The front staff were efficient, nice, and friendly. We did not have long to wait--actually, barely finished the paperwork before they called us back. The doctor's nurse is SUPER. We transitioned over to Dr. Deltoro-Diaz and I was very appreciative of the type of care she provides. Since a teen I struggled with weight issues and even had weight loss surgery 2001, so when I had to move to a new doctor, all of the unpleasantness came into play. I always hated when a doctor would not listen to what I am going through but with Dr. Deltoro-Diaz, she listened and talk through it all. The only semi negative thing i can say is that you should expect a wait regardless of your appointment time. This is because they spend a lot of time with each patient going over the visit.
