable for a little toddler who usually has difficulty sitting still plus other test for further evaluation. He understands what parents go through being a parent himself. He is very patient and explains the different medication and how they work also which its truly hard to find many doctors that do that nowadays. Since then, my son has not coughed one bit, has more energy for activities and not tired to finish his food. It was a domino effect of problems that occured all because of delayed treatment and control of his asthma. In a way, i am very sad my child suffered for months, sad he now has asthma but glad we know whats wrong and taking actions to control it. I could not Thank Dr. Min enough!! Staff: all the staff are nice in the office and my only dislike is wait time can be a bit long to be seen. Although thats with many clinics and offices. Some days are faster than others. They are very inclusive here and have multiple employees that are bilingual, Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, and Vietnamese are just some I know they speak! As someone that came in with severe allergies and asthma that was left untreated, Dr. Wong was able to help me figure out what I need to be doing to manage them. I also got an allergy test done here, which no surprise I'm allergic to almost everything. So I am currently taking allergy shots on a weekly basis but will slow down the shots eventually. Based on that conversation, I thought we would discuss whether testing could help identify which medications within the NSAID family I could safely use. Instead, I was met with an astonishing level of dismissiveness and condescension. Rather than thoughtfully discussing my options, I was told that pursuing a drug challenge was not worth the time. His advice was to drive to a hospital parking lot, take Advil, and see what happened. If I experienced another episode of anaphylaxis, I could then check myself into the ER. I was stunned. This was not only unprofessional, but reckless advice to give a patient. I came seeking medical guidance to avoid another medical emergency, not to be told to conduct my own unsupervised experiment and hope emergency services were nearby if things went wrong. My husband and I decided to go with TCM. Dr Tsai didn't really explained much, did a quick examination and just gave my 15 month old son an eczema regimen which consists a herbal powder mix and itching pill which he takes twice a day and non steroid creams for the day and night. 3 weeks in and following the steps we have seen improvement in him finally! Less scratching and open blisters finally going away. Less bloody sleeves which he wears at night slowly going away and he's sleeping throughout the night. It's truly a blessing that something finally works for us.
