Patient First Primary and Urgent Care was a reassuring and well-run option when I needed care while…read moreaway from home. I was on holiday and unfortunately became sick, so convenience and efficiency mattered. The clinic itself was bright, clean, and well organized. There was a welcome station at the entrance with hand sanitizer and face masks, and check-in was handled through a digital system. I received text updates showing my place in the queue, which even allowed me to wait in my car if I wanted. Despite the clinic being busy, the total time from check-in to check-out was about 1 hour and 10 minutes, which felt very reasonable. The level of care and customer service was top notch. A medical assistant greeted me and brought me back, followed by a nurse who took my vitals and asked if I needed water or a blanket. While waiting for the doctor, two additional staff members stopped by just to check in and see if I needed anything, which really stood out. Dr. Miles was caring, efficient, and thorough, and got me on my way with a clear plan and medication. The only thing keeping this from a full five stars was a prescription mix-up that required me to use a paper copy instead of it being sent directly to the pharmacy. Thankfully, it was an easy fix. Overall, this was a very positive experience, especially when you are not feeling well and are far from home.

I then left because I had waited OVER AN HOUR. I asked the receptionist if I was going to get billed. She said no, because I was not seen. Then an hour after I left I get a call asking where I was because my room was ready. I said that I told the receptionist that I was leaving. This was going to be 2 hours after I would have shown up. Now 2 weeks later I get a bill for $166. Which obviously I am not going to pay because I was not seen. Avoid avoid avoid!

ER visit is hundreds of dollars in copay alone (for me) and a way longer wait. Idk wouldn't recommend unless you have a cough/cold. On the bright side, everyone was nice. Place was clean and quiet.

First and foremost, the place was very clean. Next, everyone from reception to the medical team were professional with a caring attitude. Something that's hard to find anymore in the medical arena. And last, the wait wasn't bad at all, I was in and out within one hour. So if you're looking for urgent care, that's great. I highly recommend Cooper urgent care and Cinniminson.

I knew i should have avoided this urgent care when I went in for foot and ankle pain. While doing…read morethe initial intake, an angry parent came in demanding to know why he was being charged almost $500 for a bandaid for his son when they ran out of stitches and couldn't properly care for his child. Against my better judgement, I stayed to be seen. First red flag was when they wrote my personal medical history down in a note pad instead of typing it in a secure on-line portal. That violates hipaa, god forbid the wrong person picks up that notebook and starts reading it. I got x-rayed and told that they cant see anything on the x-ray but I might have a fracture and to make an appointment with my podiatrist. I was given an ace bandage and crutches because they don't provide medical boots. They then gave me pushback when asking for my preferred pharmacy due to the fact that it is over an hour away from them, even though I told them i didnt want any pain medication. I only wanted my injury documented and wanted a mobility aid. Despite the fact that they took my insurance information, a few weeks later I recieved a text message from them, stating I owed $481 for my visit, when I have a $0 copay per my insurance. After not receiving an EOB from my insurance company, I called my case manager who informed me that they had no record of my urgent care visit. I then called AtlantiCare's customer service line only to find out they did not even have my insurance information on file. I, once again, provided my insurance information and it is now covered, saving me from having to pay the almost $500 for my visit. Be very careful upon going to this location. If you know you have a $0 copay for urgent care centers and receive a bill from them, make sure you call your insurance company before paying a single penny.

This place is terrible. I'll never go here again…read more I brought my 5 year old in a few nights ago (8 pm), he had just gotten over a bad cold and was complaining of ear pain. They looked and said no ear infection! We brought him home, he was crying and wailing all night of ear pain, and didn't sleep at all, completely unlike him. I called his pediatrician the next morning and they got him in right away, and said he has a double ear infection and they don't know how the urgent care doctor could have even seen his ears without removing some wax. Now I'll have an urgent care bill AND a pediatrician bill for visits less than 12 hours apart.

If someone is walking into an urgent care on the Fourth of July.... we can just assume that this person needs medical attention and that is why they are there. The receptionist said this to me loudly from where I was standing in the main entrance doorway, everyone in the waiting room was watching this entire conversation play out. I did not feel comfortable at that point receiving any medical attention from the staff. I was honestly in shock and just walked out. I went to Atlantic Care Express in Berlin and the staff was amazing. I ended up needing to be given steroids to help the swelling in my throat go down so that I could breathe.
