Even when the employee is the only one there, customer service skills/ professionalism should remain intact. That is an expectation, she chose the job. The office wasn't busy, the patient wasn't late, and it wasn't close to closing. If I was told about this before we left the office, I would have spoken to the employee personally.

When I asked whether it was appropriate to take the reading in that position, I was simply told that there was nothing available to support my arm. I did not argue, but I was left wondering whether this was the proper method for obtaining an accurate blood pressure reading. After my blood sample was collected, I was asked to sign paperwork that required me to verify the sample label was correctly printed with my name. When I requested to see the label before signing, I was told that the sample was labeled correctly. After asking a second time, I was again not shown the label and was only informed that the label had been printed from the computer. It was not until I insisted a third time that the label was finally shown to me. Fortunately, it was correctly labeled with my name, but I found it puzzling and concerning that there was such reluctance to allow me to verify the information that I was being asked to certify with my signature. Overall, the experience was unpleasant and the interaction felt unnecessarily difficult. In addition, the office itself appeared poorly maintained, with very basic furnishings and inadequate lighting. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location to others.

Their prices were not even competitive, turn around times were VERY slow, Attention to detail was poor which resulted in them fixing mistakes causing even more delays on the results to be delivered, and on top of it all their response time is poor and met with rudeness and insults. There are plenty of places to take your money elsewhere as they clearly stated which will be met with less (if any) resistance and will provide a better level of service that you are looking for (Pace Analytical, FGL Laboratory, BSK Analytical just to name a few)

They were a closer laboratory so to support local laboratories we decided to use them. Shortly after, we received an email advising us they had raised their prices. We continued to use them to support local business. The customer service was never great and quickly became worse. Their turn around times on results are at their leisure. They then implemented a new COD requirement without warning and when questioned advised us that other clients send "a considerable amount of samples and pay in advance" while "you send us very few samples." Obviously, if other customers are sending a "considerable amount of samples" and paying in advance their other customers have had similar experiences. To reiterate Mason H's review, there are better radiological laboratories out there. To expand on his list, BC Labs and Weck labs are more professional, have better turn around times and prices as low or lower than Davi Labs.

This is an incredible service for anyone who is sick, homebound, or simply unable to get what they need done at a lab. In my case, the lab actually wouldn't do the bloodwork I needed to donate a kidney, so having someone come to me made the whole process possible. Charity was professional, very communicative, and incredibly gentle and kind during the draw. She made me feel at ease and took care of everything (she came to my house, drew my blood and even took my bloodwork to FedEx for dropoff) I plan on using her services in the future not only for myself, but also for my kids. Having someone trustworthy and skilled come to the house is such a relief! Highly recommended.
