This by far is the best bagel sandwhiches in the valley! I highly recommend the salmon egg lox. They have an amazing selection of taro coffee to matcha drinks that you cannot find anywhere else in the valley. The service is friendly and quick. The ambience is modern, with multiple plants and artistic vibes. I highly recommend coming here if you haven't been or if your are just driving through the valley.

Comfy area to do some work slack. can get busy at times. I had a spam egg and cheese on an everything bagel, food service was as expected

This place is amazing! Many coffee shops these days don't have food options but labyrinth has both breakfast and lunch bagels! I got the chipotle chicken and it was fire! 7/10 and very reasonably priced! The employees were very friendly and quick with our coffees and food. The place is calm and a great place for a study session or a casual date!

Perfect hidden gem! This is our favorite vacation coffee shop moving forward! Food is outstanding and fresh and staff is so friendly.

Enjoyed a yummy coffee and bagel. I asked what was recommended since I enjoy my coffee on the sweeter side and I have to say I was very pleased with the recommendation . The bagel was so yummy and fresh. Will be back soon.

Bacon, egg and cheese bagel. Smoked salmon, cucumber, tomato, and cream cheese bagel.

Bagels were super delicious! Great customer service and chill ambiance. I will definitely come back.

I am honestly surprised by the low ratings. My trip to Labyrinth was fueled by a desire to try the Dirty Taro, and it was so good, I bought three. And two sandwiches, so I could save one for later. The Everything Bagel goes great with the smoked salmon, and my friend loved her Spam, Egg & Cheese bagel. The art indoors is lovely to look at (and for sale) and the customer service was masked, and friendly. It is a super bright spot filled with natural light and chill, but upbeat ambient music, perfect for remote work, or just to get a good meal for not a lot of money. I will absolutely be back.

What an excellent addition to the RGV! I haven't had a bagel sandwich that's worth a flip since my last trip to New York but, the ones they are serving at this establishment are just as good if not better! Additionally, the coffee was excellent and prepared as if I were in Italy! With that said I did have a couple of critiques: The bathroom door needs a better lock The ordering experience was awkward and could be streamlined Parking can be an issue if you're arriving for brunch They need to serve the bagel sandwich in an envelope so it won't be as messy when you eat it.

Coolest coffee shop you'll ever visit! First, aesthetic are on point. There's great art on the walls everywhere from local artist. Secondly , their drinks are delicious and unique, but they still offer classic coffee drinks like lattes and cappuccinos. Do yourself a favor and order a matcha taro latte or a coffee taro latte. You won't regret it .

Very cool and chill place. They are friendly and hygienic. The Breakfast bagels are delicious and so is the coffee. I highly recommend this place. I got the chorizo breakfast bagel (where else other than the RGV can you get this?) My husband got the salmon bagel, which was also very yummy.

We ordered a few sandwiches and when I took a bite, I realized it tasted a little funny and then I looked at the bread and realized it was cover in mold. To say the least that spoiled my appetite and we chose not to eat there after all. SERVICE: the service was not bad, when we let the employees know about the issues with the bread they offered to remake our meals but we chose to get a refund. We were not going to risk it. AMBIANCE: almost every table in the restaurant was dirty and it was not because they were busy since we were the only costumers in the restaurant, but rather what I believe is a lack of effort to maintain a clean environment. OVERALL EXPERIENCE: I would give this restaurant less than one star due to the lack of upkeep. I believe the staff. Needs to be retrained and more effort needs to be placed into ensuring food quality. Will not be eating at this location anymore to say the least. Sad!

The place is very busy, but despite that the wait was only 10 minutes at 10:00 am on a Saturday. The hostess and our server were both very friendly. The place advertises that it specializes in home cooked comfort foods so we figured we'd have to see how their biscuits and gravy were. We ordered a 1/2 order and it came with a biscuit split in half and covered with gravy and sausage. The flavor was perfect - it definitely lived up to 'home cooked comfort food'. I ordered an omelette - three cheeses, sausage, bacon and ham with onions, cilantro and jalapeños - which came with refried (black) beans. The omelette was very good - flavorful and fresh. They actually use slices of cheese inside and on top - I've never had an omelette prepared that way but it was very good. When I first tasted the salsa I was not a fan - it was warm and had a different flavor - then I put it on the omelette and - great pairing and great flavor combo. The refried black beans were sadly underwhelming - no real flavor. I know they were homemade but they were missing the flavor that usually comes with refried beans (black or pinto) My wife had the quiche which had onions, peppers, sausage, mushrooms and cheese. It was very good. Even the crust was good. She ordered the breakfast potatoes as the side. The flavor of the potatoes was excellent. Half of them were lightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside which were great; the other half were overcooked and became potato chips - good flavor but not a breakfast potato. We will definitely come back to try their lunch food and dessert (we were too full today). They have a good variety of breakfast, lunch and dinner items on the menu so there is something for everyone. We were glad we stopped in.

I arrived a little after 3pm and there were just a few people inside. I was waited on pretty quickly, I think the waiter was just waiting to see where I settled. My waiter Aaron was friendly and attentive, and *tried to suggest something. The problem was, there were too many things I wanted to try! I settled on the fried oysters with a side of cajun fries. The oysters had a delicious seasoning and were well cooked. My only complaint was I felt they had too much breading to appreciate the oyster inside. Again, the breading was delicious - just too much. You get about 10 oysters. The fries were well seasoned as well, and quite plentiful. For dessert I had the caramel banana pie. It looked delicious, but for me, it was just too over the top. For the expense, I certainly would not order again. Speaking of "expense", this place is more in the "medium" price range and not something I would go to on a regular basis for lunch. It was good, and definitely maybe more of a dinner spot. Nice change of pace kind of place!
