Pretty good spot; did a walk in lab work; and they were accepting patients; check in was pretty straight forward (there is a little kiosk) and you scan your ID and it's straightforward. The inside is pretty solid good temperature; pretty comfortable as you wait; the staff drawing blood are pretty friendly; and the wait wasn't bad. It was clean; and overall good experience. After the Palo Alto location (on Middlefield roads) bad customer service experience, I wasn't expecting much but I ended pleasantly surprised). This is a busy road due to the hospital near by, but they have plenty of parking. Building 11 is right behind building 10, it wasn't hard to find. I ended up here after having a terrible experience at the Palo Alto location. I tend to have issues with my veins as they are hard to find, and the nurse here (Brittany) was very gentle and did an excellent job. Even though I live in Palo Alto, I would much rather make the drive here whenever I need bloodwork done. Highly recommended. read more

I was really nervous about getting lab work done here based on the reviews here but I didn't really have a choice so I went in with low expectations. I did have to wait about 10 days to make an appointment but thought that would be more efficient than trying to walk in first thing in the morning. I was really impressed with the automation the office offered - you can check in from your phone while you wait in your car, or check in at a kiosk in the lobby. They were running behind by about 25 minutes but given it's a holiday week, that didn't surprise me. The tech who drew my blood was friendly and efficient. It's a very small office, just one tech working from what I could tell and he had to do the front desk part of the job as well as the blood draws. The office is not fancy but good enough. Plenty of parking on the back side of the building. read more

I booked an appointment even though walk-ins are allowed. Went there, for blood and urine tests. They made me drink glucose and then did the urine which made the result skewed, they should have asked me to do the urine first as fasting test was needed. The staff were super nice though, and warm. I would go here again without thinking. It gets crowded so be prepared to wait for your turn. read more

the receptionist was so rude to me! I was having trouble trying to sign in so a guy who was waiting said take the cover off so I did and started signing in and the receptionist came over and said to me "don't do that again!!" I told her I what I was doing. I didn't know the system was down. She got into it saying I can go to Sunnyvale I'm like shocked to hear her say that... I had an appointment! she was being very sarcastic to me, a stranger, never have I ever had anyone speak to me in this way she has zero customer service. She said she told me to leave 20 minutes ago and I am like What??? that was a lie. She said she's calling her boss, she refused to give me her name, told me I was now blacklisted to go to Lab corp ever. Don't worry honey I will never step foot into that place ever again. I was taken care of by Danielle Dones who is heads down the best person that ever drew my blood in my entire life. She helped to sort the paperwork upfront, helped to distract me so I was not focused on the needle and blood (both things make me dizzy) and drew my blood without any pain or discomfort. It's rare to see someone to be as good at their job as Danielle is. Best experience I've ever had. read more

This is a terrible lab - disorganized, unprofessional, and disrespectful of client time. They close from 12-1 PM for lunch, but please be advised that the actual closing time is around 11:45AM. Yup, it's run by a bunch of hacks who have the same work ethic as low wage fast food workers...sorry, just keeping it real! Apparently they can't staff either location properly. Called my Dr and she will be referring all patients to a different lab going forward. Only one lady working the front desk and taking the blood tests. I had a 1+ hour wait time (vs 2 minute wait time at Quest around the corner). Unfortunately observed her being rude to numerous other customers, and a number left in frustration in just the 1+ hour that I was there. After successfully learning how Quest Diagnostics works for a blood draw I was sent a sheet to go to Labcorp this time. I reviewed the reviews on Yelp and thought I would try this location. I went to the Labcorp website and found this location and made an appointment for 9:00 AM which was the earliest I could on the website. I was hoping for a 8:00 AM as I was fasting before the blood draw. Since I had never been to this location I made a point to do a 'dry run' the evening before so I would know how to get there. The location is in a unique bunch of village type buildings that house all sorts of health, medical, and recuperative organizations. Being a huge fan of architecture I found it fascinating at the different styles of design and tried to figure out what era they were designed and built. To get to this location you need to go to the farthest driveway to the right entrance next to the private high school ball field off of South Road. Building 11 is almost at the end of the driveway on the right. I walked and found the Building 11 sign and went to the front of the building where there was a large sandwich board sign in front and a prominent sign near the front doors of the building. Once inside there is a Labcorp Kiosk which I highly recommend you checking in for your appointment. Unique to Labcorp is a tray to hold your Driver's license or government ID to verify your identity and takes a digital picture. One thing I found was the kiosk offered me an earlier time for my blood draw which I really liked. I was first in line and another patron showed up after me. The nice young lady called my name and took me to the room and took one vile of blood without any problems or bruising. So it was a good experience for me! read more

