As I said in 2023 - "Good news - for blood work you don't need to go into the hospital itself but you go to the "testing center" which is in a separate (but attached) building just behind the hospital - easy to find and easy in and out". In 2023, I complained about how long it took. On my last few visits, I've been in and out pretty quickly. Yesterday, I signed in at 9:10 and was done and walking out the door at 9:25 - impressive service. The lab personnel are excellent and very efficent. I've had plenty of blood tests and have donated gallons of blood and the lab personnel are some of the best (translate that as I almost didn't feel it) blood tests I've had. My results were posted to MyChart before the end of the day.

I explained I already tried the website and even called and spoke to somebody overseas and both did not help. So she printed out the website, highlighted it and told me to go to the website. Thanks but no thanks I'll get bloodwork done elsewhere!

The quality of care provided was one of the worst I have ever experienced. From the time I signed in she was so rude I was unable to provide a full sample because I had just used the restroom she became irate and told me that I would need to wait three hours before I could use the restroom again. I explained that was absurd I didn't have three she said if I didn't wait she would call my employer and say that I refused like wow so I waited in the middle of me waiting she went in the back and called my employer and told them I was not a good candidate for hire, that I cussed her out and was being belligerent. Like how malicious are you I was beyond shocked when I got this email from my company. I will never recommend this place to anyone. God doesn't play about me so no weapon formed against me shall prosper. Praying for you lovely.

I started seeing Dr Gould after my l-5 herniated on the right. Had several procedures done. 2 nerve…read moreablation s, faucet joint s done and multiple epidural shot s. None of which really took the pain down. Then during that I was in a car accident and he again seemed like he really didn't t care. My left and right side got hurt during the accident and he kept me in pain the hole time. Under medicated. Refused to give me stronger med s so I had to go to the hospital and beg them. They said why is he not doing this for you I said I don t know and I ended up leaveing because he said I threatened him and it was just a way to get me to leave because he is inexperienced in this field of medicine. Also the staff are rude and he is a terrible doctor in general. Friendly at first and then he ll turn on you.

Even being all the way in Arizona, I called Zach because he truly is a Mold Mentor, with a question and he was so kind to spend the time to talk with me. Although it was an unusual trek to get here from Polaris Parkway - we had to drive through the UDF…read morelot to get to this location. We missed the turn the first time because we didn't believe this was the location for Proscan Imaging. But, this is how you get here. Aside from that, Marsha was greeted and welcomed by the staff as soon as she entered. They explained the procedure and alleviated her anxiety. After having been to other places where Marsha had difficulty with the standard MRI, she was pleased that scheduling suggested Proscan Imaging in Polaris with the Open MRI.
