I love the zen of this place. The store has much to offer from hand made jewlery, to groceries, hand made clothing, drinks and food. I bought a beautiful hand made dress here and an iced coffee. The coffee is a must try, it is organic and delicious, no cream or sugar needed. First sip and I can tell that it is great coffee. The customer service here was well, the workers were all very kind and fast with serving. If anyone is driving by here I definitely recommend checking it out because it has unique items and great coffee. read more

Lagunitas General Store - I love how much zen this place has - Grocery Near Me - Lagunitas, California

My husband and I were camping at Samuel P Taylor and we stopped by this place to check into what we could get to make for dinner. We were shocked and pleasantly surprised that we got the best chicken piccata we have ever eaten here. It was truly AWESOME!!!! We booked our next trip camping there based on our dinner from the Lagunitas grocery and deli!!! We plan on visiting there again and again!! read more

Lagunitas General Store - Grocery Near Me - Lagunitas, California

I've lived in San Geronimo Valley my entire life and know how it is sometimes inconvenient to make a trip "over the hill" when you're in a pinch and need something in a hurry--Or just don't feel like making the trip. Lagunitas Market & Deli are one of my go-to's in these times of need. Friendly service, clean grounds and a vast array of items for quick snacks or entire meals! It's a great place to stop on your way to or from the coast. Thank you Lagunitas Market!! read more

I went here while working the election Tuesday Nov 3rd in San Geronimo. I got the burrito supreme. It was great and huge! I ate half for lunch and took the rest home for dinner the next night. I've been here before and they are very nice. This was my first burrito there and they get an A+ read more

This is a timeless tradition for our family that has only improved with the new owners who recently took over. A family run business that now has really delectable diverse cuisine. The service is excellent and the food is delicious! read more

Very tasty deli food! I go to the Lagunitas Grocery more and more, and I have really liked everything I have ordered from the deli. The breakfast burritos are great and really hit the spot. Other favorites of mine are the pesto pasta, thai/orchid noodles, Spanish rice, grilled eggplant and grilled salmon. If you haven't been here before, the store may not look too impressive, but the food is quite good. read more

My family loves their deli!! My personal favorite is their breaded chicken breast and stuffed jalapeños... soooo good! Loring, the owner and staff are warm and friendly. Whether we need a quick lunch, forgot to buy dish soap or need fire wood and snacks on the way to camp it's our go to spot! read more

The owner was friendly and the food was very tasty, especially the tacos. This is a good place to stop for firewood before heading to Samuel Taylor camp. read more

YUM! We stopped in this deli/grocery on a whirlwind trip to find my friend's missing brother. The first time we stopped in the place smelled SO AMAZING from whatever they were cooking that we made a mental note to come back when we were hungry and didn't just need supplies. The next day we stopped in and got a variety of eats and they were all delicious. Staff was amazingly nice and helped us out with a smile. They really went above and beyond. Definitely a fan! read more

I usually stop in here if I am going hiking out in Lagunitas or visiting friends. I haven't had much from the deli side but when it comes to things like drinks be it beer, water, soda, etc. and snacks like chips, candy, etc. it is a bit expensive. I understand that this is a country store and there is not much else around, but I am just being honest. Expect to pay a bit more. A bottle of water that may cost you $1 will probably cost you $2+. So not a huge difference but more expensive. Staff is friendly but since it is a small place it can sometimes take them a minute to get to you. And if you plan on sitting outside, get ready for a spandex party. Seems to be a road bike hot spot. read more

A fine end-of-the-road the road little grocery that needs to put prices on its items and check its staffing. I had nothing but a hundred to pay for my salad and beer. The middle aged Latino guy handed me back my change as a single pile. I started fan it out, and just as I saw it was 20 bucks short... lo and behold he was there ready with the other 20. So the guy likely tried to scam me, and at the very least needs to start counting change, as everybody else does at cash point of sale. read more

The food is vastly overpriced but ok. Store is funky. Selection not great. The main reason for the bad review is the HORRIBLE customer service! I was "greeted" by a woman (owner?) with a scowl who asked, "what do you want?" In a tone which indicated I was bothering her. The only other word she said to me was "$5" as she shoved my food at me. No "thank you," or "have a good day", or even a "don't let the door hit you on your way out." She's been rude on previous visits too, so this wasn't a random thing. Even though I have an office nearby, I will never buy anything from this place again. read more

I love this place. Everything here is super yummy!! The owners are awesome and put so much love and care into the food they make from scratch every day. Hardworking, kind loving people and bomb ass food. A definite must if you're in Lagunitas, or just passing through. read more

The owner is a Bay Area native and world class dude! Great deli with a great staff.

The drinks we ordered from the cafe were disgusting. Service was very poor, the older woman who made our drinks was extremely rude. I ordered a Chai and it was lukewarm and appalling. Gave me a stomach ache after a few sips. My sister in law got a vanilla latte and it was burnt. Grocery store was cute, had some odds and ends but very expensive. Didn't purchase any food, but the menu looked extensive. Disappointed with the overall service and quality of this place. Don't go here for the cafe, use as a last resort! If I could give this negative stars, I would. read more

I absolute love stopping in here for a picnic lunch and their milkshakes are great! The cool thing is they have a lot of cool random gifts for sale, and you could pick up a treasure! Friendly staff, a nice vibe and great food! read more

Great hospitality and really good milkshakes!! Wish they had more outdoor seating so I could chill and drink my shake there.

