This is the Lacoste outlet at the Camarillo Premium Outlets. As one would expect, they have a lot of what lacrosse offers. Plus, they have it for a fairly good price. I think the main thing to keep in mind when you come here is to not believe that you will walk out the door with great clothing at amazingly cheap prices. Yes, the store does have some very good deals. But, keep in mind the prices are discounted but not cheap. This being said, this shop is stocked full of the various items Lacoste is famous for. This store offers a lot of both male and female attire. If you want Lacoste, and you're in the Camarillo area, this is the place for you. read more

I proceeded to knock snd call out to them, as I could see them inside the store, but they pretended to ignore me and turned off the lights, complete shitting down the store prior to closing time and rudely disregarding a customer who was simply trying to pay for an item well within store hours. This store has lots of sales, either % off or buy one get some sort of discount, be it the 2nd one for 50% off or any other configuration. Generally, the prices are higher than those who seek out casual attire, but Lacoste is more for the status conscious and those who like brand and labels of prestige. Their clothes are stylish, unique and appealing. Shirts generally cost about $50, actually almost every item starts around $50 be it shirts, pants, shorts or whatever and goes upwards towards and even past $100 per item. it's fun to shop. They also have some sort of European size numbering system, so you need to refer to the conversion charts they have displayed, and better yet try before you buy and go into the dressing room. 6:35 pm the worker JOHN decided to close shop when the store hours clearly state that the store should be open until 7pm. I wanted to buy some shirts for my kids and he wouldn't open the door. I asked him why is the store closed at 6:35 when all the stores including his are supposed to close at 7pm. He just replied with an attitude that the store is closed and that's it. I called the store to ask why is the store closed 25 minutes before closing time and he replied that it's closed and if i call again he is going to call security. I told him that i would complain to corporate about this and he told me: Good luck with that! What a shame that a store of that stature hires that type of "wanna get home soon" workers that cannot serve customers correctly. I hope someone from corporate will reply to this review with a phone number to call and complain. read more

A pretty good store to visit when you want to stock up on your preppy look. Most of the stuff here are definitely on the pricey side, but worth it. A bit of good news for us men on the hefty side, they do carry big sizes! There's various styles and colors to choose from, and all look simple and classy. Their merchandise is arranged nicely, and when you need help, their staff is very attentive. During the weekends, specially on holidays, this store can, and will most likely get packed. Its a shame that such a luxury brand hires such low class, rude managers. Went in today to buy a couple of totes ($138/each.). SIgns posted everywhere say "50% off entire store." I wanted to double check so I asked a guy that was at the check out counter what the deal was, and he said the totes were 50% off. Cool, that's what I thought. Kept shopping some more and then when I got back to the front counter another woman (short blond hair with tattoos who said she was the manager) said the totes were 40% off. I explained to her that the other guy had just said it was 50%. She proceeds to explain that he "wasn't on the clock" and had given me wrong information. Who cares if he's on the clock or not, he works there and sure looked like he was on the clock. I also explained to her that the store could get in trouble for false advertising because "50% entire store" signs are posted everywhere. She showed me the part on the sign (you practically need a magnifying glass) where in extra tiny print it says "exclusions apply." Given the fact that their employee had said it was 50% off she said she'd give me the 50% discount. Her attitude was that she was doing me a favor. I wish it had just ended there but she then asked me why I had an "attitude." So now she's picking a fight because I just stated a fact she didn't like. This manager (who refused to give me her name!) was the one with a horrible attitude. She grabbed my totes and refused to process the transaction! Yes, LaCoste turned down a potential $200+ purchase transaction, because you know they have so many customers right now. I called head quarters in New York to report her.....first time I've ever done something like this. Don't think this is what their awesome brand wants to be associated with. I always buy at Lacoste, today I was I interested in buying a shirt but I didn't see my size so I asked a gentleman if they had my size, he told me to ask at the front desk so I did, I was told that all they had was what they had out on the floor, that was fine but the issue was that she made me feel like I was interrupting her from talking about gossip that was going on in her life and something about working overtime. Hell there were 3 employees and just me. She could have just said let me see if there's one somewhere out there, get real, that's why retail is dead and online is the new way, why deal with rude people read more

Poor customer service. Rude! I requested a plastic cover for the polo shirt I am buying which I saw they just trash after opening the shirts to display and they refused to give it. My goodness. I didn't know Lacoste was so popular. I went on Labor Day... my mistake? I felt bad for the employees who had to constantly re-fold the shirts that customers were just throwing left and right, but they handled it with grace. This is one of my favorite outlets to visit. Although the selection of black and white polos are missing.. Everything else is well priced compared to the non outlet store. I been buying from this place for 7 years and lately I noticed that the shirts collars have begun to fade rather quickly. I dry clean all my clothes and the issue still persists. I noticed that it occurs to the lighter colored shirts and not the classic colors. Ironically the lighter color shirts are a bargain at this outlet store whereas the classic colors never change in price. read more

The so called "employees" and/ or "manager", i would advise you to learn and use the words like "excuse me sir/ma'am" or "please" while dealing with your customers as it's a sign of politeness and good manners as a normal human being FIRST, AND SENCOND it's NOT your customers' fault that you work as a customer service representative, it's NOT your customers' fault that you are having a bad day, or have personal/family issues, it's your job, your choice, you are getting paid for it and, believe me, no one is eager to receive your bad attitude and hear you screaming at your customer!!! And if you have special chairs "NOT FOR CUSTOMERS" but for your employees, then please be sooo kind to put a sign on the chair "EMPLOYEES ONLY", so we will not sit and you will not scream at us for sitting on the chair, otherwise we, the customers, may want to have a seat while your employees learn how to redeem gift cards!!!
