Not just a souvenir shop, which was really nice, it felt very local. Lots of witchy items like crystals, figurines, candles, books, and tarot cards. Everything was extremely nicely set up, so it was really fun to walk around and browse. read more

Excellent service as usual! I always speak with Eric and Nikki! Outstanding customer service. I called 2 days ago to place order and my item was shipped and received in NY in 2 days! Will continue doing business! read more

This was one of my favorite shops in Salem. It is so cute inside with so many crystals and other spiritual things with great prices. They also have so many different things you can do. You can make your own candle and set an intention. You can make a bag full of ingredients. You can pick a card for the day. You can right a wish at an alter. Just so many interactive things inside the shop. You have to stop here if you are in Salem! read more

I had a reading with Frank, and I have to say it was one of the best readings I have ever had. He was right on the money with everything! He hit on things that I am going through, and talked about things that have been perplexing me. He took the time to elaborate more on certain issues. He was very kind and had such amazing energy!!! I highly recommend a reading from Frank. read more

I felt I was racially profiled at this store today. 11/1/2025. I asked one of the workers to see a ring in the case and she asked me what do you need for??? Then proceed to tell me your items up front. None of the Caucasians in the store received this treatment. read more

I learned about Enchanted from the trolley tour. As we drove by, our guide told us that if we were only going to visit one witch shop in Salem, this was the one because it's home of the official witch of Salem, Laurie Cabot, and her daughter, Penny Cabot. Probably my favorite thing about this shop is how I felt during my visit - just at peace - which lingered even hours after leaving. If feeling calm isn't enough to entice you to visit, there are plenty of other reasons. There is a whole room with books! And I'm one of those folks who can't go to a bookstore and not get a book. So, I'm sure it's no surprise that I walked away with one about my star sign and one about numerology. There are also spells for beginners that come in a neat little pouch with all you need to cast your spell. There are lots of crystals too. I might have also ended up with a few of those too. Unfortunately, I didn't plan far enough in advance and there wasn't availability for psychic or tarot readings while I was there. So, just another reason to come back! Additionally, the employees are super helpful. I really enjoyed my conversation with one who showed me a new deck of cards they had just gotten in the mail but hadn't yet put on the shelves. read more

Interesting shop! Lots of merchandise lots to see and read and learn! I am not a believer of purchasing a $20 Quartz stone would change things and believe that I have the power to make my own destiny. But there are many people that truly believe in Psychics or stones and herbs, if it makes them feel more complete and fulfilled then this store has done its mission. read more

I bought a handful of gifts here for my sis-in-law! Wonderful store- energy is perfection. I walked in and just sighed- a real shop for witches, not that the tourist shops aren't fun. Great selection of various tools, crystals, sage, candles and more. I really enjoyed perusing this particular shop~ it was as the name says- Enchanting! read more

HEAVILY recommend this place. Absolutely loved the atmosphere and vibes. The interior was very atmospheric and I liked the shops layout. They have a nice selection of crystals and a standout was also their collection of statues which agonized me cause I couldn't really consider any since I'm flying back home. A lot of personally handmade items too which I loved. There was a decent tarot and book inventory as well. The lady working the register was incredibly nice and personable. They played Fleetwood Mac and Stevie Nicks which I also loved and just added that magic touch to everything. read more

I scheduled a 15 min reading online in October. Waste of money. The "medium" Sheila had zero skills and talked about her family. The cards were so genetic that my 11 year old son could have made up the same non-specific meanings. I believe in the month of October that they just get random people to "give readings" and cash in on the tourism. This reader was flustered and was not correct on one thing. Waste of $40. Lesson learned. read more

This place is wonderful! The staff are very helpful yet leave you alone to find your way to your next beautiful trinket. I find the value to be good and not too overpriced like some shops in the area. Highly recommend. read more

I went into a lot of spiritual stores during my visit to Salem. I felt like this was the nicest experience I had. The store smelled wonderfully. I really liked the alter when first arriving. It is a donation based alter and a meditation/prayer. A lot of beautifully hand crafted tarot boxes, and an adorable fairy home. The wands they sell are also mythically beautiful with different types of crystals with healing properties. In comparison to most of the shops, I felt that they offered fair pricing and it could make it somewhat actually affordable for people. I really liked this. I wasn't asked if I needed any help inside and this would have been nice. Needless to say, sometimes it's good to be left alone and explore for yourself and seek help if wanted. They had a separate large room for readings and the waiting area seemed tranquil and not so chaotic like most I saw in the area. The broom parking in the front made me smile. read more

Love this shop, one of my favorites in Salem. It's not in the tourist trap area. They have everything from jewelry, books, herbs. They had a book I was looking for. Very cute shop. read more