A favorite stop of ours while taking a day trip to the coast. Good vibes and good food & good people. Well worth the stop on your travels.

Incompetence at its finest! We ordered a pizza, paid $15, and waited for 45 minutes only to find out they never put the pizza in the oven!! Really? read more

Excellent tasty food, outstanding customer service, friendly staff, lovely neighborhood and very reasonable pricing. We loved our time there and sure will visit again. Thank you guys for making us feel at home. Absolutely love this place and its owner Loring. Cheers! read more

I make a point of stopping on my way to the coast just to see what specials the deli is offering. The sandwiches are less expensive here than the places I frequent in the East Bay or in Point Reyes. We stopped in and had some delicious tacos, a while back. We will likely return soon. read more

Often where I'd end up for lunch when I was too lazy or busy to bring food to work. They do a decent job for being a small deli in the middle of West Marin. The friendly staff and the colorful locals dining outside make for an experience here. Hey, it's the last place to stop before you get to Olema so enjoy. read more

Kind of surprising. You feel like you are headed to the edge of the earth, going no where and then there is this little gourmet delight. Nice deli. Nice people. Not too pricey. Funky. Local. Great! read more

Love this place and the owners!!!! Yummy and friendly service! They also have almost anything you might need.

I adore this local gem! The folks are fantastic, and they have a lot of goodies at great prices. Tons of gift ideas and toys that are not horribly marked up, yummy sandwiches and deli foods, a nice areas to sit inside and out. When we relocated to this area from Mendo we were pleasantly surprised to find they carried our favorite diaper wipes by Naty, and also incense matches. Definitely pay a visit on your way if you are not located in the area! read more

Love this place. Great Sandwiches and the Deli always seems to have something new. Turkey burger sandwiches, pastas, parmasian chicken, great salads. Hanna and Mora the owners are great, friendly and always seem to be willing to put up with our customized "kid" sandwich requests. Jose and Arelio are awesome. Thanks for the great food and friendly service guys. read more

Deli food is good and prices reasonable, in the Deli. But, prices are really high on everything else, including sodas. It's rare to see any prices posted and you will only see the total paid on your receipt, without any itemization. They charge an extra .50cents if your purchase is under $10 or you use a card. If they post this anywhere, it is hard to find. I became sick two or three times after eating some deli items. I think due to the items being left out too long or the refrigeration not at the temp it should be. Overall the deli food is good and many items are like home made. Some of their counter staff are not very friendly. You're lucky to get a hello (and never a smile) even if they've waited on you many times and recognize you. But, the service is pretty quick. read more

This is a real country deli and store. The food is great and you can find almost anything you need in a pinch from cat food to Crisco . We particularly love the roasted turkey available for sandwiches. There are many other homemade options available. Nice people too. read more

Best sandwiches in Marin, great deli items, specials, reasonable prices. What's not to love?

My family and I grabbed two sandwiches (roasted turkey and a pastrami) to take with us on a 10 mile hike to see a waterfall. They were hearty, giant (which was very satisfying to eat after such a hike) and kept well in our pack for a couple of hours. So good!!! read more

My sweetie and I and my daughter often do down to the Lagunitas Deli for a breakfast croissant (you HAVE to try it) and coffee. They always have gluten free treats and locally made desserts, and you can sit at the bright oilcloth covered tables and have your coffee and watch the Valley's cast of characters troop in and out. Their milk shakes are second to none, as are the homemade soups and the sandwiches. Mara and Hana always give you a great welcome and have time to chat. We love our deli! read more

What a dismal experience. The guy serving me was rude and acted like I was wasting his time by buying food from them. The sandwich was so bad I ate half and threw the rest away. Tough bread, was offered no cheese but the next guy ordering was offered cheese by another clerk. The roast beef had so much tough fat in it. DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND STAY FAR WAY! read more

Absolutely superb.

Love the chiles rellenos and pretty much everything else I have had there...pizza,.tacos and good ol' sandos. Great go-to for takeout or just to sit and relax. read more

Super friendly. They take care of you! Stuffed portabellas were hella good.

This place is a small market and deli. The people were really nice. I had the cold pasta salad (really good), fresh fruit salad (very fresh), and the chili was to die for. Must stop shop on my way to the beach for sure. read more

This is a GREAT place to stop in on your trip to the coast or even a destination for lunch. I've been here twice now and both times the food was excellent, the staff was friendly and efficient, and the west Marin vibe was outstanding! Highly recommended. read more

Nice place to stop for a lunch to-go. I usually end up waiting in line for a while, but always enjoy the food. A bit pricey- but to be expected in Lagunitas. read more

Overpriced sandwiches for what you get, but that seems to be the area theme. I suggest going to the Safeway in San Anselmo. On the other hand this grocery is very convenient. If you are already past the last town it was a handy place to get our lunch and was open very early on a Sunday and the staff were pleasant. read more

Good fresh lunch everyday! The deli section is made fresh to go. Highly recommend to stop by for lunch if you're on the way to point Reyes.
