I recently had an appointment for their Medford location - I was called back almost 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Walk-ins were waiting almost 2 hours!!! The staff were great but they were running with just one Supervisor and a phlebotomist to do the actual blood draws. They could do MUCH BETTER for their patients!!! read more

I have never waited so long for a simple lab draw. I frequent another location in the area and they are far more efficient and the wait is nothing. My daughter comes monthly for bloodwork to the Medford location and every single time has waited upwards of an hour! This is unacceptable. Never coming to this location again. read more

Staff was horrible and rude. In addition I was stuck on the inside of my forearm without warning. I have had blood drawn a zillion times. I have never been stuck there. Not surprising I have a huge ugly bruise as a result. I have gone to many facilities to have blood drawn, even other Labcorp facilities with no issues. Stay away from this facility. read more

Come on labcorp this space is disgraceful. The waiting area has wallboard peeling back, baseboard with thick filth, dirty is an understatement for the bathroom. I had to give a urine specimen and felt like a peitre dish. Filthy in disrepair honestly looks like a third world lab. Fortunate for labcorp their employees are efficient and effective. This entire space needs to be remodeled. I will travel elsewhere for labwork. I scheduled my bloodwork online for 12pm on a Thursday. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment as requested and the self check-in was easy. There were plenty of people in the waiting room before me (some walk-ins and some with scheduled appointments). I thought I was going to be waiting a while but I was called back at 12:06 and was out of there shortly after. It was nice to see them honor my scheduled appointment. read more

I have used this location many times over the last 15 years . There have been times when the front staff have not been polite but not lately. I try to remember that we don't know what is happening in their lives. I always stay as friendly and polite as I can. We are not perfect and should be tolerant. I have never had to wait long, but I am patient. I go there more often now. I'm older. They are always kind, helpful, and efficient. I don't tell them in advance so there is no self fulfilling prophecy but I'm a tough stick, often they have to use a baby needle in my wrist or hand. It hurts but I'm fairly tough. If they don't think they can get a good vein, they get someone with more experience. I always bruise, not their fault! I have watched customers get surly with staff. There is no reason to treat staff badly. You get back what you project. If you are not polite, it's unreasonable to expect kindness in return. Many are afraid to get stuck. (Drink extra H2O 12 hours before. It helps ). Remember learning that we should treat others the way we want to be treated? And you get more with honey than you do with vinegar. So be nice to them and they be nice in return. Be well! read more

Amazing front staff! & shout out to Cee-Cee for doing my blood work. She was amazing when I was an anxious wreck. Highly recommend & with covid going on- everything was clean and wiped down and truly felt comfortable. Also, I was a walk in. Walked in, rep asked if I had an appointment. I said no. She then said I couldn't be done today as there's a water leak coming into waiting room. I said, what's that got to do with the leak. I said this is last day on my script. She says, have to get a new script. But then did something on computer, comes back and says sign in. (But what difference does it make if have an appointment with the water leak or no appointment?). Very unorganized, never running in time, and rude. My husband had an intestinal infection and we needed to fly out of state for a wedding, which we wouldn't be able to even consider if he was infectious. Stopped in to pick up sample collection container, waited 2 days for results, only to be told we had to do the test again because we had the wrong container. What? Wrong color lid affects the test how? Why didn't she do her job when she handed the container to me? Will never use this facility again. read more

Unsure of why all the negative reviews about this place... I just had a great experience. I had an appointment for 8:15 AM and was surprised to find the check in process is now all digital... They have three kiosks for you to fill in your information, enter your insurance card, which really cuts down on waiting time. It's now 8:35 AM and I'm in my car writing this review. The staff was very friendly and I would definitely recommend this location... It was not busy at all. They draw the blood in a group room, taking three patients at a time. I was unable to see anyone else getting their lab work which was nice because I can feel faint sometimes looking at blood but the room was set up in a way that you had privacy with your lab technician read more

I took my son there for his 1 year blood work (lead and hemoglobin check) and the girls were great! They did a good job to try and make us both less nervous and they got him in one stick. It could have been a very stressful situation, but they made it go as easy as possible. read more

Very surprised that technicians don't try harder to honor the times that blood has to be taken for a test that has specific times. Though the people are nice, there is no value to test results if the test isn't done correctly. read more

I have monthly bloodwork done here. Staff are always polite and professional. I call ahead for an appointment so that my time spent there is minimal. Never a problem. And Tarantella's is next door if I get hungry! read more

The staff has totally changed here. They are very unorganized. They need more staff. At 6:45am 10 people are standing outside. Used to take people to the back, do paperwork and sit on the bench in that area to be next. Now they send you back into the waiting room and get called again. It soooo slow. I have been here a handful of times for the lab work needs of myself or family members. They do offer appointments which can reduce wait time. I have walked in though and been seen fairly quickly. It has always been clean and run smoothly. I have always had a friendly experience however I have witnessed less than professional interactions at times, but my own interactions have been professional and positive. The technicians are knowledgeable and have always been competent when drawing blood from my children or myself. The location is not large and at times can get crowded. This is the only place my insurance is accepted so I obviously will be back. read more

Rude ignorant person working at the front desk. As you stand at the intake window you can see the intake clerk's computer screen as the person in front of you has their personal information being typed into the machine. When your information is being typed in the person behind you can see all your information the same way. When I pointed this out to the intake clerk she told me under her breath to mind my own "fuc...ing business then their won't be a problem". How someone like this gets a job working with the public is amazing. All someone who wants 15 minutes of fame needs to do is go in there with a video camera turned on then send the tape to a TV station. Federal law requires them to safeguard the personal information of their patients/customers. They clearly are not doing that and when I called them my complaint fell on deaf ears. read more

I came here on a Saturday morning when I'm sure these ladies would rather be doing something else and they could not have been nicer. I get very squeamish and upset when getting blood taken and they were BEYOND calming and sweet. I wish I got the same of the woman who helped me, she was a blessing.
