There was a nice array of frozen yogurt flavors, as well as a wide variety of different toppings for the frozen yogurt. However, the flavors of frozen yogurt I got tasted bland and the price seemed expensive. I paid between 25-$30 for 2 cups of frozen yogurt with toppings. Froyolicious was very clean, bright, and well maintained -- almost too clean to the point where it smelled strongly of cleaning solution similar to Fabuloso. The cashier, Seth, was very friendly and seemed like a genuinely nice guy. The watermelon and vanilla swirl yogurt was absolutely delicious and probably some of the best frozen yogurt I've had in a while. The only reason I couldn't give this place 5 stars is because of the outrageous pricing. My cousin and I ordered two small cups with no toppings at all, and the total came to $27.00! For yogurt with no toppings, that felt completely unreasonable. I honestly thought I misunderstood the cashier and asked him to repeat the total. We both agreed there was no way we could justify paying that much for what was basically a little over half a cup of yogurt. I then asked for an even smaller size, and Seth handed me a cup that looked about the size of a McDonald's sundae lid. Even then, the total still came to $15.00! I understand frozen yogurt is priced by weight, but something about the pricing felt off or possibly rigged. Great product and friendly service, but the prices are robbery at its finest. read more

I used to love this place, but they got rid of all of the good flavors like NSA strawberry and banana. I asked the gentleman upfront who is very sweet but seems like he has no control over the flavors. "Help your self" froyo experience where you grab a container size, see what flavors there are, and use the machine levers to control how much of each flavor you want. And as many flavors as you want. After the froyo part, you move onto toppings. Another Buffet style of how much and how many toppings you wish. Final you put your container on a scale and pay per weight. I've been going to this froyo place since I can remember, like when the owner was working most of the time. He was always so sweet and met him outside of his workplace a few times. Now he has employees working there but the flavors and selections are staples and the taste never changes love love love going there. 12/12/24 - I came here with my family a-lot before they had new management today's my first time going back after their management change and I found a blonde hair in my oats topping he took the hair I pulled out my mouth, took it behind the counter and took it to the back of the store w no gloves, came back and said he gonna change the granola instead of changing it out and I was told I can receive a refund just so I'm able to pay for a new cup and that's the most he could do. it's clearly his hair cause I'm black with black hair , nobody in there had light hair but the employee I asked for the manager and he stated he was the only one working therefore there was no manager and he tried to take my cup. Hmm... let's see... It's pretty much like any self serve frozen yogurt place I've been to, but with a few added items that I don't usually see. I had a yummy mixture of No Sugar Added Strawberry, Coconut, Peanut Butter, Chocolate, Cake Batter, Tropical Sorbet, and Vanilla with some pieces of cheesecake of top. That's enough flavors, right? It was de-liiiiii-cious. Well, I think I just managed to bypass the two remaining flavors they had there, the Blueberry and the Original Tart. I've read some of reviews complaining about how the employee gets the sample for you. And yes, they're still doing this even when I went. Is it really THAT big of a deal? My boyfriend got 5 different samples. The employee didn't make him feel awkward or feel bad for asking for different samples. So there's frozen yogurt here, smoothies and.... mochi ice cream! 12 different flavors of mochi ice cream. That's pretty cool. The interior is bright and clean. Friendly staff. Another decade, another froyo craze. Does anyone remember when TCBY was like the hugest thing ever? It seems like it was just last week when I was standing in line at the TCBY in Royal Palm waiting to order a parfait. Anyways, Froyolicious is comparable to all of the other Fro Yo "ATM" type locations. They do have a good selection of tart and non-tart yogurts. The night I was there I got blueberry tart mixed with regular tart. The toppings (fruit, cereal, candy, etc) are located by the register and everything is priced per ounce. The store was very clean and the clerk was helpful in giving us free samples to try before picking our flavors. The dim lighting made it feel sorta clubby though, which was odd for a yogurt shop. read more

My friend and I walked in and were greeted by the 2 young ladies that worked here. The first thing I do is check out the flavors and I turn around and look for the sample cups. There aren't any. Then one of the young ladies comes over and asks if I want to sample anything and I say yes. She is holding sample cups and asks which one I want to try. She wouldn't let me do it! I am 37 years old, I think I know how to get my own sample and not make a mess. I sampled 2 flavors and was afraid to sample anything else because I thought she might say 2 is the limit since they are so stingy with the samples! I only put those 2 flavors in my cup and went for the toppings. I asked for a spoon to move over my frozen yogurt to add more toppings and the other girl told me to slam the cup down on the counter to make room. That's not what I wanted to do and since I was refused a spoon, I gave her the cup to weigh so I could pay. She then saw my disgust and offered me a spoon, at that point, I was already mad and said to just weigh it so I could pay. Did she not realize that if she would have just given me the spoon I would have put more in my cup which would have made them more money???? The kid working named Kyle went over and beyond to make sure he was as professional and Courteous as can be. The owners need to know that he took care of this store as if it was his own precious gem. He cleaned every inch of the place and even lined everything up and made the sides to choose from look clean and presentable. After being introduced to Menchies in Orlando several times with our college student son, I soon discovered I had been spoiled. No doubt, Froyolicious' dark chocolate yogurt was divine but I didn't appreciate having to ask the cashier for sample cups which she had to personally fill (and without gloves). They have peanut butter and chocolate on the same machine, which I am a HUGE fan of. The owner is an awesome guy and he is there almost every time we go. Whenever he doesn't have a customer to take care of, he is cleaning, cleaning, cleaning. The place is immaculate. He also listens! We were talking to him about a Nutella froyo that we had once, and how good it was, and he found a source that had chocolate hazelnut and ordered it based on our request! Let me tell you, it is amazing and the only reason I will break my peanut butter / chocolate combo. We have become regulars, and it's safe to say that this 5 star rating is long overdue. read more
