Seeing these 5 other patients somehow took them over an entire hour to accomplish despite there being multiple workers. Finally it's my turn, but hey it's lunch time now, so I get turned away by a staff member saying they themselves need to go and "everyone else just disappeared" so I should just come back later. None of the other Foundation Laboratory locations ever did this and had someone on staff to take care of any overflow. This location has fallen apart considering service use to be so quick.

Absolutely horrible experience I was there for an…read moreoutpatient surgery which took minutes. For some unknown reason I was intubated and they were so reckless, I left with fat and split lips, as if I was punched in the mouth With one notable exception the nurses were terrible they were unable to find a vein for the IV, but kept trying 4 times, until I told them to get someone else that finally got the IV started While in recovery, I was feeling poorly and asked for some juice or something to eat, the nurse told me I would be released soon and can eat at home. I told her I'm a diabetic and have been fasting for more than 12 hours she then says I don't think we have anything but I'll go check , just before surgery I saw them roll a full cart of food and drinks past my stall, that nurse mentioned they are restocking the food for surgery patients, so I know they had plenty of things to eat and drink, after awhile the nurse came back with just a sandwich and nothing else no juice or anything to drink. It's as if they don't care about their patients Additionally upon arrival I parked and followed signs through a building and down a long hallway to get to a door, which on the other side had someone sitting there saying I can't come in this way. So even though it was difficult for me to walk, she made me go back the way I came drive my car to another entrance and enter the building that way. The management thinks that's an acceptable solution. Rather than having signs asking patients to use another entry, they kept the signs up directing patients to essentially a dead end. No regard to patients with poor mobility.

I was checked in and seen pretty quickly, which I really appreciated. They examined my foot and explained everything thoroughly. The doctor was also very helpful and, the same day, scheduled an MRI for me and called it in so I could get it taken care of. Everyone was professional, kind, and took the time to make sure I understood what was going on and what I needed to do next. I'm very happy with the care I received and would definitely recommend Palmdale Urgent Care to anyone who needs medical attention. Great staff, great service, and a very positive experience overall!
