The nurse assistants and ladies at the front are nice. I've never waited over 15 mins. Unfortunately making an appointment has became very difficult lately. Today I called three times and left two voice mails on their appointment hotline. They never call you back and you have to keep trying. Last time it took five calls to get an appointment. I have never had this issue before this year. I hope this will change soon because I really like and trust the doctors.

The Good: Had a good experience with another Advocare office, so we choose this one when we moved…read morebecause it is a convenient location in Haddonfield with good parking. There is a small front lot and a larger rear lot. They also take a wide variety of insurance compared to other locations. The Bad: 15-20mins wait in waiting room after your appointment time, then 15-20mins wait in the exam room for 5-10min face time with a doctor or PA is usual. The worst: The scheduling process is a joke at times. Happens with well visits/routine vaccinations/flu shots appointment, when you arrive, they say it's a later time that day or some other day. Happened 3-4times in the last 5yrs. Really frustrating because we put the appointment in our phone as soon as we make them. Conclusion: Not all Advocare offices are equal. Skip this one if you value your time.

If someone is walking into an urgent care on the Fourth of July.... we can just assume that this person needs medical attention and that is why they are there. The receptionist said this to me loudly from where I was standing in the main entrance doorway, everyone in the waiting room was watching this entire conversation play out. I did not feel comfortable at that point receiving any medical attention from the staff. I was honestly in shock and just walked out. I went to Atlantic Care Express in Berlin and the staff was amazing. I ended up needing to be given steroids to help the swelling in my throat go down so that I could breathe. I was so embarrassed and uncomfortable, I did not feel safe. This was not the first time I've received attitude upon entering this place, I will not be returning for any medical emergencies.

I have been receiving procedures at the Endo Center since 2012, and until now, my experiences have…read moregenerally been positive. As usual, the front desk staff were professional and courteous. Unfortunately, this was my first negative experience with the care I received following a procedure Dr.Patel and the anesthesiologist were both excellent. They were professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. Dr. Patel was also informed of the negative encounter I experienced afterward and was very supportive and responsive to my concerns, which I greatly appreciated While I was in the PACU recovering from my procedure, Nurse Jean attempted to assist me with getting up. I informed her that my arm was hurting and that I was unable to move my left arm\. Despite expressing my pain and concerns, I felt that my concerns were disregarded, and she continued insisting that I sit up in a manner that I experienced as aggressive and rude. I directly informed Nurse Jean that I felt she was being aggressive and rude and requested assistance from another nurse. Given that I had just undergone a procedure and was experiencing pain and difficulty moving my arm, I expected my concerns to be acknowledged and handled with greater patience, care, and compassion. Following this encounter, Nurse Jen, who assisted me in the Rejuvenation/Recovery area of the PACU, and Jan, the Director of Nursing, provided assistance. Both were very professional, attentive, compassionate, and respectful. I sincerely appreciate the care and professionalism they demonstrated following such an upsetting experience. Having received care at the Endo Center since 2012 without a negative experience like this, I was particularly disappointed by this encounter. I want to emphasize that the remainder of the staff, including the front desk staff, Dr. Patel, the anesthesiologist, Nurse Jen, and Jan, the Director of Nursing, provided excellent and professional care. I hope my concerns regarding my interaction with Nurse Jean are taken seriously and appropriately reviewed so that patients recovering from procedures are listened to and treated with patience, respect, and compassion, particularly when they communicate that they are experiencing pain or difficulty moving.

This is weight loss meds that should be administered weekly. We already missed one week 2) They will tell you to come back every 3 months or less for "follow up" checks. And you can't dispute these charges. I wish I could also charge them for all the 'no-updates' and 'no-callbacks'. Already looking for a new Primary Doctor. Sigh.
