I asked if she could just take me since I was already there and had been waiting and she just turned around and ignored me and started helping a different patient. Aside from them, not answering their phone from an hour not having anyone to assist you at the front desk over 10 minutes. They are rude and unprofessional. Huge chip on her shoulder. No one should be talked to in this way. The customer was friendly and asking for help. Also, there was no one to help at the front counter. I was as shocked as was she. I promptly turned around and walked out. I will be having my blood drawn at another location. I think if a manager had been present she would have been terminated immediately. I'm always feeling very comfortable and at ease with them as they're explaining what's being done! What I like about this place as this is open at 7AM which gives me plenty of time to find adequate parking out on the streets before everything else in that building even opens up for the day! And even when the streets are filled with parked cars along the curb, parking in the pay parking area is still dirt cheap! $2 per hour! Can't beat it! I highly recommend going to this laboratory to have your blood work needs done! I wouldn't trade this for anything! I recall my former physician attempting to talk me into having my blood work done elsewhere, but I was adamant about continuing to go to this one here just because she happened to experience bruising from one of her own veins there, but as I mentioned earlier, I never experienced any issues with the lab or anything! It's amazing to see how patient they are even when customers are frustrated and taking it out on the staff. The negative reviews seem to be mostly from people without appointments. Or people with appointments who come too early to try to get in and out early. Maybe make an earlier appointment next time? Anyway, if you need lab work done, go online, create an account, and make an appointment. They will treat you kindly and make it as painless as possible!
