As a result, the office said they would review it later in the day, even though it was only around 10 AM. When I asked questions, the technician was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to take additional steps to help. Her attitude made the situation more frustrating and uncomfortable. Staff working directly with patients should demonstrate professionalism and patience, especially when issues are outside the patient's control.

I was in a lot of pain and couldn't go driving around trying to find somewhere else to go. I spent hours at an ER for a non-emergent issue and paid hundreds of dollars. No big deal for my 10-15 minutes here, but your employees are in a desert, on the second floor who need ALL of the AC operating. Changing hours and closing at 11am isn't the best answer.

Today I felt compelled to drop this review, because throughout the last two years, anytime my family or I are in need of bloodwork, we always come to this location. The experience has always been great. Today I had to recognize the phlebotomist's work. I've only ever seen two ladies here, and I have been helped by both, and both of them are quick, polite, and most importantly, have very light hands. With that said my visits have been quick. I have never waited more than 15 to 20 minutes without appointment. In addition to that, as someone who gets very nervous around needles, it truly is the smallest prick with no pain at all. Great job, ladies!

I was then called to the back and because their system didn't have my orders and I took five seconds to get them out of my car for her. She sent me back in the waiting room and took six more people.
