I have been coming here for all my labs for the past several years now. The employees here genuinely cares for its customers/patients. Sure the wait time can be long at times or the front desk can be managed better, but these are minor compared to the level of service and compassion. Oh and we are in a pandemic for crying out loud. They are doing the best they can. Today, I went in for a blood draw. I was not expecting to see so many people waiting. Obviously, there was a backlog, and I became a little impatient too. After finding out that the phlebotomist was by herself managing both front and back office duties, i felt extremely guilty. Normally there are two people in the clinic. The receptionist was out to lunch. So the phlebotomist had been working nonstop without a break or lunch. Not to mention, she was doing a 3 person job. Due to covid, office hours have been adjusted and some staff were also furloughed. Although office hours are adjusted, the work continues for these healthcare workers. It doesn't stop. And they are putting their lives at risk for us. Please consider making an appointment if possible. This will help alleviate the wait time and frustration for everyone there. In addition, allow extra time as a buffer as these are unusual circumstances. Be patient, have compassion, and be kind.

This location only has one person that works there. It use to be two people that work there to help get people's appointment done right away. The wait when you do have a appointment is 5-10 minutes but if there isn't anyone you are seen right away when you enter. I have thought this location has been closed down since they have not open for business for a month but I guess they were trying to get someone that can work there.

Their prices were not even competitive, turn around times were VERY slow, Attention to detail was poor which resulted in them fixing mistakes causing even more delays on the results to be delivered, and on top of it all their response time is poor and met with rudeness and insults. There are plenty of places to take your money elsewhere as they clearly stated which will be met with less (if any) resistance and will provide a better level of service that you are looking for (Pace Analytical, FGL Laboratory, BSK Analytical just to name a few)

They were a closer laboratory so to support local laboratories we decided to use them. Shortly after, we received an email advising us they had raised their prices. We continued to use them to support local business. The customer service was never great and quickly became worse. Their turn around times on results are at their leisure. They then implemented a new COD requirement without warning and when questioned advised us that other clients send "a considerable amount of samples and pay in advance" while "you send us very few samples." Obviously, if other customers are sending a "considerable amount of samples" and paying in advance their other customers have had similar experiences. To reiterate Mason H's review, there are better radiological laboratories out there. To expand on his list, BC Labs and Weck labs are more professional, have better turn around times and prices as low or lower than Davi Labs.

I have had lab work multiple times in the past 6 weeks and each time I waited 15-20 minutes to even be called to register, and then another 10-20 minutes to be called for bloodwork. Even when there is literally NO ONE in front of me and no one actively getting a blood draw, they still make me sit there and wait for no apparent reason. Bottom line, when you go to this lab, be prepared to wait and be super frustrated by the front desk.

I had such a great experience Mobile Med!…read more Charity Manning, the owner, is a licensed phlebotomist and certified medical assistant who comes right to your home to do blood draws. This is an incredible service for anyone who is sick, homebound, or simply unable to get what they need done at a lab. In my case, the lab actually wouldn't do the bloodwork I needed to donate a kidney, so having someone come to me made the whole process possible. Charity was professional, very communicative, and incredibly gentle and kind during the draw. She made me feel at ease and took care of everything (she came to my house, drew my blood and even took my bloodwork to FedEx for dropoff) I plan on using her services in the future not only for myself, but also for my kids. Having someone trustworthy and skilled come to the house is such a relief! Highly recommended.
