I went to this place a few years ago and had a great time. Well, I revisited after making an appointment for Saturday at 12. I went with a friend who was a few minutes late which I think may have irritated the front desk staff but I am not sure. The girl with the red hair was nice but the other girl seemed annoyed and short with us. When we were seated we were provided the complimentary drink, which was nice. The water was a great temperature. The tech greeted me. It was all downhill from there. Throughout my service, the tech seemed annoyed by the way I was holding my foot although I was moving them as she requested. The "massage" provided during the $95 pedicure was not a massage at all. It was her just tapping my legs with her fingertips for a few minutes. The menu said my pedicure was $80. I added an essential manicure with no polish, I just wanted a basic manicure. When I paid, my total was $120- 95 for pedicure and 25 for mani. All she did was dip my fingers in water, clip my cuticles, and put oil on my hands. I asked for clear polish 3x and she did not apply any. She cut my toe during the pedicure and tried to blame it on my toe being "tender" from clipping my cuticle then adding hot water. My toe was bleeding and sore. They talked to me and my friend in a rude tone when we declined extra add-ons. While getting my pedi, the tech asked a few times if I wanted a mani, declined. Then I told her yes, just basic, with clear polish because I usually mess up my nails quickly and I have not had a good experience with gel nails. Well, she waits until we get seated to do my mani to loudly ask in front of everyone "why don't you want gel?!" And she clipped my finger and left polish residue on my finger that was there before I got the manicure. It just was not a good experience overall, especially for the cost and for it to be a "luxury" shop. I imagine all of the 5-star reviews are a result of the offer for a discount on services that is posted in the shop. Don't be fooled. Service is subpar and vibes are not good. read more

I was really disappointed with my experience here. From the moment I sat down, the nail technician was overly pushy. Every time I explained what I wanted, she kept pressuring me to add more services or change the design. Awful, I asked for a simple hard gel fill with a French tip design and it turned out so bad. I asked for a color they said they had but turned out they didn't which ended up happening 3 more times. In the process of getting the nails done the girl doing my nails kept hurting me with the drill she would lose control of it and would end up nicking my fingertips somehow. She made the shape the nails look super crooked. When she was done shaping I asked if she could make the nails rounder and would get visibly annoyed. I was so confused when I paid for my full set because it was $70, but just three weeks ago they charged me $70 just for a fill. When I got my pedicure I chose a color and the results were nothing like the color I had chosen, like I needed another coat, it was so sheer it doesn't even look like I got a pedicure. I also got my eyebrows waxed one of the times and the lady waxed part of my eyebrow off, my inside corners looked terrible bc she got rid of hair she wasn't supposed to, only on one side so they didn't even match. Other than that the place is really nice and clean, staff is friendly. I will say my tech had me super leaned on the table and she kept pulling my hands and arms to get closer and I just couldn't get any closer. I went in for a mani pedi on Saturday to prepare for a maternity photo shoot, where my feet would be visible. By Sunday morning, I was ALREADY missing paint from my toes. Mind you I paid extra for a gel Pedicure. I normally do my own gel pedi's but my belly is so large currently, that I can't get down to my feet to do them. When I do they at home, the pedicure lasts easily 2 months with no lifting or chipping. I was not only in shock because I've never seen such a thing but I was very upset since I had an expensive photo shoot that Sunday and now had missing polish on my toes. My nails on my hands were not well done either. The underside of my nails were left a complete mess and some of the shape was not right. I came home and had to file and clean them up myself. There was also a bubble on one of the nails. I am shocked at the number of positive reviews, because the outcome of the nails was not quality by any means. All in all, it feels like this salon just talks you into whatever the tech you get is best at, then your nails don't last so you have to come back every two weeks. I got designs and leave liking how they LOOK, but spending over $100 for nails that don't even last two weeks is crazy. I should have stuck with the service I wanted, but I was willing to try something new, after all, i'm not the pro. Now twice my nails haven't even lasted 2 weeks. Very disappointed. Story below. Just moved here and was super nervous about finding a new nail salon. I always have my nails done and had a tech I trusted back home. Tried this place asking for builder gel since it usually lasts me 3-4 weeks. The tech talked me into GelX, saying it would last just as long and i could do them whatever length I wanted. They were cute, but not even two weeks later they started lifting. I went back and told them GelX was fine since it was already on my nails. The new tech tried to do an acrylic fill over my GelX, which didn't seem right. When I pushed back, he said acrylic would be better. He ended up completely removing my GelX and doing a brand new acrylic set, which took forever and i'm sure made the price higher. Again, they looked nice, but within another week and a half one broke off. Now just over two weeks later, most are cracked or lifting, some even down to my natural nail bed. Very disappointed in my last experience here I've been coming here for around a year and have always had a pretty good experience getting my acrylic fills. But this past Saturday my fill was extremely disappointing the lady doing my fill cut me multiple times with drill (to the point where I still have a scab 4 days later) and pretended like she didn't see it continuously happening even when my finger was bleeding but I guess it's my fault I didn't speak up. I found this place on Yelp! I was looking for a salon in close proximity to a place my friends and I were dining at. The three of us had appointments for pedicures simultaneously. I was very happy to see our appointments were on time and that they accommodated our request. Sometimes technicians run behind or ahead of schedule. While we were waiting, we noticed there were wine and other beverages being served. We saw the drink menu and we ordered one traditional mimosa and two cranberry ones. They enjoyed their drinks. I was really disappointed mine tasted like orange Tang. There was no trace of champagne at all whatsoever. I know it's a salon, not a bar. I just felt like they falsely advertised. Once we checked in, we waited approximately five minutes before, being escorted to our chairs. The salon is beautiful, calm and relaxing. The massage chairs are probably the best ones I have sat in, in any salon. The technicians were very nice. My technician was ok, she did a number on the skin under my nails, my toes looked really chewed up by the nail clippers. One of my friends said the technician kept nipping at her with clippers and even bled. I told her to say something, once we went outside, and she decided not to. The atmosphere was amazing.
