Went with a couple friends, great atmosphere! The drinks were yummy and they had a good variety. We only did one round, and that felt satisfying. They only had bar bites, so we didn't get food. These guys know how to make a cocktail. So delicious and has good amount of alcohol. Definitely recommended!!
Fun cocktail bar with a huge selection of whiskey and Amaro, and some fun unique options alongside the classics. I came in with 5 friends around 5:30 on a Wednesday evening. We were among the early crowd and we were seated right away. Our server wasn't too big on offering recommendations but he checked on us regularly and our cocktails were served at a good pace. We enjoyed the music - very 1980s driven, but think Steve Winwood and Peter Gabriel.
Lady Jane makes delicious cocktails. They are on the expensive side but a nice pre-dinner place to go or a fun date night. The environment is romantic, but relaxed and the servers are very nice.
We had so much fun at Lady Jane's! We went during the spooky season and it was transformed as the Black Lagoon. It was decorated so cute and very clean. Recommend reservations as it was packed! The staff was attentive and very friendly. The drinks were wonderful and mixed well. There also was live entertainment, a drag show that was phenomenal (not sure if this was just seasonal or if it's a regular occurrence). So much fun and would highly recommend stopping in!
Realllyyyyy cute ambiance & amazing (!!) service. The drinks are a bit pricy but to be expected at a cocktail bar, the Halloween theme is cute. The drinks were good - nothing out of this world (we got the Halloween themed drinks)
Love this bar in LoHi! It has our favorite drink that we had our entire trip - The Leaf Peeper. We loved it so much we came back a second day! The bartenders are wonderful. They give great recommendations and are highly knowledgeable of their cocktails. I also tried the Cold-Blooded and Shadowlands. They were delicious, too. The cocktails are so well designed, with unique and carefully selected ingredients. Prices are comparable to other cocktail bars, and the ambiance is classy but laid back. A must stop when in Denver, and make sure you check out the Leaf Peeper! Parking is street and can be tight.
What a bar! While they do not take reservations, we were seated fairly quickly on a Friday night. The service was great and everyone was so nice. It is so well decorated with a chic and modern twist. Honestly, the vibes were great. The drinks were awesome. They most have the clearest ice I've ever seen and their cocktail list is amazing. They have a clarified drink that was so delicious. Definitely pay them a visit!
Denver must have the most amount of above average-to-great cocktail bars per capita of any major city because just when you thought you'd found them all, here comes Lady Jane. A very nice selection of unique and diverse cocktails, as well as some light fare options at very good prices (the gouda cheese board in the photo is just $12). Drinks are pretty expertly made from taste and balance to garnishes. Lady Jane also has a really nice vibe, similar to Hudson Hill across the city, far more laid back and relaxed along with great records spinning on the turntable and appropriate mood lighting. I guess I'd have to agree with a lot of other reviewers that not all the staff is super friendly or chatty. I enjoy sitting at the bar and learning about a bartender's process or just getting to know spots they enjoy, etc. Perhaps the staff when we visited just were tired after a long weekend or weren't in the mood, but it did echo what many have said. Still, this wasn't a huge detraction as we really enjoyed everything we had, and absolutely would have stayed longer if they were able to offer a larger food selection. Will definitely be back next time we're in town.
The only reason I give it three stars is for the vibes and service. The drinks/ cocktails were not it. Just speechless and not in a good way. The vibes were cute and very intimate. The service was lovely and quick. The drinks tho were just not the best as they were very strong for a cocktail - the types of cocktails and the recipes for them just don't vibe together. Like they are trying to invent a new cocktail but it just tastes horrible.
The hip atmosphere, cool people, and meticulously crafted drinks make Lady Jane one of the best cocktail bars in the city.. if not country. My husband and I are super into craft cocktails and this place instantly won us over when we moved to Denver 5 years ago. Their menu is ever changing with the seasons and they're always experimenting with unique ways to elevate cocktails. No.. these cocktails may "not be it" if you want a Tito's water or margarita in a Chili's glass (however they'll happily make you whatever you fancy). We love this place so much we even rented out the bar and got married here! Everyone loved it, even family who doesn't drink, they also have an extensive mocktail list. They put just as much thought into that list as they do the ones with booze.
A cool, chic cocktail bar. They have a little bit of everything. We stopped here for drinks before walking over to dinner. Get the backstabber! So light and refreshing especially as we move towards summer.
@ladyjanedenver was such a delight. Their drinks and snacks were a fun way to end the evening. I tried the baguette with butter and a Sway Me Smooth. SWAY ME SMOOTH (WHEATLEY VODKA, FIG, ROSEMARY, GREEK YOGURT°, ITALICUS BERGAMOT, LEMON) The staff were extremely friendly, and it was a great spot for a date night or catching up with friends. We got lucky on a Friday night, and we were able to get a table in 15 min after being told it would take 30 min.

