This is my second experience and it was no better than the first. I have to come to lab Corp because of my insurance contract. The first time, the staff was having a party. They guy actually drew my blood with food in his mouth. Oh and, they lost my labs. I called corporate and was given the name Chris Steer who was supposed to help with the return of my copay. He never returned my calls or emails. Second time it's packed, people have been waiting two hours. Staff is discussing who is eating the broccoli dish the receptionist brought. read more

Fast easy friendly came in for blood work and I was in and out quickly. Staff was excellent.

Lost my labs! These were time sensitive and are required to adjust my medication. Had the draw on 8/13. On 8/29 called to see why I did not get results - they had no results on record. 9/3 still waiting for an answer. There is no phone number to call - only email and all they tell you is "we are checking". HELLO! How long does it take to call your own lab location and find out what the heck happened, or just tell me Oops - come back in????? No one really seems to care here. Can't get a human on the phone - locally or at Corporate. I never had these issues with Sonora Quest and will never go back to Labcorp again. Yes, I am crabby because I obviously need a fine tuning of my medication that I can't have! read more

Today was the first day that I've been to LabCorp I usually go to a different lab my experience was great the check in was easy the staff was friendly I had two tests done and I was in and out I can't believe how fast and good service I got there today it was a nice experience and their environment peaceful and friendly read more

I will not be back to this location again. I've been to surprise and Avondale due to work schedule and they were great but this one was awful. I had an appointment but still waited for 40+ minutes. I could deal with that because it's not really their fault BUT The staff was horribly rude. The woman at the front desk was terse and told me, "I can't do anything about it unless you have the order printed out" but then she somehow found it in their system. The restroom was dirty and smelled like urine. The person who drew my blood said 2 things to me 1- "Room 2" and 2-"what's your date of birth?" Im not exaggerating. My son went to do his drug screen for EMT school, staff were rude to him from the start after an hour and half he asked how long it would be the staff became very condescending and rude. He left and went to Concentra were he was taken care of with professionalism. Do not use Labcorp read more

Made an appointment for 8:45. I arrived here at 8:40. It's now 9:10 and the lady at the desk just took my paperwork, etc. I asked for an estimate on the wait time, and she said that she has no idea. I mentioned the appointment and she said that they book 3 people at a time, so the appointments don't really mean much (wtf?!?). So, who knows when I'll actually be seen. I'm done with Labcorp. Every office is the same. Insane wait times and rude desk ladies. If my doctor ever tries to send me back, I'm just going to refuse. I don't have hours a day to waste on routine blood draws. Edited to add: The lady who drew my blood was pleasant enough. It didn't hurt or anything. But I was there about an hour overall (with an appointment). read more

The front desk woman is SO rude. Yelling at people, and treating them like they're stupid. It hurts to see someone that is supposed to be nice to these older people that come in already confused about things. & this lady is treating them so badly. Proof of life after death.. I have not previously wasted my time reviewing businesses-but this place is special. It is rare you find an operation that is incompetent in every category -but they have excelled. Made an appointment, signed in at the kiosk- after and hour and 10 minutes I asked what was going on-they said there was no record of my sign in. I was not the only one. The waiting room was full of people and walk-ins were being called before appointments which were all way behind their scheduled time-- the waiting room was full of pissed off people. Finally got in and 2 3rd stringers made 4 attempts to draw and all failed. Burned an entire morning accomplishing nothing. This entire staff has died and made a miserable attempt at resurrection. read more

I had my blood test done on the 24th of August 2018. It's now Sept 7, 2018 still no test results. I called Lab Corp looking for them but the lady said all she could find was from May and I should see my Dr. I said my Dr. did not run the tests Lab Corp did and I need the results for my appointment on Sept 10th, All she could say was I needed to see my Dr. I could picture her reading off a card that said " If you don't have the test results tell them to see their Dr. " This lady could not see the absurdity of her statement. So now I will go to my Dr. and guess what they will tell me to call Lab Corp because they did not get the results. read more

