Hi everyone ! I would like to say how amazing the staff at this location was! After going to a different location first and phlebotomist was horrible. I was poked a total of three times and she still isn't draw blood. But coming to the Sunnyvale location turned my terrible first experiences into a great experience! So i went there to get a drug test done that i was required to get before getting hired, when i arrived they told me i couldn't do the test until 12pm first of all i left work early to do this test i dont have time to play the waiting game just to piss in the cup...the lab teach i dealt with was very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable she also yelled at another customer while i was there which is very unprofessional...this location has always given me trouble so i dont recommend this place AT ALL. it took me an hour and half just to piss in the cup unacceptable.... read more

I got here before they were able to do any drug testing ( they don't do drug testing between 11am and 1pm) ok my bad for not calling for business hours.i asked the man working there if I needed to do anything and he just told me to have a seat since they couldn't do any testing until 1. After I sat here for 45 mins I notice a swath of people come in and sign into a sign on sheet. So I sign in. He then proceeds to take everyone else in front of me. I came to this location the other day and I was satisfied. I was lucky that I came in when it wasn't busy because I was helped right away. The woman who drew my blood was very nice and was very professional. The only complaint I have was the A.C unit was broken. This isn't the medical professionals fault but the owner(s) of the building. I felt bad for the medical professionals that had to work in these conditions all day going on 2 weeks she mentioned. If I had to wait more longer than 10 minutes I would have left from the heat being unbearable. read more

- They do the tests only if you get a document to the lab. - They cant print a document even if you email!!! - Cant access a email ! - There was one white lady who was so ignorant and racist women. Me and my wife had waited there for 1.5 hours then came to know that we need to get tests in written document. Then we tried to fax it their fax machine. Did not work and finally had to go to fedex and get a print out. After doing all this we had to wait again in line!! for another 2 hours!!! I hate this place!!!! There is only one gentleman working and he hadn't taken a break yet so at 11:50am he decided to take a 10 min break. He is supposed to go to lunch at 12. Go in with the intent on staying a while. I had a confirmed appointment at 7-45 which I made 2-3 days ago. (this office works from 7:00) It was closed when I arrived at 7:30. It was still closed when I left at 7-50. At least, they might called/email me to notify about it :( read more

I went here today for a drug screening. Leo provided excellent customer service. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I made an appointment online and there was no issue with waiting. For everyone who had a complaint about waiting all day on yelp, please just make an appointment and there should not be a problem. This is the first review I have ever written. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. The management is rude and has zero respect for patient's time. They make you wait for hours even if you have booked an appointment. Walk-Ins are higher priority because appointments are confirmed business. You cannot pay the bill online though your insurance site. The online option on their website requires an invoice number which you never get. They bill you through the nose and expect you to take time off work to come and beg them to accept the payment. I cannot imagine why they are still in Business. read more

I had to take my newborn to have her blood drawn several times (via heel prick and also through a vein in her arm). I was amazed with the skill and empathy of the two women that performed that task. I only have good things to say about my experiences here! read more

I didn't have an appointment, however the wait wasn't too long. My company had sent over the confirmation form and the lady at the front (who is also a does blood work and drug tests) took forever and a day to find the documents. She went ahead and helped the other 3 people, until I finally told her I had a confirmation number and my other documents were sent via fax. After she got her life together and found my stuff, she proceded to take me to the back. I must admit that my veins are small and she was able to get my blood with the first stick (yay!!!) and the urine drug test was a breeze. After the paperwork was discovered, I was able to be in and out. I was in there no more than 30 minutes (at most) on a Thursday afternoon. I would suggest making an appointment ahead of time if you can, but if not the wait shouldn't be too terrible. I have been to other locations and have waited beyond an hour. This one is nice, clean and plenty of seating. read more

