Wonderful wonderful experience!! I am a big wine girl and go to Napa often. Visiting this NH winery was absolutely fabulous. Had a girls trip up north for a private tour and tasting of 6 delicious wines. When arriving we were greeted right away by Melanie. She ended up being our tour and wine person and she was so wonderful. She gave great history and tour of the grounds. Walking the vineyards, seeing the production room and even envisioning a my future wedding here (SO GORGEOUS). She took photos of us girls and was absolutely wonderful. She told us her favorite wine and we all tried it and LOVED IT. All four of us girls bought a bottle of Granite. Towards the end we found out it was one of her first tours and she did a great job. I loved her and she made us want to come back soon. read more

Me and my family had a pleasant day playing Flinggolf on this well maintained par 3. Usually we play closer to our cabin but we were running late and thought we would give it a try. After I stopped into the market and got some dessert which was very good. Sandwiches looked good as well but didn't try it. They have a restaurant and mini golf there as well. read more

Made a reservation for bar seats for 6:45pm. Showed up early and asked if we could bump up our request I was told they were running behind so I can be checked in and wait for a text. I asked if the was first come first serve seating I was told yes me and my group went to the bar. I. Less than 5 minutes we found seats and sat at the bar. Unfortunately we were not greeted or acknowledged upon sitting. We watched others around us be greeted and drinks being served. When we finally ordered the drinks weee very good overall however my friend ordered gingerbread old fashion and she was brought a drink without the bitters and flavoring the bartender walked over and quickly shook bitters and dropped an anise star in the glass. So now we order a pizza as an appetizer and we gave our meal order. The wait for food was like an hour. It was delivered cooked but cold. Overall time spent at the bar was 2.5 hrs. In my opinion it was too long. The service was not impressive on this particular day. read more

We made reservations for dinner prior to the lights. Ava at the front was so rude. She was playing with her hair and ignored us for about 5 minutes when we walked in. Once she eventually greeted us she told us to stand "over there" until our reservation time. While "standing over there" we watched her treat other employees with such disrespect. She asked someone to do something "right now" and while he was responding she felt the need to say "like right now" several times to him. It was so rude and belittling. After that, another group walked in with the same reservation time as us and they were seated immediately. I questioned this, as did three other groups. Ava was so rude, we walked out and had dinner somewhere else. We did not want to return for the lights. The whole experience was bad. I would not recommend labelle to anyone for anything. read more

I highly recommend Labelle Winery Bistro in Amherst. The award-winning chef creates delicious appetizers, entrees and desserts with the freshest ingredients. The menu is recreated as the seasons change. The staff couldn't be more welcoming. I have had Avery a few times as a waitress. She is very professional yet pleasantly friendly. She would gladly pare one of the many of LaBelle's own delicious wines with your entre. The Route 101 location is very convenient for Bedford and Amherst residents with plenty of parking and is a delightful atmosphere for lunch or dinner. Enjoy! read more

we went for labelle lights, on a tues. 1/2 price tickets and open before thanksgiving it was not too cold. nice to have a walk through instead of driving, the trail is level and wide, so pretty all the lights. plenty of parking. the gift shop is nice, my family purchased some wine to bring home. the restaurant was lovely, good food and very good with my granddaughters allergies, i got poutine and maple chicken wings, my daughter had pasta and my son in law had steak, all were delicious. read more

I never have given a 1-star review. I usually abide by the golden rule that if there's nothing good to say, better not say anything at all. However, I can't help but share my experience here this past weekend in the hope that no one else has to go through something like this again. I stopped by this cute little market to get coffee in my way for a hike in NH. I noticed a beautiful golf course right next to it so I also inquired about the membership and whether there was lessons for beginners. I was excited to learn more about it and potentially start learning to golf here. On my way out of the little shop, I was taking a picture in the golf course when a man and his partner threatened to run me over with their golf cart. The attendant who was doing some cleaning laughed and encouraged this behavior. I was so upset and discouraged. I'll never step foot in this horrible place again. It's clear people of color are not welcome. read more

This is one of my favorite spots and highly recommended. Menu is seasonal and all the options are always good.

