My boyfriend and I got caught up in traffic, so we were late to class by almost 10 minutes. But they were so kind to help us go over the machines quickly! We were able to get a workout in. 2 days later and I'm still sore, such a fun place and the vibes are so upbeat and the instructor was great at explaining what to do, so it was easy for a few of us first timers. Would def come here again if I were closer!

I tried Lagree for the first time. I really liked it, facility is clean, instructor Sam was great. From desk person was very welcoming and nice! Overall, it was great. Will be booking more sessions !

    Very nice new and clean

My friends and I always come here. The place is very new with nice reformers. I usually come during the weekdays, it is not crowded at all. All of the instructors are good and most of them offer hands on adjustment. We love coming here. Most students are female clients, I wish I can bring my teen daughters here. It really helps to strengthen your muscles, especially my core. Highly recommended.

Dang, what a challenge! I've seen so many friends try Lagreeology that I decided to see the hype. The instructors are very conversational and walked me through the machine. I love when instructors really take the time to learn the names of attendees and find ways to help modify the exercise. The workout was a nice challenge and everyone was super welcoming. I'm intrigued by their wellness facilities as well, I'll have to be back for their cold plunges!

My first time taking Lagree and I'm already in love! Lagreeology is a fairly new studio which opened in November. They have drop in rates and class packs for those who don't want to commit to a membership. My two class pack cost $39 and as a new client, I got complimentary grip socks. How awesome is that! Hardly anything is free nowadays lol. And good quality grip socks aren't cheap so I def thought the $39 was a great deal altogether. The front desk girl was nice and welcoming while getting me checked in. I met the co-owner, Matt and he showed me around the studio. Besides Lagree, there's red light therapy, cold plunge, a few sauna rooms and a cryotherapy room too. Street parking was easy to find. Not sure if it's because my class(es) were taken before noon on a weekday. The instructors I've had were Samantha and Veera. Both were fantastic and thorough with explaining hand/foot placements, what color spring you need to be on, proper form and corrections. It's a 45 minute class but you will be sweating, toning and using many muscle groups with this high intensity work out. Such a beautiful studio. If I'm ever back home, I will for sure visit again for another work out!

This has been my all time favorite class I've EVER attended. Alyssa was super sweet, welcoming, and good at explaining/ demonstrating how to do the exercises. It was a full body workout, and by the middle of the session I was shaking. The class was so fun and challenging and the playlist was so good. The studio is comfortable and clean. Definitely coming back !!

Smaller studio which i liked. The ring lights tho is a little distracting for me. I did the intro class with Veera and have done a couple so far with a couple of studios to find a studio i liked. Veera's class was challenging but fun. She spiced it up a bit since it was not everyone's first time but still kept it at a steady pace for slow learners like me. Definitely enjoyed her class and would be back.

I've been to this studio several times through class pass. Each time I've had a good experience, with the instructors. Most of the instructors demonstrate the moves on and off the reformer, which is extremely helpful. Some helped with correcting form, which is great! Street Parking is available, and plentiful. Watch out for street sweeping signs. The studio is located across a street from a school. So it could be busy if you take a class during drop or pick up hours. There is a water fountain, they also sell grip socks.

I tried out this new studio via Classpass and was not disappointed. Street parking around the plaza was easy and free. As soon as you walk in there's a welcome desk and little cubbies are in the back of the studio room. The studio room itself is quite large. The machines are nicely spaced and the blue ceiling lighting is a nice touch to bring that studio vibe. There are windows on either side of the studio so only a front mirror. I had my first class with Samantha and she was lovely. Clear instructions, right on time with showcasing the next move and encouraged us to go as slow as possible (which you want for Lagree). The class was difficult but was most of the classic lagree moves so as someone that comes to lagree classes often, it was easy to go to each move. The last ab set, I was shaking and I was definitely sore the next day Since this was my first time at the studio, the co-owner was super nice to show me around to the other wellness facilities that were behind the welcome area. They have cryotherapy, saunas/infrared saunas, a red light therapy booth, and a cold plunge. You can take a class and then take some wellness after! I believe it is $78 for a one day pass which includes 1 lagree class and up to 3 wellness services in the same day. They have some nice deals right now and combo packages for the opening phase worth checking out! Looking forward to coming back!

