First and foremost, the place was very clean. Next, everyone from reception to the medical team were professional with a caring attitude. Something that's hard to find anymore in the medical arena. Against my better judgement, I stayed to be seen. First red flag was when they wrote my personal medical history down in a note pad instead of typing it in a secure on-line portal. That violates hipaa, god forbid the wrong person picks up that notebook and starts reading it. I got x-rayed and told that they cant see anything on the x-ray but I might have a fracture and to make an appointment with my podiatrist. I was given an ace bandage and crutches because they don't provide medical boots. They then gave me pushback when asking for my preferred pharmacy due to the fact that it is over an hour away from them, even though I told them i didnt want any pain medication. I only wanted my injury documented and wanted a mobility aid. Despite the fact that they took my insurance information, a few weeks later I recieved a text message from them, stating I owed $481 for my visit, when I have a $0 copay per my insurance. After not receiving an EOB from my insurance company, I called my case manager who informed me that they had no record of my urgent care visit. I then called AtlantiCare's customer service line only to find out they did not even have my insurance information on file. I, once again, provided my insurance information and it is now covered, saving me from having to pay the almost $500 for my visit. Be very careful upon going to this location. If you know you have a $0 copay for urgent care centers and receive a bill from them, make sure you call your insurance company before paying a single penny.

They looked and said no ear infection! We brought him home, he was crying and wailing all night of ear pain, and didn't sleep at all, completely unlike him. I called his pediatrician the next morning and they got him in right away, and said he has a double ear infection and they don't know how the urgent care doctor could have even seen his ears without removing some wax. Now I'll have an urgent care bill AND a pediatrician bill for visits less than 12 hours apart.

I was on holiday and unfortunately became sick, so convenience and efficiency mattered. The clinic itself was bright, clean, and well organized. There was a welcome station at the entrance with hand sanitizer and face masks, and check-in was handled through a digital system. I received text updates showing my place in the queue, which even allowed me to wait in my car if I wanted. Despite the clinic being busy, the total time from check-in to check-out was about 1 hour and 10 minutes, which felt very reasonable. The level of care and customer service was top notch. A medical assistant greeted me and brought me back, followed by a nurse who took my vitals and asked if I needed water or a blanket. While waiting for the doctor, two additional staff members stopped by just to check in and see if I needed anything, which really stood out. Dr. Miles was caring, efficient, and thorough, and got me on my way with a clear plan and medication. The only thing keeping this from a full five stars was a prescription mix-up that required me to use a paper copy instead of it being sent directly to the pharmacy. Thankfully, it was an easy fix. Overall, this was a very positive experience, especially when you are not feeling well and are far from home.

The office was easy to spot, well lit with lots of signage and ample parking. Upon entering the office I was welcomed by the front desk person, Gary. Gary was very friendly and quickly went through all my paperwork, provided me with a black folder and told me to take a seat. The waiting room/ lobby was huge and had plenty of seating. I only had to spend a short time here, as I was taken back within 10 minutes of my arrival. I was brought to a small room and given a paper gown. The X-Ray technician, Brain, then came and walked me back to the X-Ray room. Brain was beyond friendly and made it feel like I was catching up with a friend rather than getting an x-ray. Whenever I need radiology work- I will be coming here. Great staff, clean office, and quick service- what more could anyone want from a Radiology office? TIP: Your results will be sent to your doctor, but you can ask for a copy of your x-ray. The copy will be provided on a disk which you can view on your computer.

I tried calling back but didn't have the drive to get back in the long queue considering the amount of pain I was in. I then checked on their website and found an appointment available on the night I wanted in another location. Unfortunately, their website booking wouldn't work after several attempts so I ended up leaving a voicemail requesting that time. Eventually, I spoke to a lady who refused to give me that time and said someone else took it. Therefore, I was forced to drive out to Voorhees while feeling the effects of painkillers. Super awesome and safe. I felt pretty awful and annoyed upon arrival. The lady at the front desk was nice enough and didn't take too long to check me in. Eventually I was brought back and told to change. They then stuck me in a chair for at least 15 minutes while someone else finished their test. I find that practice SO annoying. Maybe it makes the process more convenient for them, but it's so uncomfortable for the patient. The test itself was fine, though the tech didn't offer to help me sit up when I struggled. I guess that's not part of their job. This location is clean and new, and it's good if you live near Voorhees. I just found the whole trip to be a hassle.
