In my third visit with her, today, I had to literally walk out and won't be back! I asked other staff if she was just having a bad day. So consistently condescending but today she was actually rude. I asked about side effects of a particular drug she stated no one had ever complained to her before and dismissed my question. Then when I asked her to clarify something she got irritated with me and started with more condescension. If you don't agree with her she will belittle you into thinking you're the one that's wrong rather than explaining like most doctors! No thanks! Update: 04/15/26 - I spoke with Dr Gilli on the phone and it's seems they are somewhat flippant and unapologetic in their attitude towards the situation. I don't feel comfortable with this response that she "always" treats patients with respect after I conveyed the opposite in a professional manner over the phone. This was damage control gone wrong imo. Black box warnings are serious and it's too bad this Dr. doesn't care to make any changes as she is a 25 year employees with the company. He's got her back regardless. I appreciate the call back but it's clear his attitude is just like hers. They don't care.

Considering it is the cold months, it wasn't busy coming in on a weekday mid afternoon (they close at 8pm daily). Office was very clean. They ask that you kindly wear a mask if you don't show up with one (no biggie!). I knew I would have some sort of respiratory issue but wasn't expecting bronchitis. I saw the NP and she was so nice and thorough. Administered an injection, breathing treatment while I was there, and ordered the recommended medications for further treatment. Overall my experience there went really great and so happy I got to come. I felt seen and heard - oppose to other urgent care places where you're rushed out the door. I just started coming to this facility, and I really like it!…read more I've only had the pleasure of meeting my PCP doctor once, but can tell she's a very good doctor, takes the time to listen and ask questions & was just an easy person to talk to and open up with. I had a broken foot so she ended up putting in an (expedited) referral to see the foot specialist, which just so happened to be located on the second floor! The very next day the referral was approved and the podiatrist office (foot doctor) was calling me to set up an appointment for THAT following day... Super fast! I've seen the podiatrist a handful of times since then, and he's a really cool guy as well! Communicates well and definitely has your best interest at heart! Pretty funny guy too! I've also gotten my blood taken here per my doctor's request, and have had several foot x-rays done here as well, I love that everything is located in ONE building!! The building isn't even super huge either! so it's easy to navigate around. They even have an ER! Plus I've noticed that they're hardly ever busy! It's pretty much empty every time I've come! wait times are no longer than 10 minutes at the most. My last appointment I was 30 minutes early and they were able to get me in right away! Just seems to good to be true lol. Friendly staff, clean facility, so grateful to have Dr Raju (her nickname) as my PCP and BFMC as my doctors office. -The end.

I received the worst medical care at Priority Urgent Care on Calloway. I sustained injuries to my…read moreleft side from a crash on my mountain bike. I went for x-rays and an examination. After the x-rays their Nurse Practitioner came in and told me the x-rays were negative. He asked if I lost consciousness. I said No but that I was disoriented right after the crash, but did not hit my head and it was now 48 hours after the crash and I had no symptoms of a head injury. He informed me Liam Neeson's wife died 3 days after hitting her head and that I needed to go to the Emergency Room and get a brain CT Scan in case I had a brain bleed, which I had no symptoms of. I asked if he could give me a shot for the non stop very serious pain and a prescription. He said no in case I had a brain bleed. I also had a cut on my cheekbone which I took off my glasses and showed him from a distance. He never examined me during the whole visit. He never got closer than arm's distance and he never even checked my facial cut for infection or to clean it. He literally did nothing about my serious injuries. I filed a grievance through Priority Urgent Care and followed that up within a day or two with another email and I also called multiple locations trying to speak to a manager. I've called over 5 times and left my name and number to have a manager call me back. It's 3 weeks later and they still have not contacted me about my grievance, or to follow up. I want to add that they did waive my copay 2 days later so I could go to their Panama location and the doctor there did an exam and gave me a pain shot and prescription for pain meds. He ordered an MRI, which apparently never got sent in or Stockdale Radiology never submitted it to my insurance. So I had to pay $349 out of pocket to get an MRI. Priority Urgent Care has failed in every aspect in my care as well as following up to address my grievance. If I could have given 0 stars or negative stars I would have done that. Absolutely the worst medical care or really lack of care and they truly don't seem to care in the least bit or they would have contacted me.

First time to this facility…read more The nurses, doctor and lab techs were all pleasures to work with. I couldn't even feel the needle. But one quibble I have is that the time with my doctor did feel a bit rushed. That being said, the quality of care certainly made up for it and every concern I had was answered. This medical facility is perhaps the tiniest of Kaiser's that I have ever been to. The medical bed one would expect in an exam room was a special reclining chair. The walls were thin. If I really paid attention, I probably could figure out what was being said in the other rooms. It seemed as if this location was a temporary set up. The blood pressure monitor was not on it's own stand, it was propped on a table and the LVN had to reach across the room to check my vitals. I feel as if this place would be better suited for urgent care instead of a full on primary care. The facility didn't quite project a feeling of comfort that I have expected and desired from my past Kaiser experiences (and I have plenty). I hope this is not a sign for the future of KP clinics. They enforce COVID protocols (masks and distancing), so make sure to bring a mask. Hand sanitizing was also abundant (always a great touch). Overall: had it not been for the awesome staff and medical professionals, I would not be as kind. But for them- they earned it.

My child needed to use the restroom, and after asking for help, another doctor kindly directed us to a nearby restroom. As we were about to use it, a nurse or medical assistant approached us and very rudely told us that we could not use that restroom. The restroom was labeled as an all-gender restroom and did not indicate that it was for staff only, which made the interaction even more confusing. What was most disappointing was the way the situation was handled. There was no need to speak to us so harshly, especially in front of a child. My daughter was visibly upset afterward. Thankfully, she doesn't get sick very often, and this is not the location of her regular pediatrician. While the facility itself was nice, this interaction left a negative impression on our visit.