Actually this business gets negative 5 stars. Customer no service representatives are the worst in the business. Unfortunately United Health Care doesn't allow any other labs. If you have to come here like I do make sure you bring a blanket and pillow so you can get in a nap while you wait. read more

My son is 8, and after literally being "stabbed" by another facility from an impatient phlebotomist, this location ROCKS!!!!! They are friendly, professional, make you feel welcome, they use to have awesome decorations up until someone complained. My son is not afraid to go get his blood drawn, and looks forward to it, that speaks for itself. Check in is beyond easy. I drive out of my way for this office, it is worth it. I had made a appointment to come here at 10:00am. I had a copy of my doctor's order & my insurance card. I met with Allison @ the front desk. She processed my paperwork & was very pleasant. In about 5 minutes I was called back by a gentleman named Anthony. He said: Constance - appointment. " Anthony was very careful & found my best vein to use for my blood draw. I was in & out within 25 minutes. Lesson learned: If possible, make a appointment , blood order copy from doctor and my insurance card. read more

The 1 star is based solely on principal. I scheduled an appointment however was put in line with everyone else including walk-ins. The front desk lady was short and not friendly/customer service driven. Mind blowing that appointments mean nothing. I will never use Labcorp and going back to Sonora Quest in the future. read more

Worst business I've had the displeasure of doing business with. Extremely long wait times even if the waiting room is empty.

I was very hesitant on coming here because of the reviews and I had a terrible visit at a different location but I will say I'm very impressed with this location! The staff was very nice and helpful. I came on a Thursday with an appt and they helped me 30 mins before my appt time and I was out an hour after my appt. I had my one year old with me and the lady behind the desk gave her snacks to keep her busy. I was very pleased with this visit and would recommend this office to anyone who needs work done. Horrible experience. Even though I had made an appointment online, I had to wait an hour and ten minutes for a 5 minute blood draw. The small waiting room was full of older people loudly complaining about the wait. Reception staff was unconcerned. Scheduled an appointment ahead of time and they still take walk-ins before people with scheduled appointments. The lobby was full of frustrated patients waiting to be seen. I made sure that I scheduled my appointment during non-peak hours but the wait was still two hours. read more

While I was sitting the women up front were talking so badly about the customers they deal with on a daily basis. Holy crap they had me wait for 2.5 hours to tell me they may not take my insurance. Staff is rude here. Obviously intelligence is not required to work here. This place is awful. Extreme waiting on a Wednesday. This is definitely no Sonora quest. 3 hour wait time at 7 am. Don't go to lab corp unless you are like me and stuck with this poorly run and managed piece of crap company. I work for a surgeon in MN. All that we needed from Labcorp was a test for our patient who resides in Peoria Arizona. They made this the most difficult task to complete and even harder to get the test results after they finally did the test. The very worst part is their lack of any type of customer service, lack of answering phones, and even the 800 number I was given was never answered. It is now a week later and I can't get the patients results, nor anybody to pick up the phone. HORRIBLE read more

After being sent away from the Labcorp on 7200 W. Bell rd I went to this Labcorp. Easy to find and the people at the front desk were friendly. The lady that took my blood was very good and quick. She was also friendly and chatted with me while doing her job. My only two concerns they kept my paperwork that had personal information on it so I hope it does not end up in the trash and the carpet in the lobby had a lot of stains on it and needed to be cleaned. read more

My husband and I checked in at 10:20am and we were told it would be an hour, so we told the lady we would be back in an hour. The waiting room was full and no where to sit, so we ran a couple of errands and were back by 11:10 a.m. She said we would have to sign in again and would have to go to back of waiting list. It was a different lady and I explained to her that we did not know that when we left. If we had known that, we would have hung around in the hall as there were no places to sit. I was upset that they did not inform us that we would have to sign in again and wait our turn. Both ladies were curt and rude. I will not go here again. It appears that by the ratings and comments, they need to be more personable and treat people with respect. As a retired nurse I never treated patients disrespectfully. read more

I came here as a walk-in during busy lunch hours and only waited approx. 20 mins. Office staff was very kind, and 'Keisha' drew my blood with no problems, she was friendly, did her job well, was quick, and there was no pain involved.
