They work diligently to keep wait times down, but each staff member is detailed, thorough, efficient, friendly & so helpful. Many times going above and beyond. I can definitely tell you that this is the place for any phlebotomy place you'd want to be. I wish some of them could work part time at some of these hospitals. Lol Just be patient and empathize with your fellow workers. Ive seen some outrageous things that they deal with (very professional) and it's really demoralizing to them or anyone giving you any kind of service. There's a reason they are so busy, no one wants to go elsewhere, and yes Corp is stingy & definitely hiring:/paying for more staff. It's not the workers fault! There's ample parking as it's located in a shopping plaza and walking in I was surprised to see that it was not busy at all. I was called in minutes of sitting down and Deborah B. was the technician who handled my labs. Deborah was extremely thorough and so very personable at the same time.
