Absolutely terrible experience. This was my first time taking the shuttle from O'Hare to West Lafayette. When I got to the Multi-Modal Facility I saw the shuttle parked across the street, so I walked over and waved to the driver, who looked up and went back to his phone completely ignoring me. I stood there awkwardly for a bit, then knocked on the window, still no response. I knocked again, and he finally reacted by yelling, "It's not time to board yet and you shouldn't be here." So I asked where I was supposed to go for the pickup location, and he went right back to ignoring me. I understand that I was early, but that's no excuse for being rude and unhelpful. I have now rode with LL on two occasions, once to O'Hara and once to the Indy Airport. (If I could I'd give 2.5, but 3 seems good enough.) Pro Indy Airport driver and service were great!! (Can't remember drivers name [had a white beard]), but his customer service was amazing! Trackibg- Online tracking is great Cons Pricing (kind of). When you book, pay attention as they try to add an automatic 20% tip). Maybe I am strange in my thought, that is should tip once I get to destination, based on service provided like at a restaurant. O'Hara drover- last year at Thanksgiving rode to O'Hara and had to load and unload our own bags, which isn't the end of the world, but people were hitting their head on the bay and having to climb in to help with bags, while the driver sat in his seat with headphones on. Not the biggest issue, but service could have been friendlier and more helpful so riders didn't crash their heads trying to pack/unpack the bus. read more

My girlfriend booked this "party bus" service for my birthday to go to ruoff in Indy with. Some friends everything started great picked up on time until we got on the bus to find we have no working TVs no music and no a.c the driver was awesome and tried helping but said itusy have been disconnected at the shop. So be it okay oh well not the end of the world. We make it about 5 10 minutes down the road on 52 and the bus starts rattling and shaking boom tires blown now. Were still halfway on the road no safety traffic cojes for traffic no a c we call the company they say there operations manager can either come and change the tire or bring a new bus cool this bus has no a.c no music and we have an hour to go stop new bus. The lady's on the phone told me they would bring a case of water for us and since it was 100 degrees we had no a c and were stranded awesome thanks. Amanda(desk lady) informs me the ops manager would be the one bringing the bus to pull him aside and ask about some sort of compensation or refund which I had asked her about. As soon as he gets there we load onto the new bus which is literally a fucking school bus with no TVs no music and now we can't even talk to each other during the drive as we're in side by side two person seats I try talking to the "ops manager" who kindly says why don't you just get on ur bus and enjoy the fucking concert we can talk about a discount tm if you get one" he said this in front of multiple ppl which he denies now we end up missing the beginning of concert hour and a half late call the next day and I'm informed well they aren't going to charge my gf for the case of water beverage package and even though we were late to the concert we were late getting back to Lafayette so they wouldn't charge us for that either even though we paid over 1000 dollars for a party bus per contract and got a standard airport shuttle bus they offered us 75 refund and 10 percent off next shuttle we book Breach of contract bus was not what contract says Bad business practices And after looking at the ret of tires bald and bulging I'd say no pre check was safely completed Criminal negligence thank god I have pictures and videos and a good lawyer save your money read more

I have been using LL for a while now. They are reliable and provide great service. Indeed, the booking in non-refundable, which may be a problem if you change your plans. The price is very reasonable given the distance. The drivers are always careful on the road and attentive to the passengers. The driver was very safe on the road, but cussed out other drivers, which I thought was entertaining. However, I can see why other people would be upset about it. They refused to refund me for my first purchase, and continued to drain every cent of a poor college student. I have been using Lafayette Limo now for almost 4 years going from O'hare to Purdue and Lafayette Limo never fails to consistently be unreliable and chaotic. This past weekend I was supposed to leave at 7pm and the driver showed up an hour late and no one even knew where he was so we had no idea when we were going to be able to leave. I'd say the bus leaves on time maybe 50% of the time and its a gamble the rest. More importantly, for my own safety and the other students in the car were being driven by an inadequate driver. He would speed up, slow down and for the entirety of our 3 hour (also should not take that long when there's no snow or rain) commute he was drifting and swerving into the other lanes. At one point we were in a just a two lane road were FULLY driving in the oncoming traffic lane. Extremely unsafe driving and that trip was my last straw - I would not recommend Lafayette Limo. read more

PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SERVICE! They have the worst services and I would never use their services again. The trip to IND usually is around one and half hour. Their website says we should be there within 1hr 50 mins. But it took me 2.5 hours to get there and late for my flight. It took me 400 dollars to rebook and wasted 100 dollars for the original ticket. I had to stay at the airport for the whole night. I require a reimbursement on that and they can only offer me credit on taking the awful shuttle again, not even refund the ticket. First of all, the driver came to the stop late to pick us up and stopped for "out of electricity" after 10 mins drive. But he was able to keep driving after he said the electricity was out. He insist to stop to check the vehicle after driving for a while. I do not think you could keep driving after it's out. Secondly, he detoured to instate instead of staying on highway which took us half more hour. We heard him talking to the office and the office lady suggested him to stay on the highway but he did not. I believe it's better to drive on the highway to recharge even if there is really an electricity issue. Lastly, it was before merging to the highway from instate when he did the head count, not before departure. He just stopped there and said "don't worry there's nothing to do with the vehicle issue. I just forgot to do the head count". It was only 20 mins away from the airport when he did the head count. People yelled at him saying we were already late do not waste our time. John was our driver. I was nervous about getting to the airport with a 5:20 a.m. pick up time. I was nonplussed when the other passenger who was picked up with me could not find her phone. While she looked for it, John went inside the hotel and looked around. Fortunately the other passenger finally found her phone, but I was immediately put at ease with John's calm demeanor in handling what could have been a big problem for the other passenger. My flight got cancelled because of a major hurricane. Lafayette limo refused to rebook me (because it was within 24 hours) because the "system wont let them" even though I called days in advance to let them know my flight may be cancelled and they said they could. If they really care about their customers they should manually rebook (space on bus permitting). A hurricane is a more than reasonable reason to give customers a break.... and 50$ is very expensive for college students. read more

I have used Lafayette Limo for years. It's very easy to book online. They have always been on time and professional. Sometimes some of the drivers are not super friendly, not even saying "Hi" but seemed to stay focused on their job. The seats are a little tight especially when the shuttle is full (on the newer van) and the older vans can be bumpy and loud. I love the convenience though of being able to park at the office and not having to drive to the airport, park, etc. read more

Do not use this service. Our son is transferring from Purdue and will no longer be returning to school. we had purchased a round trip which he would not use and we called to cancel way in advance, but despite services not being rendered and given the situation this is a fraudulent withholding of funds under IL and Indiana law. When we addressed this with their associate Lucy and their manager Stephanie they refused to issue a refund. In addition to the poor customer service and breach of contract, they have repeatedly told my son in past trips he would be dropped at O'Hare's multimodal facility and then is dropped at a different airport terminal or vice versa. Thankfully my son did not need to take a flight, but if he had he would have missed it due to these change of plans. In addition on one occasion he had a driver that was extremely unkind and almost aggressive with other customers with an issued with an overbooked shuttle. I am not alone in this given all poor reviews below on their reimbursement policies. Drivers in both occasions drove cautious and professionally. I would have preferred everyone be required to wear mask during drive since space is confined.