I made a mistake by going here. I should have read some reviews here before visiting. Extremely bad for drawing baby blood. They don't know how to use injection. They tried 4-5 punching injection to see where the nerve is. Very bad to see, inexperience ladies ..My baby cried a lot. I went there on Saturday for a test with an appointment. It was quick, I was done with test within 15mins including wait time. I met friendly staff that day. Taking appointment was easy online and booked just 2 days before. Parking was easy. read more

In and out in 5 minutes! The staff here is great! Sandeep helped me with my blood draw, she is excellent, I barely felt any pain. The other girl is awesome too. They recommend making an appointment, but I've noticed there is almost no waiting if you go early 7:00 to 7:30 on a weekday, even if you don't have an appointment. read more

What a incompetent, and careless bunch!!!! After calling corporate office to get a quote on some tests my doctor ordered, I was quoted a price for a eriies of tests. With that information in hand my expectations are set and ready to go; I go down to the lab @ 8:20 this morning. First to find out there is only one person on duty. Next, after telling the phlebotomist I am a cash customer, I am quoted a higher price than what there call center quoted. Now, I get put on the line with another apologetic individual. Then I get a supervisor phone number with a warning that she is not answering her phone. After multiple attempts over 20 mins; she decides to pick up. Once again, all you can get a worthless apology...no resolution. After the call we are asked to leave. With this bait and switch,, you have jeopardized my health, wasted my time and writing negative comments about Labcorp. Whats wrong with: 1) Posting your prices where everyone can see them 2) Running the tests with the prices quoted and billing for the difference later Do they hold customers customers in such low regard that they are not wiling to resolve a dispute? What is it going to take to get it through your heads, an apology is not a resolution or customer service? read more

Maybe we went in on a bad day but we were told by our doctor to go in before 5 for a quick blood test for my mom... Quick being the wrong word. We get there the guy behind the counter is talking to possibly the office manager, neither one was speaking pleasantly at all and we sat and waited while they were trying to figure out the paternity patient with a few day old baby. They were very unprofessional and disorganized. Then a gal walked in for a work drug test and the guy was very put off she came in after his coworkers went home and he's all alone and he may not get to her or not... Whine whine whine... So finally he told us to go into the room and came in seemed to be apologetic about the wait and his coworkers are gone, blah blah blah... Only to find out this morning the results aren't in and he did the wrong blood test, not even one that was on the paperwork... REALLY??? So we have to go in again, can't do moms CT scan today due to their error and have to reschedule... Flick people do not use this location, they're incompetent... read more

Terrible management. Came here the other day at 11 was told to sign in and that I would just come back and 1 for my drug screen. Come in at 1, manager decides that I should be at the back of the line instead and decides to put everyone who came in after me ahead of me. Complete ass backward logic. read more

Clean. Well managed. Made a 8:00 am appointment. Got here 10 minutes early. Was seen by 8:07am. Personal were friendly. No complaints. Also, this is not an urgent care center so no waiting for urgent walkins. Much better than US Healthworks! read more

Arrived at 12:30 and waited over an hour to drop of a simple sample. They have an incredibly jumbled system that allows walk ins but will continue to push you back each time there is an appointment that shows up, even if the appointment is early. I'd say that having an appointment speeds up the process but the techs underestimate the time it will take and they are not very welcoming or polite. You sign in on a clipboard and then they call you to enter in your information and then call you a second time to do the tests. It's slow, boring, and not an easy process. They need more techs and a better system and I would suggest doing appointment only. Will absolutely never return. read more

Omg this is the best place to be!! The staffs are super chatty and sweet. I came here as an extremely difficult case because no one can ever find my vein. The beautiful Indian girl whose name means lotus flower did my blood draw and she was Able to successfully find my vein and finish the procedure in less than 5 mins! Such an amazing job!! This place is extremely slow. Don't expect customer service here. If you are here to pee in a cup expect to wait at least an hour wait. If a drug test wasn't required, I would never volunteer to patron this place. It lacks everything that you can possibly think, of including parking, seating, customer etiquette and pleasant people.