Was only in town for one day. I probably would've liked the shop had I not waited in line for 20 minutes, and then told by the person at the door to go check out my appointment for some other related service (at another establishment). When I came back to the line, she told me I had to wait all over again. Too bad. I probably would've had a blast on a shopping spree here because who knows when I'll ever come back to Salem! Oh well, they certainly lost my business. read more

I stopped in today while in Salem. I had a tarot card reading with Mark. I have to say, after having a tarot card reading at another location, prior, I didn't know what to expect. I wasn't to happy with the other place. I really enjoyed the reading from Mark. I had wished I had done the 30 minute reading. I can't explain it, but it's like he reads into your soul, with the cards he pulls I definitely will go back and recommend readings here. read more

I've had many readings with various psychics. To say the least, my reading with Mark was a disappointment. He gave me the most lazy, inaccurate and what felt like an unabashedly made-up reading I could imagine. Waste of time and money. I couldn't wait for it to end. read more

Love this store! Love getting new books, herbs, and stones. I went in for a Rose Of Jericho and left with $120 worth of fantastic finds. I've been a big fan of Laurie Cabot since the 1990's and received my tarot certificate in 2021 through Enchanted class offerings. I love taking trips to the water and never come through the city without stopping in. read more

Love this little place, highly recommend to anyone wanting a fairly priced tarot reading or a stop for some crystals!

I loved Enchanted, I had my soul daughter with me and she is new to the craft so I took her around to different shops explaining things and she liked this shop as well. Prices were very reasonable staff was friendly lots of unique crafting tools to choose from. Enchanted has my vote for best Crafting shop in Salem Blessings read more

Spooky spooky spooky- at least to me. But, if you follow witches, witchcraft, paganism, you'll be in heaven. No non-pun intended, lol. I wasn't even sure what I was looking at, but if you know anything about spells or stones or enchantment, you will enjoy this little shop. Tarot card and psychic readings are also offered and the staff stemmed super knowledgeable and willing to help you find whatever balance you are looking for. read more

Great small store with excellent staff. As my girlfriend and I entered the store, we were greeted by Nathan at the front desk. Nathan was very friendly and knowledgeable of the Pagan Culture. Along with his knowledge, he also gave us a psychic reading that was spot on. We were a bit upset that the Schooner Fame cruises were canceled for the day since we both requested the day off from work but visiting Enchanted lifted our spirits and made our trip to the Wharf worth wild. read more

Decided to check out some of the shops that weren't on Essex street and stumbled upon Enchanted. The staff were very friendly and helpful as they were able to answer any questions that I had. Also did a walk in tarot reading with Myrna and I was very pleased with her service. She was spot on with everything she mentioned- I highly recommend her if you are planning to do a tarot reading! read more

Staff seemed friendly. Follows Covid protocols of masks and limited capacity. Was not impressed with the famous witch store. Definitely geared towards the tourists and magick clueless. read more

Not that great. Basically fished for answers out of me and just reiterated what I was saying. Not worth the money. Waste of $35

The website is a little confusing it's not organized in any fashion except alphabetical. Id imagine it would be difficult for a person who's just exploring or just started to navigate. They do have a variety of products they run a little on the expensive side. I can't speak for the shop. Hopefully they revamp the website soon! read more

Spent over $800 on classes and shop management can't be bothered to send me a simple piece of paper saying I completed them even after me sending five email requests asking for it. Also have had numerous long waits to receive anything ordered online. Classes were great, shop managers- not so much. Don't waste your time or energy just because the Cabot name is attached. There are plenty of other great Pagan shops in town with better customer service who have follow through on orders. Covens Cottage being one of them. read more

This shop had a lot of items that I didn't see at some of the other shops. Some items were a little scary and I didn't know what a lot of things in there were for but it was definitely interesting to visit. I did notice that almost everything was very overpriced as expected in a tourist towns. Overall, I'm glad I checked it out. read more

I have visited many shops in Salem and Enchanted is simply the best. I've ordered online from them as well, and they will do everything they can to make your order special--especially if you're looking to give a gift to someone. I've never had a tarot card reading and I had Matt. Before the reading, I was anxious and skeptical but open minded to new things. This is a really nice shop. I was there yesterday and the young person behind the counter was really lovely. Helpful with the new tarot decks and very knowledgeable in general (and just kind). I've been to Salem every year for a decade and I know not all shops have such lovely help and wide selection. It's clean and organized and I'll continue to return. read more

There simply isn't any other Witch Shoppe in Salem, MA that has the selection and the "one of a kind" majickal items that ENCHANTED has.

We visited the shop twice while in town and both times the staff were friendly and helpful. Great selection of items and they are happy to help you if you are unsure of what you want to get. Will visit again when in town. read more