I'm not sure how I haven't written a review of this place yet... it's one of our absolute favorites. This cocktail bar manages to be both your casual neighborhood bar, while also being your classy date-night spot. How?! Because they know what they're doing. Every cocktail I've had here has been absolutely delicious - they've got something for every palate! Their happy hour deals are a steal too - a select 4-5 cocktails will be about half-price! They even allow dogs on their tiny little patio - and we happened to snag a spot the last time we were there. We weren't sure if we would get it, so my husband even drove back home to get our dog so we could all enjoy the patio together! We got the charcuterie board last time & shared a couple drinks. All were a hit. LOVE this place. Will be back many many times in the future. read more

This is a super cute date spot. I love the decor inside - it very much caters to the millennial crowd. I like that it's half indoors, half outdoors, and being from out of town and not used to indoor dining, we got a seat on the steps, very close to the outside which was a nice middle ground. The waiters were super friendly, and humored me when I asked which cocktail came in the coolest cup. I ended up getting a tiki drink and the cheese plate. If my date hadn't been so drunk by the time we got there (we had 3 cocktails beforehand), I would've wanted to stay longer and order more. read more

This place is super cute and has yummy drinks. We came here on a Sunday before going to meow wolf. I got the Baby Gurl from the Happy Hour menu and the Riding Tigers. They were both delicious and went down super easily. Highly recommend you check this place out! read more
I have been meaning to make it to Lady Jane for a while now and finally did last week. What a great little spot! Tucked away on 32nd with an unassuming street presence, Lady Jane has a gorgeous and cozy interior. There are lots of different seating options including what we referred to as the "special seats" that are on raised steps. Our server was super friendly and knowledgeable and was quick to offer suggestions based on our preferences. Our drinks were delicious- especially some of the more creative cocktails. My only complaint would be that the seating in some areas is a bit tight, so you might end up seated closer to your fellow patrons than you might like. I will definitely be back to sample more of the menu soon! read more

Don't get it twisted, this is the most well thought out cocktail bars out there. Top of the charts in my book. Lady Jane is not just your neighborhood cocktail bar. It is a whole mood. So when my original plans for drinks fell through, my friend and I decided to venture to Lady Jane for late night cocktails. I ordered the Dark Matter. From presentation to taste, I was impressed. Pleasantly sweet, the cocktail had a nice blend of scotch, amaro, pepper and celery bitters. Balanced. Bold. Sippable. Well done. After a friend joined us, I was feeling a second round. Considering that bourbon drinks are my staple cocktails, I stayed in this lane. I got the Yes, Sir. A blend of bourbon, brandy, chicory, dry curaçao and pechuga rinse. Incredible. Strong. Yes, Sir, I'll have another one. Service was 5/5. Our server was knowledgeable about the cocktails and offered his recommendations based on our taste preferences. Such a cute cocktail bar located in LoHi! We got there right at 4 when they opened and it was already pretty busy. We sat inside at their bar, they have mostly indoor seating with a small selection of outdoor seating. This place was so cute and had a nice quiet vibe while we were there. I am very picky about my espresso martinis so the one we got wasn't the best I've ever had. We also tried the "love on a wire" cocktail and it was extremely unique and flavorful! It looked like they were making a charcuterie board while we were there but not 100% sure what bar snacks they serve. Definitely stop by Lady Jane if you want to try out cool and interesting cocktails. Assuming they switch up the menu often we will definitely be back to try more :) Thanks Lady Jane!! read more
I stopped into this place based on the great reviews and terrific-looking cocktail menu only to find it fully mobbed at 7:30 on a Thursday. It was way louder than I expected, but for a good reason: a Star Wars themed luau! Very silly. The cocktails were good (mine 2nd one was set on fire!) and there was surprise drag! A great night in all. A little loud & far too crowded for COVID, hence the 4 stars over 5. read more

This place is super cute and the service was excellent. But that's about where the good ends. The booths and seats were so uncomfortable, the drinks were overpriced and didn't taste very good. We had the hidden thunder, which was ok, and the la carina, which had a smoky flavor like a bbq pit. Maybe we just didn't have our drinks, but we weren't impressed. read more

The CUEST little modern bar in the Highlands! Stumbled upon this place when visiting Denver and it's now our favorite spot every time we visit. They have the most DELICIOUS drinks and the charcuterie board was the perfect size and amount of food to snack on! They're also welcoming of all races, genders, identities, and the workers are super warm and welcoming! read more

