Libya (sp) was my phlebotomist and she was able to take my blood without me even feeling the needle!! I was honestly surprised how quick she was! The other Labcorp on Bob Hope Drive always made drawing blood painful and always left me with a huge bruise. I was in and out of the office in 10 minutes. I'll definitely use this location from now on!

Signed in and was not greeted by the guy at the front desk. I finally asked if they needed information from me and he asked for my ID. It tool over 30 minutes of sitting until a lady asked me to fill out a form. Finally about 40 minutes after arriving, I was taken back. I did my alcohol breath test and gave a urine sample. Thinking I was finally finished there, the lady tells me my urine is too yellow and they demand I give an additional sample while they watch me. I was accused of giving them an altered sample. We went out front and the same rude guy that did not greet me when I arrived had the nerve to tell me I submitted a fake urine sample, then called the employer and told them I am refusing to give another sample while he watches me. I have never been so embarrassed and offended in my life. Such a simple and routine task turned into me being treated like a lying, cheating, criminal. I had to leave as they had already taken up over an hour and I was late to another important appointment. They sent paperwork to the new employer saying I refused to test. The worst experience ever. An experience that may have cost me my job!

He prescribed three antibiotics, photographed my rash on my stomach and chest, and provided clear, rational advice. The rash is painful, possibly caused by a critter bite at night in the hot desert. It resembles severe acne but isn't; Gold Bond helps ease the pain. The doctor was professional, caring, and attentive to my specific issue. I believe Jeffrey was born to be a doctor. I rate his professionalism a 10 out of 10. I appreciate his skill, focus, and compassion--his genuine desire to help others truly shows in his professional concentration.
