Half filled cup of ice cream And also half melted

The service was awful I asked her a milkshake and instead it got a Lovitt sized cup of ice cream and the lady looked like she was in coherent behind the counter

Walked in very packed, well it's summer time so shouldn't expect anything less!! Ordered 3 ice cream, 2 specialty. The banana caramel was so bad, they used the actual fruit and it was big chunks of banana which was a turn off to me. Imagine paying $35 on 3 ice cream. Should've just go to the supermarket and get a tub of Ben & Jerry or something Definitely don't get the hype of this ice cream. But the staff were actually very nice. But would not be returning to this place!!

I drove all the way from East Flatbush to come and gets cold stone ice cream. When we walked in they were one not friendly to the ice cream was melted. We asked him about it and they just brushed it off. The staff barely spoke English and they were not nice. It's October your ice cream should not be melted! I would not recommend this cold stone location

Ice cream is ok but they definitely DID NOT wash their scoops properly because about 1/4 of my coffee ice cream (beige color) was another flavor (slightly orange).

I really hate leaving poor reviews but i just feel like it needs to be heard. Im a huge fan of the coldstone chains however this location in particular is not so great. First off- the wait is almost at least 30-40 mins after 5pm. (Ridic) granted they take their time and accommodate for each persons order but maybe if they had more staff on the floor it would be better. Secondly, this location has a terrible odor. I know it sounds bad, but being honest no matter how harsh it sounds. I got so turned off i was in line for about 20 mins and just walked out last night (12.30) because the odor was making me feel beyond nauseous. Dont know if its because it smelled like mop water mixed with spoilt milk or whatever the case may be. But i couldnt take it. I have however been to this location previous times before but always find myself wanting to avoid the long wait & odor. The good thing is that they do have a parking lot hence it being on a little shopping area & im able to run into petco next door to get my little brats their needs. Thats bout it folks.

Packed up the ice cream sloppy and he was very rude!

He packed the ice cream very sloppily and he was very rude! He was in a total rush and there weren't even any other customers behind us!

One of the better Cold Stone locations. Staff actually knows what they are doing. The goads for Covid makes it difficult to hear but the custom cakes and ice cream are all done right!

Ice cream is good. The founders favorite is a must try when visiting here, workers needs to work on their customer service skills.

Perfect setup! Parking lot is free. Service is fast. Only thing is if the guys could use gloves to make the ice cream.

Heat wave to start summer 2025 in New York City!…read more Immediately following lunch nearby in Ozone Park, Queens, New York City, it was essential for me to attain something cold to cool down on a extreme heat advisory alert day. Italian icee! This business is a walk-up window kiosk as there is very limited outdoor seating - rain or shine. There is absolutely no indoor seating. I sat on their outdoor bench to consume my little Italian ice because I could not continue to trek home in the oppressive extreme heat high temperature. My trusty Yelp mobile application takes my foodie travels to Mike's Italian Ices as the nearest Italian ice business. I requested strawberry flavor as my choice of Italian ice and it was full of ice, but insufficient flavor. The flavor was very weak as I tasted mostly water from the ice. The ice as the base ingredient is not completely crushed. Near the bottom of my one small scoop $4.00 it became a small block of ice which is the same kind found in a frozen ice pop purchased in a supermarket. I remember eating a lot of frozen ice pops as a child purchased from supermarkets, but I don't like it. Not my cup of tea. Customer service is average the young male staff managed to muster a smile through the extreme heat. I had to flag to capture an associate's attention for service. I believe the employees are students working the summer months as pocket money. My sales receipt states cherry as my chosen flavor, but in truth it is strawberry. I am glad I decided on small size as I cannot stomach eating water and ice for either medium or large size icee. I certainly will not purchase either a medium or large cup of Italian ice nor ice cream for any possible return visits. The menu is affixed to their door, no vexatious large television monitors hanging overhead. I highly prefer their longtime competitors Ralph's Italian Ice and Uncle Louie G for both high quality and utter intense flavor.

Since we were in Forest Hills, Queens, and I had never been here, we chose to go to Eddie's. This place is really good, with an extensive menu of desserts ranging from soda floats to banana splits and many other little treats. A sweet lover's paradise. Personally, when it comes to ice cream or sweets, I tend to keep it simple. Give me a good vanilla ice cream scoop and I am a happy person. Give me a great ice cream scoop and I am even happier. Let's just say I left this place very satisfied. I had my basic yet delicious ice cream scoops. Yum. I am currently following a strict diet regimen for one more month, but after that, I will definitely come back for some of their tasty ice cream. My son, wife, and friends were also enjoying their sweets. This is a great place. They have seats, but it gets really busy and there is usually a bit of a wait. Yet that is not a bad thing. It shows how popular the place is. If you are looking for sweets, come check this place out.

From the decor to the serving cups you are getting no frills but great quality. Its a traditional ice cream parlor. And im not mad at it. They have counter seating for small groups to tables in the back. We had a group of 6 and was seated quickly. I had the ice cream float with root beer syrup. The vanilla ice cream sat delicately on top of the soda. The soda wasn't overly sweet and fizzy. I had time to enjoy the ice cream and the soda separately. My daughter had vanilla ice cream with rainbow sprinkles. There was not a sprinkle in sight when she was done. This isn't our first time. Nor will this be our last. All the ice cream flavor are of great quality. The fudge to the sundae is classic. Ideal for after dinner or date night after a movie. Dont forget to bring cash.

I'm so glad this particular location was open because we drove to a different location at first which was still closed and we were worried that none of them would be open. They are definitely trying to be more careful due to COVID-19, with employees wearing masks and a sign on both doors asking people to maintain social distancing. The number of people who ultimately end up in the store though is just a function of how respectful and rule-following the other customers who come at the same time are. When my family arrived, we waited outside until the couple ahead of us were done. While waiting, another family arrived. They were completely maskless and breathing down our necks. Needless to say, I was extremely uncomfortable- though this is no fault of Cold Stone itself, just a potential issue that you may run into when visiting this store (or any store without anyone regulating the line). In terms of taste, the flavors were very refreshing and well blended as Cold Stone always is. My sister and I got a large Strawberry Blonde and my parents got a large chocolate peanut combination. The sizes were enormous! Oh how I've missed ice cream shops.. The Strawberry Blonde had large chunks of strawberry and swirls of caramel throughout. For a strawberry lover like myself, this was a no-brainer to order! Definitely a great place to visit but I would implore people to wear masks and practice social distancing!