Took a 7am class with Betsy. Great instructor! I appreciate her showing me from start to finish because this was the First time taking this class and Let me tell you. This class will humble you! I thought I was strong, weight lifting 5-6 days a week but 45 min of this class and my whole body was shaking uncontrollably. It was so fun and challenging I'll tell you that. They have BOGO $39 for new clients --you get free grip socks. They also have packages that include sauna, steam shower, red light therapy. Plenty of street parking.

The facility is generally clean, the equipment is well maintained, and I've genuinely enjoyed working out here. On 02/13/2026 at 7:00 AM, while I was in the women's locker room, the cleaning staff announced that the locker room would be closed for one hour for cleaning. I completely understand and support maintaining a clean facility. Since I needed to be at work by 8:30 AM, I adjusted my workout to allow time for a quick shower before leaving at 8:20 AM. However, the locker room was still far from complete at 8:00 AM and again at 8:15 AM. Several members, including myself, were waiting. There are no alternative women's restrooms available in the facility, so those of us who rely on showering before work were significantly impacted. I ultimately had to step around the barricade simply to retrieve my belongings from my locker so I could leave on time (I did not use the shower or restroom). When members asked the front desk how much longer the closure would last, we were told it would remain closed until 9:00 AM, which differed from the original "one hour" announcement. Additionally, during this time, the tone from one of the cleaning staff members toward members retrieving their belongings felt tense. Several other members mentioned they have experienced similar interactions in the past when trying to access lockers during extended cleaning periods. I appreciate that cleanliness is a priority. For members who work out early before heading to work, it may be helpful to know that locker room cleaning during peak morning hours can extend beyond the initially stated timeframe. Clear and consistent communication about exact cleaning schedules and expected duration would likely help members better plan their workouts and avoid unnecessary frustration.

Overall, this facility offers plenty of equipment, a diverse membership base, group fitness classes, and a convenient location near local hotels and the Metro line. The main floor is wheelchair accessible, with modern cardio equipment, a large and bright group fitness room, numerous squat racks. There is a solid selection of traditional, and well-used free weights on the second floor. That said, the facility feels very much like an old-school gym from the 1980s. The equipment lineup includes machines from Hoist, Hammer Strength, Freedom, and Life Fitness, which is interesting from a fitness history perspective, but much of it feels dated, clunky, and less intuitive for newer gym-goers. The overall layout is crowded and awkward, and could benefit from a major redesign. I also found the facility noticeably dusty in places, hazy mirrors/glass, with worn flooring throughout and average locker rooms that could use modernization. Stationary bikes are also average, but effective. Equipment selection is generally strong, but there are some surprising gaps. There appears to be only one linear (incline) leg press in the entire gym, and the assisted pull-up machines offer limited grip options. Parking can also be challenging, and I noticed several members choosing not to wipe down equipment after use. Gross. For such a nice neighborhood and prime location, I was surprised that the facility felt fairly average overall. Membership pricing seems high for what is offered, especially considering the age and condition of the facility. Prospective members can apply online for a free five-day pass, although local residency is required and be prepared for follow-up marketing emails. While this gym will certainly suit some people--particularly those who appreciate a traditional, no-frills training environment--I would personally shop around before committing to a membership. At $40+ per month, this location earns an average rating in my books.

I hope to have a new beginning with Chuze. Loyalty is my forte especially in business. So far, my experience with Chuze has been awesome. Clean facility, a bit cleaner locker room, and it seems like maintenance is good here. Yes, I saw a leaking roof from the rain, but it doesn't bother me because everything else is good. They have sanitary wipes everywhere for people to use, and I actually see people using them (unlike 24 HF). The facility has all the weights, machines, cardio machines that I need. The air conditioning at least works well, and it doesn't smell like a gym. I see people properly re-rack their weighs after usage, and then wiping down their bench! I enjoy working out more in a gym wherever people are considerate. And I've seen that over here. Kudos! Parking, hmmm... I guess it depends on the day and time you come. Definitely imo, a four star facility.

I've dropped into many CF gyms while traveling, and it's always a relief--and a joy--to come back to Reason. The coaching here is next level. (Kara, Luke, Ed, Lauren to name a few...) Since my original review, these standout coaches helped transform my son into a serious athlete and, ultimately, a United States Air Force Academy appointee. One of Reason's true strengths is their ability to attract people who are ready to do the work--and to gently filter out those who aren't quite there yet. They also have a gift for hiring coaches who are not only highly skilled but also genuinely enjoyable to be around.
