Took 4 hears to do a 10 minute consultation. Switched my doctor and also rescheduled me 3 times for surgery.

Checked on at 2, it's 3 and still not called back. I had a 2pm appt. At least tell me you're running late. Very unprofessional.

My first time here since switching new insurances and had to come here for myself (dry, wheezy…read morecough, with mild congestion). Considering it is the cold months, it wasn't busy coming in on a weekday mid afternoon (they close at 8pm daily). Office was very clean. Wait time wasn't too bad (15mins that's including the time I had fill out paperwork). Staff were very welcoming, nice and patient. They ask that you kindly wear a mask if you don't show up with one (no biggie!). I knew I would have some sort of respiratory issue but wasn't expecting bronchitis. I saw the NP and she was so nice and thorough. Administered an injection, breathing treatment while I was there, and ordered the recommended medications for further treatment. Overall my experience there went really great and so happy I got to come. I felt seen and heard - oppose to other urgent care places where you're rushed out the door. Thank you for taking care of me.

I just started coming to this facility, and I really like it!…read more I've only had the pleasure of meeting my PCP doctor once, but can tell she's a very good doctor, takes the time to listen and ask questions & was just an easy person to talk to and open up with. I had a broken foot so she ended up putting in an (expedited) referral to see the foot specialist, which just so happened to be located on the second floor! The very next day the referral was approved and the podiatrist office (foot doctor) was calling me to set up an appointment for THAT following day... Super fast! I've seen the podiatrist a handful of times since then, and he's a really cool guy as well! Communicates well and definitely has your best interest at heart! Pretty funny guy too! I've also gotten my blood taken here per my doctor's request, and have had several foot x-rays done here as well, I love that everything is located in ONE building!! The building isn't even super huge either! so it's easy to navigate around. They even have an ER! Plus I've noticed that they're hardly ever busy! It's pretty much empty every time I've come! wait times are no longer than 10 minutes at the most. My last appointment I was 30 minutes early and they were able to get me in right away! Just seems to good to be true lol. Friendly staff, clean facility, so grateful to have Dr Raju (her nickname) as my PCP and BFMC as my doctors office. -The end.

All sick and contaminated, you touch what another person did and just spread more germs. They call you up and have you sign a paper that says they need a card on file they don't charge you, but just in case they have that. I don't like that, so whatever isn't covered under insurance then they charge is basically what that means. It tells you you can have an appointment right away. I got there 940, and it offered me 945, so I took it. I didn't get seen until 1040, almost an hour. Got seated the Medical Assiant that helped me and took vitals sweet! I wish I got her name, but I am so sick. I wasn't paying much attention she also helped me inside the room with covid test and flu test, and strep you rock are sweet. Keep it up. The phycian on call was very attending, observing and handling everything great. He explained what I would be getting and said it was safe during pregnancy he said I could start taking it right away and let me go on my way. First time to this facility…read more The nurses, doctor and lab techs were all pleasures to work with. I couldn't even feel the needle. But one quibble I have is that the time with my doctor did feel a bit rushed. That being said, the quality of care certainly made up for it and every concern I had was answered. This medical facility is perhaps the tiniest of Kaiser's that I have ever been to. The medical bed one would expect in an exam room was a special reclining chair. The walls were thin. If I really paid attention, I probably could figure out what was being said in the other rooms. It seemed as if this location was a temporary set up. The blood pressure monitor was not on it's own stand, it was propped on a table and the LVN had to reach across the room to check my vitals. I feel as if this place would be better suited for urgent care instead of a full on primary care. The facility didn't quite project a feeling of comfort that I have expected and desired from my past Kaiser experiences (and I have plenty). I hope this is not a sign for the future of KP clinics. They enforce COVID protocols (masks and distancing), so make sure to bring a mask. Hand sanitizing was also abundant (always a great touch). Overall: had it not been for the awesome staff and medical professionals, I would not be as kind. But for them- they earned it.

My child needed to use the restroom, and after asking for help, another doctor kindly directed us to a nearby restroom. As we were about to use it, a nurse or medical assistant approached us and very rudely told us that we could not use that restroom. The restroom was labeled as an all-gender restroom and did not indicate that it was for staff only, which made the interaction even more confusing. What was most disappointing was the way the situation was handled. There was no need to speak to us so harshly, especially in front of a child. My daughter was visibly upset afterward. Thankfully, she doesn't get sick very often, and this is not the location of her regular pediatrician. While the facility itself was nice, this interaction left a negative impression on our visit.
