I arrived at my appointed time and was greeted by the front desk associate. I wanted to leave after her poor treatment of me. She told me about the 15 minute arrival time and I explained but she said they have to tell everyone that. Cool, but there was nothing I could do about it at that time. She was snooty and gave me the side eye when I glanced at my phone. Granted, it is difficult to communicate these days with masks on, but I felt she was frustrated with me by making her repeat herself on a few questions. Had I not had a more pleasant experience after this, I would not return. BTW the only paperwork was a one pager that took 30 seconds to complete. Dr. Meleski and her medical assistant were super nice and I absolutely appreciated their kindness.

Only two doctors in this office. It's very clean and everyone is nice, professional and customer-oriented. The office is very clean. Certainly no complaints in this area. The receptionist greets your quickly and professionally. We were seen almost immediately (2-3 minutes). The nurse is also pleasant and nice. She is efficient, knowledgeable and quick. My wife had blood drawn quickly and easily which is rare. There are usually some kind of issues but NOPE. Not with this nurse. She was attentive and funny. Dr. Meleski seems to be busy. She is not as personable as some doctors I've had but, she gets the job done. Overall, we are satisfied.

A very, very bad experience…read more It honestly felt like all they cared about was taking my money. I went there because I was having kidney pain. At the front desk, I told them I thought I might have a kidney stone and explained my symptoms in detail. When I saw the doctor, she basically told me the exact same thing: "I think you have a kidney stone." X-ray? Not available. Ultrasound? Not available. I asked her, "Then what exactly did I pay for?" She told me, "For me to see you." I asked for a urine test, and they wanted another $40. I said fine, no problem, and paid for it. After the urine test was done, I asked for my results. They told me they could only give me the report because their system wouldn't allow them to give me the actual test results. It really feels like this place is only interested in taking people's money. They don't want to do the work, make an effort, or actually help the patient. My rating: ZERO

They say if you get red lines from insect bites to get it checked out as it may be infected. I felt silly, but went anyway, and got there around 1pm. It wasn't busy. There was a woman chain smoking and walking back and forth near the entrance. Inside was one man. I went to the window to register and see someone. The medical assistant provided me with paperwork which I completed. It was my first time here so it took a few minutes to create a record of me, scan in my ID cards, etc. Apparently I came at a good time because she commented her computer system was timing out earlier and there were 5-6 people before noon which was busy for them. She was pleasant and professional. I went into room 2 as instructed. It was very gray. I could see a shoe print on the wall. The example table was tilted up into a chair position. I sat in the regular chair because I would have ripped the exam table paper if I sat on it. The gentleman who saw me was masked and gloved up. I don't recall him identifying himself as a physician, nurse practitioner, etc. He took a look at my arm and said I was having a slight allergic reaction to the bite and it was not an infection. If it was that size after a week with streaky red lines in my veins or I was having anaphylaxis I would need medical treatment with antibiotics or an epi pen. So of course I felt even more ridiculous than I had when I decided to go in and get it looked at.
