The process always runs smoothly from registration to blood draw, but the biggest thing is that they have never hurt me in the course of doing their job. This has been true for decades. I'm surprised I haven't written a review of the lab until now. Chairs are well spaced and the television is on at very low volume so it's not intrusive, which makes sitting in the waiting area more pleasant for me.

I watched her, patient after elderly patient throw such unwarranted attitude and disgust to people go gave her NO SUCH reason to act that way. Everyone knows this lady is awful yet somehow management has done nothing about it. I watch her speak from a regular tone to her coworkers to speaking so quietly and with so much attitude to elderly patients that clearly couldn't hear her. They ask her to repeat and she gets more angry. I truly don't understand how Labcorp can keep someone like this around. However the phlebotomist was incredible, she she has to work with such awful front desk.

Once I got there I was greeted promptly by both employees and checked in fairly quickly. Very thorough in reviewing all my details. I didn't have to "go" when it was my turn but instead of sending me on my way I was able to sit and drink a little more water and even talked and laughed with both employees and another customer who apparently also needed a little bit more water. Honestly it probably would've been a 5-10 minute process if it weren't for me but the experience was pleasant and I would return and/or recommend.

It shouldn't be a big deal, just show what you need the patient to do. However, when the employee says 'whatever' and mumbles something towards the patient (because the patient didn't understand what the employee meant), that's never ok. Unless the demeanor is on purpose so that no patients come in or to attempt to antagonize the patient. Even when the employee is the only one there, customer service skills/ professionalism should remain intact. That is an expectation, she chose the job. The office wasn't busy, the patient wasn't late, and it wasn't close to closing. If I was told about this before we left the office, I would have spoken to the employee personally.

She appeared irritated and came across as unfriendly throughout the visit, and several of her instructions were delivered in a rude manner. During the blood pressure measurement, I was surprised to be asked to hold my arm raised at heart level without any support underneath. When I asked whether it was appropriate to take the reading in that position, I was simply told that there was nothing available to support my arm. I did not argue, but I was left wondering whether this was the proper method for obtaining an accurate blood pressure reading. After my blood sample was collected, I was asked to sign paperwork that required me to verify the sample label was correctly printed with my name. When I requested to see the label before signing, I was told that the sample was labeled correctly. After asking a second time, I was again not shown the label and was only informed that the label had been printed from the computer. It was not until I insisted a third time that the label was finally shown to me. Fortunately, it was correctly labeled with my name, but I found it puzzling and concerning that there was such reluctance to allow me to verify the information that I was being asked to certify with my signature. Overall, the experience was unpleasant and the interaction felt unnecessarily difficult. In addition, the office itself appeared poorly maintained, with very basic furnishings and inadequate lighting. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location to others.

It gives me the very peaceful feeling accompanied by soft music. I feel like I'm floating in the middle of summer night! The ultrasound technician Melissa treated me with care and upmost respect. Melissa explained to me what will be done and the final report will be ready in just 2 days. The other facility use the ultrasound gel is icy cold, but Melissa use the preheat gel just right temperature to make me feel she consider all her patients are deserving the very best treatment. All these small details really make the difference. I highly recommend this ultrasound facility and deserving the very best rating.