Then Nicky will yell at you, jab you with a needle like she hates you, and then will shake your tubes up potentially resulting in having to go back for another blood draw. His mask is down around his chin which is not acceptable given the current mark mandate for healthcare facilities. . The computer system also always seems to be down. I was a little hesitant to go to this place because of all the unfavorable reviews. I didn't have an appointment but got there a little after they opened at 7:00 am. I was the first person there. The front desk person was also the one who drew the blood. She was very professional in taking in all the information and made sure she had all the paperwork before calling me in to draw my blood. She explained what she was going to do and only poked once and did not hurt at all. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I will definitely go back again. read more

I finally made it in for the annual physical blood work today. I do not recommend coming in after 11:30. They close for lunch at 12:30 and they had four people in line when I got there at 11:45. Some customers were helped fast and others, like me, were slow. I ended up with three bandaids and a couple digging for a vein moments, which would normally warrant 2 stars for me. However, the lady was super nice and offered advice for the future like hydrate for 2 days prior and wear warm clothing so your arms and hands are very warm for your blood draw. I have very tricky veins but the lady who helped me was very patient, worked into her lunch hour and got me heat packs and made a warm water bottle out of a medical glove to get what she needed. read more

This place is a joke. Front desk receptionist is extremely rude and demands respect when she doesn't even show respect for patients. She completely lies about interactions so she doesn't get in trouble and seriously needs an attitude check. Obviously this isn't her first bad review from the rest of the reviews I see. Tried to call the supervisor to complain and had connection issues with the phone call and instead of resolving I was told to "just have a good day." Your doctor's office may tell you that you don't need an appointment to get labwork done here, but unless you have at least an hour to waste waiting, you do NEED AN APPOINTMENT. I waited 5-10 minutes in the waiting room, no one even bothered to check me in, although someone came out calling in patients who had appointments. I finally went on Labcorp's website and made an appointment (first available was in about a week, over in Cupertino). We'll see how that goes. read more

Popped in for some routine bloodwork today and things went pretty seamlessly. I arrived at 1:20pm and they were closed for lunch from 12:30pm-1:30pm, so I had to wait ten minutes, but that wasn't a big deal... when they returned I was up first, and it took me about two minutes to get 'checked in' and another two to get called back. In and out in twenty minutes, counting the ten I waited. Most importantly, the phlebotomist was good with the needle, it barely hurt. All good. read more

I made an appointment online for a blood draw. Checked-in on my phone when arrived and being texted when the physician is ready. The text message is a little confusing --  it says 'your name will be called soon'. However you do need to speak to the front desk to let them know you are here instead of only waiting to be called. The overall experience is fast and efficient. I do recommend this place if you need to have a routine blood draw. Make sure you make an appointment online, then you barely need to wait. read more

LabCorp has two locations in Mountain View, this location does not seem as busy as the one on Grant Road. I was able to book a 9am appointment online the night before. I showed up a few minutes early and was out of there by 9:12. Nicky checked me in, then did the blood draw. She is an excellent phlebotomist. I cannot say enough amazing things about this location. After a loyal Quest customer for 5 years, I decided to give labcorp a try out of my frustrations with quest. And boy, it's been such a pleasant change. Things I like about Labcorp- 1) walk in wait time no more than 10 minutes, usually lower (quest in contrast can take more than 2 hours at times) 2) no wait time if you have an appt (quest in contrast can take more than 30 mins) 3) lab results online within 4/5 business days (quest in contrast takes 30 days) 4) the staff greets you with a smile (all quest staff are grumpy and overworked in contrast) I've been to this labcorp on weekdays and weekends. On the weekends a lady by the name of Marina Dubkin works here. Although my interactions with all staff at labcorp mtn view have been pleasant, Marina has been by far amazing. She goes an extra mile. She is willing to work over time (she was with me till 45 mins after close time today - much of it related to the fact I came in the nick of time and my physician kept changing her requests), and put up with erratic requests from my physicians (she added a lab order last minute to my list of tests after my physician wanted one more test added - mind you, all this was well over time). Also, her blood draw skills are superb. I never felt anything. I wish she worked here everyday. To summarize- go to labcorp mtn view for your lab needs. And if you have a chance, go when Marina is working. read more

Was an OK experience. My doctor didn't make the lab orders particularly clear, so it took a long time for the phlebotomist to get everything coded into the computer. She was trying her best, but was unable to do some of the tests, even after being on the phone for 20-30 minutes. There really should be at least 2 people in here-- one doing the tests, one working at the front, etc. She was quick and efficient with the blood draw, but as others had mentioned, it didn't seem super clean. I went to this place twice for a blood draw, first time Nicky had trouble finding a vein and poked 3-4 different places and finally found one! But the same day I had to give blood at another place for a different test and the guy there did it with so much ease.. second time Nicky gave up and said your blood is cold today and not flowing!! Come back when you are warm.. straight from there I went to LabCorp in Sunnyvale and they did it with no issues at all.. will never go back here. read more
