The process always runs smoothly from registration to blood draw, but the biggest thing is that they have never hurt me in the course of doing their job. This has been true for decades. I'm surprised I haven't written a review of the lab until now. Chairs are well spaced and the television is on at very low volume so it's not intrusive, which makes sitting in the waiting area more pleasant for me.

I have been coming here for all my labs for the past several years now. The employees here genuinely cares for its customers/patients. Sure the wait time can be long at times or the front desk can be managed better, but these are minor compared to the level of service and compassion. Oh and we are in a pandemic for crying out loud. They are doing the best they can. Today, I went in for a blood draw. I was not expecting to see so many people waiting. Obviously, there was a backlog, and I became a little impatient too. After finding out that the phlebotomist was by herself managing both front and back office duties, i felt extremely guilty. Normally there are two people in the clinic. The receptionist was out to lunch. So the phlebotomist had been working nonstop without a break or lunch. Not to mention, she was doing a 3 person job. Due to covid, office hours have been adjusted and some staff were also furloughed. Although office hours are adjusted, the work continues for these healthcare workers. It doesn't stop. And they are putting their lives at risk for us. Please consider making an appointment if possible. This will help alleviate the wait time and frustration for everyone there. In addition, allow extra time as a buffer as these are unusual circumstances. Be patient, have compassion, and be kind.

The lady at front with red curly hair was rude to just about every one of the patients. Most of the patients were elderly and she had absolutely NO patience for them. Speaking with attitude and a tone that indicated they were stupid. I also noticed after more observation, she was selective with whom she was friendly to..... There was another worker with short hair (shaved up in the back) that came up to the front and they also were rude to the patient they were interacting with. Is that the culture at this place?? Its sad that there are people with no customer service etiquette working with patients. Please, work somewhere where you do not have to interact with people if you cant be nice or patient. Management: why do you employ such people? Maybe they just know how to be nice to the right people. Im just glad that this place is not our local lab Corp office.

When I see people that come to Quest Diagnostics they are not prepare and they end up arguing with Quest. I been taken good care of at Quest Diagnostics. When I arrive on time I been check in right away depending on how many people are getting lab work (I go there in the morning which is 50/50 insane). This location only has one person that works there. It use to be two people that work there to help get people's appointment done right away. The wait when you do have a appointment is 5-10 minutes but if there isn't anyone you are seen right away when you enter. I have thought this location has been closed down since they have not open for business for a month but I guess they were trying to get someone that can work there.

It gives me the very peaceful feeling accompanied by soft music. I feel like I'm floating in the middle of summer night! The ultrasound technician Melissa treated me with care and upmost respect. Melissa explained to me what will be done and the final report will be ready in just 2 days. The other facility use the ultrasound gel is icy cold, but Melissa use the preheat gel just right temperature to make me feel she consider all her patients are deserving the very best treatment. All these small details really make the difference. I highly recommend this ultrasound facility and deserving the very best rating. He seemed to be bothered that I was asking him questions. Especially because the part of my body that is hurting was not taken an image of. Receiving medical care, x-rays and all that good stuff is not free. I would think as patients we have the right to ask questions without receiving an arrogant attitude back especially when I'm speaking in a respectful manner.
