I was there for another child who had a toothache. They developed some type of fungus disease in the ER with all these nasty sick people that they want you to sit next to even in the same chair that a person that had in either digging in a butt or in their nose or had the flu without cleaning the chairs, they never clean their chairs yet they want you to constantly sit down and wait for someone to come and see you it's atrocious. And a breeding ground for diseases. The name of the disease he caught was. Feet hand and mouth their bumps develop at the bottom of your feet palm your hands, and in your mouth you get a fever really bad and feel very sick for the first day after that you gotta deal with the rashes that last for two weeks, I never in my life heard of something like this until I had to take my son to our primary doctor to be checked out. They have no Health cautious a Ville environment inside of that ER. I advise if you can go to any other hospital do not go there cause you will catch hepatitis A through Z while trying to address whatever else you have came into the ER .

Someone advised they were other RadNets in this area, I call back and a different agent located five or six in Palmdale/Lancaster area, so this one was selected since it was the first available (the next day!) I actually accidentally went to the wrong site cause yes there are 2 on 15th street. SO LISTEN TO THIS! The receptionist at the wrong location actually had real customer service, she printed out the directions to correct location for me AND WAIT FOR IT...... Called the correct location to advise I was on my way and gave an estimate of arrival based on google maps!! I know right? In this newbie customer service era no one knows anything about real service! But they sure do, I was amazed haven't seen service like that since I was a teen! She then said just be patient that they'll work me in. So I go there thinking I'll be here for hours or at least an extra hour. NOPE as soon as I sat down, sneezed and opened my phone someone called my name. I was in and out within 40 mins (as I was having a MRI on back.) Bravo!! But that's not all: Next trip was Tuesday my mother who's a medi/medi insurance client was told by the call center that they don't accept it at any locations in this area, so she was set to go to Santa Clarita for a breast exam, but it just didn't sit right with me because I seen the woman's breast center when I was there, so we walked in and spoke with rep Nicky to find out about the insurance they accept. What a sweetie! She rerouted her appointment because yes they do take that insurance.. She apologized profusely because it was a bit of a wait 2 weeks from Wednesday while it was only 4-5 days longer than her original appt in Santa Clarita. Thank you Nicky. Third trip was for mom's CAT scans yesterday. She had 4 areas scanned within a hour including parking, walking in, registering, sitting down and getting her and equipment back in car! I can't see how anyone else could state they are anything but professional, caring, diligent and above all the sites themselves have great customer service !! Keep it up and drop the call centers cause they aren't in the state for sure maybe not in the country, but the call centers really aren't trained well nor do they understand the lay out of a metropolis city that Los Angeles county or So Cal consists of.

While on vacation we realized our AC stopped working around 3:30 PM on a Friday. Since we were…read moreplanning to drive back home the next day, we were pretty stressed about getting it fixed in time. We reached out to several local repair shops, and CARS Cristian's Auto Repair was the only one that returned our message that same evening. They got us scheduled first thing Saturday morning. The part we needed wasn't easy to find, but they went above and beyond calling business after business until they tracked one down that could be delivered the same day. The part arrived around 1:30 PM, and they quickly got it installed and had the AC running like new. What makes this even more impressive is that they were supposed to close at 12 PM that day. Instead of turning us away, they stayed late to make sure our car was fixed and ready for the long drive back through the Vegas heat. Their dedication ensured we made it home in time for work and the kids' school on Monday. Truly outstanding service, professionalism, and kindness. If you're in the area and need a trustworthy shop, I can't recommend them enough!

Yesenia (am I spelling her name correctly?) is a favorite, just like Jushonna! I feel badly for them right now though. Only person scheduled to staff the office at a time. Not even a receptionist to help with clerical needs so the phlebotomist can do her work? Repeating my note to LabCorp Corporate and the medical building facilities administrators.. it has been 100°+ outside for a few weeks now! For the past 4-5 YEARS, only 1/2 of their AC units are working ~ how is this not being addressed?! At least I saw some portable AC units in there today.. No big deal for my 10-15 minutes here, but your employees are in a desert, on the second floor who need ALL of the AC operating. Changing hours and closing at 11am isn't the best answer.
