Everyone was always smiling and so happy to help when you asked them a question." I agree whole heartedly with that. I know I was the bride but I constantly had staff asking if I needed anything, as did our parents, as did guests throughout the night and they were sure to tell me that afterwards. I had even personally asked most guests if they noticed anything went wrong that I hadn't seen because during the day you're just so blind to anything and everything and they've all said it's one of the best weddings they've ever attended. We also loved that they were so organized. As a type A planner they're so on top of timing and making sure everything transitions as smoothly as possible, I never had to worry about anything besides having a good time. We chose BWV because we live in Florida and loved how everything needed was chosen by different tier packages they offer. Within that there's a few different vendors for flowers, dessert, photography ect that you can choose from. That just made it so much easier to do everything virtually. You do get a day of planner and that was just enough to keep my decor on track, and to ask any questions throughout the planning process. With that, I didn't ever consider hiring a personal planner because communication was great and other than that I could handle the rest on my own. My husband and I will forever be thankful we were able to have the best day and I'm sure we'll be talking about it for years to come!

Since the very beginning last year when I was researching places to have the shower, I was immediately impressed with the professionalism, friendliness, responsiveness, and accommodating ways of each of the staff members I dealt with. We really appreciated her coordinating with my family in the days leading up to the event to organize the decor, and being so on top of everything. When we first toured the venue in the fall we immediately loved the barn, but what really sealed the deal for us was Briana's calm, collected demeanor, professional communication, and down-to-earth advice that demonstrated her deep understanding of what works in the space and what doesn't--that made us trust her right away.
