NSA Strawberry Froyolicious with fresh strawberries & walnuts
    Carol C.

Hits the spot every visit! Friendly staff and a variety of toppings! I love the NSA (No Sugar Added) strawberry froyo with walnuts & fresh strawberries. My only issue is on 2 occasions my fresh strawberries were beautiful in color but not sweet which may mean not ripe on the inside. Taste testing needed. I'll be back and when my fresh fruit is consistently good, I'll upgrade to 5 stars!

I love coming here. I got a macaroon with my froyo and it was priced quite reasonably. Truly never disappointed and the location is always spotless

This place is fantastic. Extremely clean - owner is always cleaning. Wonderful customer service too. Owners is very warm and inviting. A variety of froyo flavors are available and all the toppings you could want. Plus they have mini melts (dippin dots) and MOCHI - Japanese ice cream, which you have to try. The red bean is wonderful! We have been two nights in a row - place was that great!!

Not many choices of frozen yogurt, expensive for no reason, and it was small and felt like I was in an 80s mental asylum.

Carvel is a staple in the community, just as iconic as TCBY was when I was growing up as a child. I had a craving for something sweet after leaving lunch with a friend and decided to stop in here to grab a sweet treat. Initially, I was contemplating just grabbing one of their ice cream sandwiches and then changed my mind when I saw some of the new soft serve flavors that they have to offer. These flavors included a toasted marshmallow flavor and a pistachio flavor. I am a huge pistachio fan so I wanted to give that a try. There was one other group of guest ordering before me (a father and son), and I could tell they were pre-ordering a birthday cake, so I waited off to the side patiently and just scanned the flavors of ice cream. The young lady working the counter did such a fantastic job of providing them with exceptional customer service during this process, so much to the extent that she actually came from behind the counter to help them select the details for the young boys birthday cake. I could tell she was doing her best to wrap up their order so that she could attend to me next. As I was still standing in front of the ice cream case waiting to be helped, the son came back to order ice cream too. He walked right in front of me and literally stepped on me so he could look at the flavors. The father said nothing and didn't correct him or apologize. However, when this father and son left the establishment, that same employee went above and beyond to apologize for their behavior, and told me that she wished she could've said something in the moment because she understood how disrespectful that situation was. I never expect employees to get confrontational with other guests on behalf of a guest, but just hearing the apology made me feel seen and appreciative of her in that moment. Finally able to attend to me, the kind employee allowed me to sample the new flavors I was interested in and after hard cotemplation I settled on soft serve vanilla on a chocolate cookie crumb cone. Delicious! The toasted marshmallow was my favorite, but the flavor is way too rich to eat a full scoop of. The pistachio, which I expected to be my favorite, actually tasted like cherry and was quite disappointing.

I'm not much of a dessert person but I do thoroughly enjoy frozen yogurt and in comparison to Menchie's, this spot is amazing. The texture isn't too watery and there's a variety of flavors including sorbets if you don't want dairy. It's self serve so you have the liberty of getting however much or little of anything. The people at the counter are pretty friendly and will help if needed. You can choose indoor or outdoor seating and the parking is great because it's located inside a plaza. If you want to stop by Ulta, Best Buy or Hot Worx.. all are within close proximity. I always bring people and they say it's better than other frozen yogurt places too! 10/10

When I entered the place it weirdly smelled like weed‍ (which is not an issue for me but it was just strange). The inside is really cute. When we sat on the chair on the outside, I almost fell on the chair because they are really flexible. Customer Service: The guy was really really nice. It seems like he was the owner not too sure but it seemed like that. The frozen yogurt: I honestly had WAY better frozen yogurt. I did not like it at all. The owner suggested us to use the strawberry syrup, we did but unfortunately the strawberry inside of it were rotten and tasted rotten so it messed up my whole yogurt BUT because the owner was SO NICEEEEEE he gave me a free yogurt and it was wayy better than the first one. So I was happy. Price: My total came out to be $14 for two cups. One was pricier than the other idk exactly their different price but I know they were not both the same price. I felt like I wasted the money to be honest but it is what it is.

We were introduced to items we hadn't had ever. We decided to finally return. And we learned that 5 years ago, they got new owners. And the menu is now totally different than it was. The small restaurant is located in the back of a strip of stores on the western side of 441/SR 7. It's not the easiest to find. The menu consists of appetizers and different types of ramen. As it was a cooler than normal night, we were in the mood for soup and ramen was fine. I ordered the classic ramen. First you choose the "style", then you choose your broth base. The style determines what is in your soup and what level spice you get. I chose the soy broth. Other choices are miso, tonkatsu, or veggie miso. And I chose the regular egg noodles ramen. Other choices are kale or gluten free noodles. My classic had one piece of roast pork, a whole soft-boiled egg, one pretty colored fish cake, some bamboo shoots, and one piece of dried seaweed. Along with a lot of ramen noodles. My husband selected the Hot & Sour Ramen. It was noodle soup topped with "vegetables", but it didn't seem to have much more than some scallions and green beans. I gave him my egg, so he had some protein. He said his soup had a decent amount of heat. I'm glad we came here to try them again. Now we know.
