Serious concern with DOT testing procedures at this location. I arrived about an hour before…read moreclosing for a urine test and was not properly informed of the full 3-hour "shy bladder" process required under DOT regulations. Staff told me I only had until their closing time instead of the full window, and I was never clearly advised that leaving early could be marked as a refusal. Because of this, the situation appears to qualify as a collector/procedural error. Cutting the process short due to business hours and failing to properly inform the donor is not acceptable when handling federally regulated tests. This is not just poor service--this directly affects people's livelihoods. I have proof of my arrival and departure times. If you perform DOT testing, you are expected to follow proper procedures, not convenience. Updating my review after speaking directly with the lab. Instead of addressing my concerns professionally, the situation escalated. During the recorded call (after informing them it was being recorded), I was told: "You can come get a second test... read between the lines... you know the address, pull up if you want to." Given the context, this came across as a threatening and highly unprofessional statement rather than an attempt to resolve the issue.

They only caused stress, anxiety, and waste of time. Very poor communication and they only used excuses that they will have it certain date and time and when it comes to the date and time they don't won't answer you or they come with another excuse. I asked them for my refund so they don't have to deal with me calling them and bothering them every day (vice versa) they won't refund me so in other words I lost my $485 and until now I have received the results. DONT GET YOUR LAB SERVICE DONE IN THIS PLACE. If I could give them NO STAR at all, it would've been great!

I had to get a Department of Transportation medical exam and drug test, and my company sent me to Real Occupational. They told me up front "our Doctor is real cool." They were right. I got in really quick, despite a waiting room full. Everyone was really friendly, with the slight exception of one of the ladies up front, but everyone has a bad day. There was even a glitch with my blood pressure, and they reassured me "don't worry, just come back and let's check again." I did and everything was fine (those two cups of coffee before I went in probably didn't help). Then Dr. Wall even explained why it was really common. No place is going to be perfect, but when you think of having to go to clinic of any kind, this is as good as it gets. Hopefully the previous reviewer will give them another chance. Definitely worth it.

I show up at 3:45 maybe a minute later and she said that they closed at 3:30pm and that FedEx had already left. Pathetic child like communication. They could have told me 3:30pm the first time and I wouldn't have came all the way from LA. Spoke to the office manager Juan. He made me repeat myself 4-5 times. If that's a manager then that explains why this place sucks. He said he would have made an exception if he was there and he surely was there and made no exception. Instead he was being a rude j**k. Shoot the 7 minutes we argued on the phone, he could have let me pissed in a cup but instead he felt like pissing me off. Would not recommend this place to anyone. If I was an employer, I would rather my employees piss dirty than to send them here. This place was just sold to some other company and looks like everything went to s**t. I thought everything went well but some costly issues were discovered right after closing. I believe these issues should have been discovered in the inspection. 1. The upstairs bathtub was not filled and tested. After the first shower, water was leaking into the downstairs ceiling. 2. The washer and upstairs bathroom drains were not inspected and water was leaking out of the sewer pipe under the house. John sent a robot under the house but didn't run the water while it was there and he didn't physically go under the house so the leak was missed. 3. The dryer vent was never tested. It was completely clogged and blocked which is one one the leading causes of household fires. My agent contacted the owner who was completely unhelpful and unsympathetic to our complaints.
