There are no options for sitting inside the store , but outside there are picnic like tables. So we found one outside and enjoyed. We both were happy with our flavor choices. The ice cream was rich and satisfying. As we were eating, we saw more and more folks picking up roses or ice cream. We know where to go for next time we are in this area and craving something sweet.

The event is held in the cities of Atlanta,, Orlando, Tampa, Miami and this year in West palm Beach at the Expo Center at the South Florida Fairgrounds. You have your choice of a VIP entry which gives you 50 dessert sample tickets and lets you into the event an hour early and a general admission, 30 ticket entry, Both include a small plastic box so you can take a some treats home with you. I had previously attended the event in Miami and West Palm Beach was miles better. It still had a lot of people in attendance but it did not feel as crowded. It was also much cleaner. Garbage cans were constantly emptied, debris was cleaned up, and the bathrooms were spotless. The reason to come to Dessert Wars is to try what seems like an endless assortment of desserts and it did not disappoint. Some highlights were all of the cookies and cupcakes from Anna Bakes, Midnight Mo's cookies, La Gringuita stuffed cookies, Lo's Pie Shop pies, Euphoria Desserts, The Biscuit Lady's Bakehouse, The Crumb Up cookies, Alfies Peruvian alfajores, Nikki's Jazzy Sweets, D&R Sweets chocolate covered strawberries, The Green baker's CBD oil pear marshmallows, Phuse Cream macaron ice cream sandwiches, and Wickedly's pumpkin latte cookies. There were 50 vendors serving ice cream, donuts, cookies, cakes, cupcakes, churros, pie, baklava, and so much more. This event is always worth attending. It is important to note that tickets are only sold online, not at the door. They sell out so buy early. Speaking of early, it pays to get here when they open. We arrived an hour before our timed entry so we could be at the front of the line. They give you a box to take some sweets home but bring your own container as well. At the end of the end of the event you can pretty much take as much as you want of what is left. Most importantly don't forget to vote! I found so many new places that I will follow on social media and I look forward to visiting their brick and mortar locations. May the best sweet purveyor win!

We had the pleasure of having Jana & Russ and their Sweet Cravings Dessert Truck host our 2nd Annual Ice Cream Social at our property yesterday, 10/3/2019. It was a huge success!! We had approximately 400 tenants and their staff enjoying one of their delicious ice cream treats. Everyone enjoyed their ice cream and some even came back for seconds!! The menu had a variety of choices for everyone to enjoy what they like. We hired them for a corporate event and the process of booking and day-of was so easy! Sweet Cravings has the best desserts I have ever tasted. They have a great variety of cupcake flavors, milk shakes, and sundaes. My favorite is the Red Velvet Cupcake Sundae. My mom decided to purchase the Biscoff cookie anyway. While placing the order, she asked a couple of questions about the icing. Instead of answering politely, the employee responded with a rude, snarky attitude that made it seem like we were inconveniencing her by asking questions. I've been to plenty of Crumbl locations, so I know this isn't the standard the company strives for. The employee closest to the counter in the photo provided some of the poorest customer service I've experienced. She lacked professionalism, courtesy, and even the most basic customer service skills. A birthday outing should leave customers feeling welcomed--not ignored and treated with attitude. The cookies may be good, but customer service matters just as much. Unfortunately, the service at this location was so poor that I won't be returning. Update: I called the store as Alex S. from business customer service suggested, Christopher answered the phone and told me he had not been relayed anything about the issue. He could not ask a manager because they do not have one. I went online since that was the other suggestion and Madison said they do have a manager. Getting multiple different answers and not being able to actually speak with someone makes it even worse. Now I REALLY won't be giving this location a second chance.