This place is such a gem! Absolutely support the stricter COVID guidelines, which they explain when you get a table. They are not available on OpenTable and is first come first serve (there could be a wait). Overall, the vibe of the place is really high class and so different from the other bars around the area. Happy hours are daily from 4-6PM, and 4 dollars off regular drinks! Make sure to stop by! -DRINKS- Drinks were all light and refreshing. We got the island baby, gold rush and the daily cocktail which was more on the alcohol side. Our drinks were all pleasant and paired well with THE SPREAD which is a choice of 3 cheese & meats from that section. Definitely a great snack shared amongst groups. -SERVICE- Great customer service and man their staff dresses well! read more
Love the vibe coming from this place! It is so welcoming and the furniture is very modern and new. The servers were very kind in assisting me with the menu! I usually don't go out to cocktail bars so this was the first time. I prefer sweet/fruity drinks and unfortunately they didn't have too many sweet drinks to choose from. The salami charcuterie board was so aesthetically pretty - that was pretty good and definitely shareable with at least 1-2 other people. Great experience and such a chill vibe. read more

I loved this spot! We came here for a drink and apps before going to the Van Gogh show. Drinks were delicious and the charcuterie board options were perfect for what we were looking for! We picked a meat and cheese for the board and it came out with different tasty pairings. It was a bit pricey for the quantity- however worth it for a high quality, special night out. The ambiance was chic and designed for a hip crowd with beautiful plants, dimmed lighting, and creative table/seating layout. My only complaint was that it was challenging to read the menu with the lighting. read more

Came here for drinks one night and loved it. My husband and I were able to get a cozy table. Much of the seating lends to an intimate atmosphere, even on a weekend night. I can't remember which cocktails we got but they were both balanced and tasty. Our server was great and did not rush us or pressure us to order food, which can sometimes happen at these type of bars. Super cute space! I like that it's got a lounge feel. But we also got lucky with comfy seats and a high table. There are some booths with low tables and wood block seats that look less appealing. We had multiple waiters, which was confusing. The cocktails were tasty albeit a bit extreme in the creativity realm. I enjoyed the heyday cocktail a lot though - very complex and a great fall vibe. My friends enjoyed their orchard street and basic burja. The mocktails were also a hit. read more

This is a great spot, with delicious, creative cocktails, as well as good snacks. Service is prompt, polite and attentive, and the bartenders definitely know what they are doing. Prices are reasonable and comparable to other places, but we happened to be there when everything was 50% off, which made it even better! I recommend getting different cocktails so everyone can try each others! The cheeses they offer are abundantly portioned. Skip the sweet drop peppers, but get the olives, pate and sardines. They can make GF accommodations. The atmosphere, drinks and overall feel of Lady Jane is pretty amazing and makes you want to linger for hours and try a bit of everything. read more

There are simply not words to describe my deep, deep love of Lady Jane. I want this review to be poetic, worthy of such a fairytale experience, but I'm afraid even Shakespeare would fall short. I know you want to hear about the drinks, the ambiance, the snacks. And I promise we'll get there. But I would be remiss in not starting this tribute highlighting anything other than the gorgeous humans making the magic happen. Did I say I wanted to write poetry? I think maybe this is just a love letter dedicated to Erin, Stewart, and Lucas. Truly, the folks at Lady Jane have managed to bridge mind blowing cocktail technicalities and complexities you might find in Manhattan or London, with the relationship you yearn for as a regular at your local watering hole. Family vibes, but make it bougie. The drinks. LORD. The drinks. I don't know how that menu came to be, all I know is that the drinks are so perfectly executed, so consistent, and so unique that I would not be surprised in the least to find out that they spent years designing it. It's just *that good*. A recent addition called Next In Line - sazerac rye, bbq tincture, blackberry, lemon, and molasses - is the most surprising whiskey drink I've ever had the pleasure of sipping on. This drink should not work, but it does. And it does so impeccably. You are immediately transported barefoot to the grass out back of the family farm in Texas, anxiously waiting for the brisket to be done, sipping something refreshing to combat the heat. My boyfriends favorite, Devil's Only Friend, is a balanced, vibrant reposado cocktail involving rhubarb, honey, grapefruit, cardamaro and lime that makes you want to get up and dance. The Wild Rumpus is responsible for my wild birthday, a tiki drink to end all tiki drinks that was brought to me with a sparkler. Everything is just infused with pure joy and a whimsy that often feels lacking when indulging in "serious" cocktails. One day I will drink my way through the whole menu... Lady Jane offers a small menu of snacks. Cheeses and meats with bread and some accoutrements. It's delicious. I don't need to rant and rave, because Lady Jane just isn't about the food. That being said, we always make room for the charcuterie - it's sizable (they basically give you your own baguette), and you get to choose which meats and cheeses you want. Lastly. The ambience. Y'all. Plush couches. Large pothos plants hanging from above the bar like forestal chandeliers. Velvety lush greens and golds and textures that pull you in and convince you to stay a while. Good music. Good vibes. It's one of those places where, even when you know you really should try a new spot, you can't seem to convince yourself to go anywhere else. read more
