Really like the food here- gyro and fries are my favorite and we've had it multiple times. Also like the cafe vibe outdoor seating but we end up getting takeout more often. The service is cordial and prompt. Overall a great go to place even though we usually end up getting the same thing on repeat.

Falafel wrap

Good place to get a falafel wrap to take on wine tasting trip. Fresh ingredients. Quick service. All at a price point. No wonder this place was busy as it was! Do think they should be providing extra sauce upon request without charging for it.

Today was our first visit to Ladera and it did not disappoint. Food was fresh, generous and delicious. Customer service was spot on an for us newbies in town,it was greatly appreciated. The place was very clean and inviting as well. Would definitely come again.

Classic Gyro Pita

This place is consistently excellent. The feta fries are bomb, the gyro pita wrap is loaded with meat and fixings.

Food was good. Freshly cut salad. Service was great. Thank you Emily. Ambiance is a casual setting. It would be cool if there was a meat spit. The meats are precut.

I was in the area and was craving some gyro and wanted to try a new place to me. I chose to get their Gyro plate ($19.14) which comes with 1 side, 1 dip, pita bread, and rice pilaf. I got their hummus which was creamy and well seasoned. They also had a side of lemon potatoes which where tender and had a crispy outer skin with a strong lemony taste. The gyro was moist and well seasoned but not too salty, the rice pilaf was good. The staff is nice and the order came quickly.

Mini plate of Gyro Pita & fries. Filling & delicious! Only $9.99!

Monday, 10-21-2024: Hubby & I came here for lunch after our dental appointments. We've been mostly ordering to go numerous times in the past year. The food is consistently very good and well prepared. During this visit we opted to eat inside as it was a bit warm outdoors. The eatery is bright, clean, and simply decorated with walls adorned with reminders of the food's origins---Greece. A framed Greece flag is proudly displayed. Greek grocery products are available to purchase near the front of the restaurant. My husband had his favorite the Greek Chicken Pita (11.49) and I ordered the mini plate of a Gyro Pita and fries ($9.99). Both meals were so flavorful with generous portions of protein in each. My mini plate was very filling and both were reasonably priced. The lady who took our order was very friendly and welcomed us warmly with a charming Greek accent (we surmised). An enjoyable dining experience at this quaint family-owned business, which we enjoy supporting! Hope they're around for a long time!

Loukaniko Pita

First of all this place is decorated so nicely. It feels modern with a rustic charm, and it's bright and airy. It's the perfect size to fit 10 or so small groups of people. Customer service - 5 stars. So kind and welcoming. And the food is just as great as everything else. Everything is cooked to order so you'll need to wait 10 or so min but it was worth it. I got the pork sausage loukaniko in a pita, which had the perfect texture and snap to it. It was also well seasoned. Warning: the sausage has orange zest in it, which took me by surprise and the tomatoes could have been a bit smaller but I still enjoyed it. And it was a healthy portion! I also ordered a side of tzatziki and the lemon potatoes which I loved --perfectly cooked and seasoned as well. Excited to come back and try more things.

Really good! I prefer Ladera kitchen over Daphnes Greek food. And the prices are better at Ladera too!

Ask the Community - Ladera Greek Kitchen

It looks like everything is served in Styrofoam; is it? Too bad if it is.

Yes it is

We drove by today Tuesday, March 15. Why are they closed? Hope it's temporary.

Hello Amy. It was definitely temporary. There was a plumbing issue on site that was taken care of while closed. We are reopen for normal business hours

Sadly, they don't have GYROS!! The ORDER took about 20 minutes!!! We were starving!!! CHICKEN KABOB PLATE: 8/10 The chicken kabobs were tender and flavorful. I really enjoyed dipping it with the garlic sauce. The rice was more like a coconut flavored rice rather than yellow rice. The salad was fresh. The hummus was good. However, I did not like the pita bread because it was thin and hollow... FALAFEL: 7/10 The outside was very hard and crunchy and the inside was flaky and dry. I've had better ones elsewhere like Kan Zaman and the Kabob Shack... AMBIANCE: Was a small cafe feel with table and counter seating areas... The staff was friendly and I noticed that they love talking to eachother... KEEP IT UP PACIFIC PITA!!!!

The rice pilaf and hummus were delicious, the salad, tzatziki, pita and kafta were basic but not worthy of some of the strong negative reviews. One note of constructive criticism is that the kafta could be bigger and more spiced. But, I still ate the entire plate with some of my own Sriracha. The walnut baklava was delicious but the portion was small (maybe a 2x1 slice) considering the $3.50 price. Overall, the food is satisfactory but nothing fancy or extraordinary.
