At least their kind employees encourage you to sample as many flavors as you want! The lemon poppy seed ice cream wasn't too sweet or too heavy. You can tell they use cream with a good fat content because it still held up pretty nicely in the summer heat and humidity. There are hints of lemon from the random bits of lemon zest throughout the scoop. I could've done with a little more lemon flavor(personal preference), but they did a really good job of replicating the flavor profile of a costco lemon poppy seed muffin!

A small is a good-sized scoop at $5.50, even in a waffle cone. Finally asked for mine in a cup then topped with the waffle cone to avoid dripping all over the sides. Many flavors to choose from (saw one boozy flavor for 21+) but the Chocolate Lovers Chocolate is my pick so far - still sweet but dark chocolate with swirls and choc chunks in it. Had a taste of the Sea Salt Caramel Truffle - too sweet for me. Rainbow and Chocolate sprinkles are free. Other toppings cost $1 and given pre-packed so can add onto ice cream by yourself. There are a few tables indoors. Outdoors, there's a sandy area in the back with an umbrella-covered table/seats plus beach chairs. Service has been great. Got a "buy 10, get 1 free" punch card. There's a restroom but had an out-of-order sign on our last visit.

Maybe the rent is cheaper, I have no idea but I'm glad something developing in the neighborhood. My most concern is What is your actually target? Yes, school is nearby but mostly are still residential. $13 for ice cream is seem not reasonable for kids. If you are in North side maybe it will be ok but, on this street, LOL. Open in the afternoon? I went in and wanted to support a local business, but the price and the service isn't like I expected. To the owner, are you just investing and didn't concern or pay attention on your staff? the staff isn't care about customers; she just works day by day. My suggestion, yes, this street might be a commercial area in the future but if you want to expand and make better place you must have a restroom for your customers. What kind of restaurant or cafe that has customer dine in and no restroom for them. It is turn off. That is my suggestion for your future development if you are still here.

This wasn't my first time trying it, and I actually enjoyed my first visit more. Maybe it was because I ordered a different flavor back then, but this time it was quite different. One of the fun things about KITH Treats is that you can build your own creation or choose from their signature creations. Created by Ronnie, Wife, or celebrities. I went with Sylvester, which is made with Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Apple Jacks, Cookie Dough, and Mini Marshmallows mixed into soft serve. It was sweet, but the flavors didn't come together as well as I had expected. While the Treat was a bit underwhelming, I did like browsing the limited edition KITH treats exclusive t-shirts.