The lights were excellent - I give that 4.5 stars. The entry area bar was total chaos exacerbated by the fact that the people behind the bar aren't actually real bartenders and it clearly showed. They had 3 or 4 different people behind the bar, no structure/lines, and making one drink at a time very slowly. It's not like there were any complex cocktails either- just some ready to pour items and spirit added. John Taffer would've blown his lid at this display. In the face of this madness, having an experienced bartender might have at least brought a little bit of systemic order. It's not like this is the first day ever of the lights event. This chaos is absolutely inexcusable. Beautiful grounds but capable management and service needs to seriously be addressed. read more

I went to the winery for the Saloon night dinner event last weekend and the price of the ticket was not worth the evening. The event was a themed Murder Mystery dinner for $90 per person. It was said that there would be a sampling of the wine. The sample was 1 glass that was only a quarter full. The room was packed with about 200 people. The event itself was very corny and obvious as to who was going to be killed and who did it. The meal was a small piece of chicken potato salad and some greens. The food was okay but not great. I would never go back to an event here because it is not worth the price. I have been to high school events that were better than this. read more

We went to their Christmas lights event. While the lights were nice it was in no way worth the entrance fee they were charging for a 15 minute walk. We also made the mistake of trying the wine, which was not worth the exorbitant price considering the quality of the wine and the size of pour. read more

I recently had a surprise bridal shower for my daughter at LaBelle Winery in Derry, NH. This breathtaking venue speaks for itself, but I cannot say enough about the staff and their consistent superior service to me. Since the very beginning last year when I was researching places to have the shower, I was immediately impressed with the professionalism, friendliness, responsiveness, and accommodating ways of each of the staff members I dealt with. When I walked into the venue the day of the shower, I was overwhelmed and awestruck! It looked so beautiful... beyond what I had expected... and I felt like I was walking into a room from a fairy tale! Everything was set up as I had requested and it looked absolutely perfect. All of the staff were extremely attentive and kept checking in with me to see if I needed anything. The food was served on time and, once again, was beyond what I had anticipated! I am still to this day hearing from friends and family on how exceptional the food, venue and staff were! Everything was beyond perfect and I can't thank you all enough for making this a memory that will definitely last lifetime. This event was comparable to my wedding day and trips to Disney... that's how perfect everything was! I am extra grateful to Lauren Paradis-St. Croix, who has continually gone above and beyond for me in every way to make sure this event was perfect for my daughter... AND IT WAS! Lauren has treated me like a family member, and in all the events I have ever planned, I have never experienced such exceptional service. Of course, there ended up being a huge snowstorm predicted for the day of my event, and I panicked! Lauren kept in constant contact with me (even after work hours) as we monitored the weather updates, and, most importantly, she was so empathetic to me and kept me calm. At the last minute, she magically rescheduled the whole event for me for the next day, while continuing to accommodate all my additional requests and changes. I would stay away from this place it was a rip off. They charge a food and beverage min then don't have the staff to provide beverages to make the minimum , seems deliberate. They end up with in our case $495 for providing no service or food and beverage. When I dicussed poor service they acknowledge bartender was overwhelmed with regular resturant and our event. (not our problem) this caused the drinks to come out slow if at all. some people waited 30 min for drinks. They ran out of gin for a special drink. Dinner was served very slow and actually some people were finished eating by the time some meals came out. To make this worse they only had 26 people to serve and failed. I twice had to get up and inform manager that food was sitting unserved in corner of room while people had no food to eat. This really bad experience was topped off at the end when they tried to charge us the additional $495 after we spent 3,700$. They then offered to have me buy 495 of their wine which I wasnt interested in. It felt like they deliberately didnt allow us to make the minumum so they could then charge us the $495 for no service or food and beverage pure profit for them. To make matters more scetchy I paid the 3,700$ but told them I needed to talk to a manager about the 495$ they said we could discuss on Monday this event was Saturday guess what Sunday they charged my card without my signature or approval. Extremely disappointed! My family and I bundled up, packed into the car and drove over an hour to experience the LaBelle Lights at Derry only to arrive at a dark parking lot. Staff informed us that the displays had been shut down since the weekend due to damage from the winter storm. We purchased our tickets online on Tuesday, no where on their website did they state they were now closed due to storm damage. We received our ticket confirmation emails and no where did it state they were closed due to storm damage. Public Relations 101....when there's a problem, inform the public on ALL of your platforms, ESPECIALLY where you purchase tickets. read more

After researching and reviewing several places to hold my daughter's Bridal Shower, I decided to give the LaBelle Winery in Derry, NH a try (sight unseen since I was planning the event from Florida). But I had already heard many good things about this place and they did not disappoint. My initial interaction was with Lauren Paradis-St. Croix, the event coordinator. She was extremely helpful, available, and responsive to all my questions and needs. The shower was small (25 people), so we decided to have it in the Barrel Room within the restaurant. The room was already beautiful, so required little decorations and we had ample time ahead of the event to decorate and personalize the space. From the moment we arrived, everything went smoothly and professionally. Our server, Maggie, was fabulous in every way, helping with the flow and progression of the event and making sure everyone was promptly served. The food was excellent as well. I would highly recommend this venue for any wedding, shower, or social event. read more
