Now for the best part - peanut butter chocolate and chocolate cream which was one of the reasons we craved these cupcakes. They were the perfect little treat: enough to satisfy a sweet tooth without the guilt or wasting half a cupcake because it was too big. Over the past couple of years, though, the experience has gone downhill for me. Minis are never available anymore unless you special order days in advance, which completely defeats the purpose of a spontaneous treat. The selection is okay, but the flavors just don't hit the way they used to. They're good cupcakes--but they don't have that "wow" factor anymore. No tingle, no excitement, no craving for the next bite or urgency to try another flavor because it's so decadent. The staff has always been pleasant, so this isn't about service. It's really about the product and options. The cupcakes are large and expensive, and without mini options, they're not practical for a light, bite-sized treat. I truly wish there was more variety or better size options available without having to plan days ahead. I miss what this place used to be and hope it can get back there someday

The storefront is combined with a coffee shop called Cumbres and it is very cozy. A lot of people often come to get coffee, a baked good, and to get some work done on the couches or the tables, either indoor or outdoors.
